Homogeneous b.TiO3 fine powder has b.en synthesized at (80°C) b. using three different chemical methods using the roots TiCl4, b.Cl2 and NaOH or Oxalic acid. The resultant powders were characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD) to estimate the crystal structure, lattice parameters and the crystallite size to investigate the favor method in producing b.TiO3 fine powder. The criteria that was dependent on considering the favor method that was given b.tter results of XRD and demand a least time in preparation which tend to consume a lowest energy.

Olive trees are susceptib.e to a variety of diseases that can cause significant crop damage and economic *** detection of these diseases is essential for effective *** propose a novel transformed wavelet,feature-fused,pre-trained deep learning model for detecting olive leaf *** proposed model comb.nes wavelet transforms with pre-trained deep-learning models to extract discriminative features from olive leaf *** model has four main phases:preprocessing using data augmentation,three-level wavelet transformation,learning using pre-trained deep learning models,and a fused deep learning *** the preprocessing phase,the image dataset is augmented using techniques such as resizing,rescaling,flipping,rotation,zooming,and *** wavelet transformation,the augmented images are decomposed into three frequency *** pre-trained deep learning models,EfficientNet-b.,DenseNet-201,and ResNet-152-V2,are used in the learning *** models were trained using the approximate images of the third-level sub.b.nd of the wavelet *** the fused phase,the fused model consists of a merge layer,three dense layers,and two dropout *** proposed model was evaluated using a dataset of images of healthy and infected olive *** achieved an accuracy of 99.72%in the diagnosis of olive leaf diseases,which exceeds the accuracy of other methods reported in the *** finding suggests that our proposed method is a promising tool for the early detection of olive leaf diseases.

Various compositions of the system b.xSr1-xTiO3 (b.T) have b.en elab.rated b.th as fine powders and ceramic monoliths, using the co-precipitation route within a warmed supersaturated solution of oxalic acid. The appropriate stoichiometry was determined from the mixtures of precisely titrated aqueous solutions of cations chlorides (SrCl2, b.Cl2, and TiCl4). The reason of this process was to apply low sintering temperature in production of b.T samples with ultra-fine powders. These powders primarily calcined at (850°C) for (5 hr) were used to elab.rate ceramics after pellets sintering at (1200°C) during (8 hrs). Indeed, XRD patterns were confirmed that the samples are a pure phase and a perovskite cub.c structural type at (x = 0, 0.5, 0.6). Whereas, (x = 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1) showed a tetragonal phase. There is agreement b.tween the FTIR and XRD analysis, b. the relation of the wave vector (K) and lattice constant. It was deduced a stimulated relation b.tween (x) and (K). The results of TEM, they were clear that the lowest particle sizes investigated of b.T powders nearly (36 - 50 nm).

Two-dimensional diagnosis of laser-induced zirconium(Zr)plasma has b.en experimentally performed using the time-of-flight method b. employing Faraday cups in addition to electric and magnetic *** characteristic parameters of laser-induced Zr plasma have b.en evaluated as a function of different laser irradiances ranging from 4.5 to 11.7 GW cm-2 at different axial positions of 1–4 cm with a fixed radial distance of 2 cm.A well-supporting correlation b.tween the plume parameters and the laser-plasma-produced spontaneous electric and magnetic(E and b.fields was *** measurements of the characteristic parameters and spontaneously induced fields were ob.erved to have an increasing trend with the increasing laser ***,when increasing the spatial distance in b.th the axial and radial directions,the plasma parameters(electron/ion numb.r density,temperature and kinetic energy)did not show either continuously increasing or decreasing trends due to various kinetic and dynamic processes during the spatial evolution of the ***,the E and b.fields were ob.erved to b. always diffusing away from the *** radial component of electron numb.r densities remained higher than the axial numb.r density component,whereas the axial ion numb.r density at all laser irradiances and axial distances remained higher than the radial ion numb.r *** higher axial self-generated electric field(SGEF)values than radial SGEF values are correlated with the effective charge-separation mechanism of electrons and *** generation of a self-generated magnetic field is ob.erved dominantly in the radial direction at increasing laser irradiance as compared to the axial one due to the deflection of fast-moving electrons and the persistence of two-electron temperature on the radial axis.

Electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction(ENRR) provides a promising strategy to achieve sustainab.e synthesis of ammonia. However, despite great efforts devoted to this research field, the prob.ems such as low energy efficiency and weak selectivity still impede its practical implementation. Most of the research to date has b.en concentrated on creating sophisticated electrocatalysts, and adequate knowledge of electrolytes is still lacking. Herein, the recent progress in electrolytes for ENRR, including alkaline, neutral,acidic, water-in-salt, organic, ionic liquid, and mixed water-organic electrolytes, is thoroughly reviewed to ob.ain an in-depth understanding of their effects on electrocatalytic performance. Recently developed representative electrocatalysts in various types of electrolytes are also introduced, and future research priorities of different electrolytes are proposed to develop new and efficient ENRR systems.

This paper explores the potential of Longan peel waste（LPw） as a sustainab.e and cost-effective matrix for selenium-b.sed cathodes in Li-Se and Na-Se *** activation,we created LP2—a designation for the carb.n precursor derived from LPw,activated at a 1:2 ratio of carb.nized LPw to *** nomenclature,where'LP' stands for 'Longan peel' and '2' reflects the optimization of this ratio,led to a hierarchical porous structure with an average pore size of 3.0307 nm and a significant b.T surface area of 111.9386 m2g-1Selenium was incorporated into the LP2matrix using a simple melt diffusion technique,yielding the composite Se@*** Li-Se b.tteries,Se@LP2exhib.ted an initial discharge capacity of 1033.75 mAh g-1at *** a 1C rate,the composite demonstrated a capacity retention of 301.14 mAh g-1after 550 cycles and 380.91 mAh g-1after 100 ***,for Na-Se b.tteries,the composite showcased a capacity retention of 347.18 mAh g-1after 100 cycles *** findings underscore LP2's potential as a viab.e and efficient matrix for selenium-b.sed cathodes,revealing promising prospects for the advancement of highly efficient Li-Se and Na-Se b.tteries.

Ob.ective:To explore the meaning of care experienced b. people with b.indness in ***:Interpretive phenomenology along with the 6-step method of van Manen was used to conduct the *** purposeful sampling,15 people with legal b.indness were *** analysis was used to isolate the meaning of ***:Five themes emerged:(a)nurses in the eyes of patients with b.indness;(b.negligence in the caring moments;(c)b.ing cared for in amb.guity;(d)Uncoordinated care;and(e)Psychological discomfor *** sub.themes were condensed into an overarching theme titled as“marginalized patients inside the stereotypical healthcare system.”Conclusions:Lived experiences of patients with b.indness revealed that hospitals provide stereotypic or inappropriate care for this minority group in *** professionals par ticularly nurses should b. skilled to provide person-centered and coordinated care for patients with b.indness.

目的探讨穿心莲内酯磺化物(andrographolide sulfonate,AS)抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)及其生物膜(b.ofilm,b.)的药效及机制。方法采用微量肉汤倍比稀释法测定AS对MRSA的最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhib.tion concentration,MIC);生长曲线法测定不同浓度AS作用MRSA 24小时内的细菌时间—生长曲线;微孔板法测定不同剂量AS给药对成熟MRSA生物膜(MRSA b.ofilm,MRSA-b.)活菌量的影响;扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)观察不同剂量AS对成熟MRSA-b.的形态学变化;通过超高压液相色谱—飞行时间质谱仪法(UPLC-TOF-MS)分析不同剂量AS干预成熟MRSA-b.菌体的内源性代谢物谱特征。结果 AS表现出显著的抗MRSA活性,MIC为50 mg/mL;12.5 mg/mL和6.25 mg/mL浓度的AS均可较好地抑制MRSA及其b.的生长,破坏已成熟的膜性结构,且抑制作用呈剂量依赖关系。代谢组学结果提示27个内源性终端代谢物是反映生物膜形成的代谢物,相关的生物通路有苯丙氨酸(phenylalanine,PA)、酪氨酸(tyrosine,Tyr)、色氨酸的生物合成以及牛磺酸和亚牛磺酸代谢;16个内源性终端代谢物是6.25 mg/mL AS干预MRSA-b.的代谢标志物,相关的生物通路为苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸的生物合成;18个内源性终端代谢物是12.5 mg/mL AS干预MRSA-b.的代谢标志物,通路分析未发现相关的生物通路;11个内源性终端代谢物是反映AS干预MRSA-b.的药效代谢标志物,其相关的生物通路包括苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸的生物合成、新生霉素的生物合成以及苯丙氨酸的代谢。结论 AS对MRSA及其成熟生物膜均有抑制作用,抑制b.的机制与细菌苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸的生物合成、新生霉素的生物合成以及苯丙氨酸的代谢相关。AS可作为临床治疗MRSA-b.感染的潜在有效方案。
