Background:Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system in *** comprehensive practice guidelines for early gastric cancer in China are currently ***,we created the Chinese national clinical practice guideline for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of early gastric ***:This clinical practice guideline(CPG)was developed in accordance with the World Health Organization’s recommended process and with the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)in assessing evidence *** used the Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations to minimize bias and increase transparency in the CPG development *** used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare(RIGHT)statement and the Appraisal of Guidelines for research and Evaluation II(AGREE II)as reporting and conduct guidelines to ensure completeness and transparency of the ***:This CPG contains 40 recommendations regarding the prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of early gastric cancer based on available clinical studies and *** provide recommendations for the timing of Helicobacter pylori eradication,screening populations for early gastric cancer,indications for endoscopic resection and surgical gastrectomy,follow-up interval after treatment,and other ***:This CPG can lead to optimum care for patients and populations by providing up-to-date medical *** intend this CPG for widespread adoption to increase the standard of prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of early gastric cancer;thereby,contributing to improving national health care and patient quality of life.

Since 1990,China has made considerable progress in resolving the problem of“treatment difficulty”of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).The prevalent unhealthy lifestyle among Chinese residents has exposed a massive proportion of the population to CVD risk factors,and this situation is further worsened due to the accelerated aging population in *** remains one of the greatest threats to the health of Chinese *** terms of the proportions of disease mortality among urban and rural residents in China,CVD has persistently ranked *** 2021,CVD accounted for 48.98%and 47.3.%of deaths in rural and urban areas,*** out of every five deaths can be attributed to *** implement a national policy“focusing on the primary health institute and emphasizing prevention”and truly achieve a shift of CVD prevention and treatment from hospitals to communities,the national Center for Cardiovascular diseases has organized experts from relevant fields across China to compile the“Report on Cardiovascular Health and diseases in China”annually since *** 2024 report is established based on representative,published,and high-quality big-data research results from cross-sectional and cohort population epidemiological surveys,randomized controlled clinical trials,large sample registry studies,and typical community prevention and treatment cases,along with data from some projects undertaken by the national Center for Cardiovascular *** firsthand data not only enrich the content of the current report but also provide a more timely and comprehensive reflection of the status of CVD prevention and treatment in China.

随着免疫治疗被越来越多的临床医师关注和应用, 免疫调节治疗在感染和重症领域的应用也越来越广泛。作为免疫调节治疗的经典药物, 胸腺法新在相关治疗领域已积累了较多临床证据。国家感染性疾病临床医学研究中心和国家传染病医学中心等组织多学科专家, 参照国内外最新研究成果, 参考基于证据质量以外的其他因素(经济学、患者偏好和价值观、利弊权衡、可及性、公平性及可接受性等)对循证医学证据的等级和推荐意见强度进行评估, 形成了10条应用胸腺法新治疗肝病、病毒感染、细菌感染, 以及重症感染等疾病的推荐意见, 从而希望增进临床医师对胸腺法新的了解, 提高临床应用的规范性。

Background: Biliary tract carcinoma (BTC) is relatively rare and comprises a spectrum of invasive tumors arising from the biliary tree. The prognosis is extremely poor. The incidence of BTC is relatively high in Asian countries, and a high number of cases are diagnosed annually in China owing to the large population. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the epidemiology and high-risk factors for BTC in China. The signs associated with BTC are complex, often require collaborative treatment from surgeons, endoscopists, oncologists, and radiation therapists. Thus, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive Chinese guideline for ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the process recommended by the World Health Organization. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach was used to assess the certainty of evidence and make recommendations. The full CPG report was reviewed by external guideline methodologists and clinicians with no direct involvement in the development of this CPG. Two guideline reporting checklists have been adhered to: Appraisal of Guidelines for research and Evaluation (AGREE) and Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT).Results: The guideline development group, which comprised 85 multidisciplinary clinical experts across China. After a controversies conference, 17 clinical questions concerning the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of BTC were proposed. Additionally, detailed descriptions of the surgical principles, perioperative management, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, and endoscopic management were ***: The guideline development group created a comprehensive Chinese guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of BTC, covering various aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment. The 17 clinical questions have important reference value for the management of BTC.

The Annual Report on Cardiovascular Health and diseases in China(2022) intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in China. This section dissects cardiovascular risk factors in China which including hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, metabolic syndrome and air pollution. Hypertension prevalence has steadily increased in China,with efforts to control it facing challenges in achieving optimal rates, especially in rural areas. Interventions like salt substitutes and intensive blood pressure control show promise but need improvement. Abnormal lipid levels, indicative of dyslipidemia,have risen significantly, posing a risk for cardiovascular diseases. Despite efforts, many patients struggle to achieve target lipid levels, necessitating improved treatment strategies. Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus affect millions of adults in China,with long-term complications adding to the disease burden. Early intervention and effective management are crucial to mitigate its impact. Prevalent among older adults, chronic kidney disease is associated with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases, necessitating comprehensive management approaches. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, characterized by a cluster of risk factors, has increased in both adults and adolescents, calling for lifestyle modifications and public health interventions. Ambient and household air pollution remain significant environmental risk factors, despite some improvements in air quality. Continued efforts to reduce emissions are essential for mitigating associated health risks. Addressing these risk factors requires a multifaceted approach, including public health initiatives, policy interventions, and individual-level strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce environmental exposures.
