This study deals with experimental and theoretical simulation data showing the influence of electrode spacing and gas pressure on parameters of a supershort avalanche electron beam(SAEB)formed in SF_(6) and nitrogen at different rise times and amplitudes of a voltage *** GIN-55-01,VPG-30-200,and SLEP-150M pulsers,tubular cathodes with a diameter of 6 mm,as well as gaps of 3,5,and 8 mm,it was shown that the SAEB current amplitude can both increase and decrease depending on an electrode spacing,a waveform and a rise time of the voltage pulse,as well as the pressure of SF6 and *** was established as a result of simulation that maximal voltage across the gap during the process of generation of runaway electrons and the thickness of an anode foil have a major effect on the SAEB current pulse amplitude.

As digital technologies have advanced more rapidly,the number of paper documents recently converted into a digital format has exponentially *** respond to the urgent need to categorize the growing number of digitized documents,the classification of digitized documents in real time has been identified as the primary goal of our study.A paper classification is the first stage in automating document control and efficient knowledge discovery with no or little human *** intelligence methods such as Deep Learning are now combined with segmentation to study and interpret those traits,which were not conceivable ten years *** learning aids in comprehending input patterns so that object classes may be *** segmentation process divides the input image into separate segments for a more thorough image *** study proposes a deep learning-enabled framework for automated document classification,which can be implemented in higher *** further this goal,a dataset was developed that includes seven categories:Diplomas,Personal documents,Journal of Accounting of higher education diplomas,Service letters,Orders,Production orders,and Student ***,a deep learning model based on Conv2D layers is proposed for the document classification *** the final part of this research,the proposed model is evaluated and compared with other machine-learning *** results demonstrate that the proposed deep learning model shows high results in document categorization overtaking the other machine learning models by reaching 94.84%,94.79%,94.62%,94.43%,94.07%in accuracy,precision,recall,F-score,and AUC-ROC,*** achieved results prove that the proposed deep model is acceptable to use in practice as an assistant to an office worker.

GABAA-Coupled Cl-/ HCO3--ATPase from Plasma Membrane of the Rat Brain: Role of HCO3-in the Enzyme Activation

This work examines the influence of Cl- (2.5 - 125 mM) and HCO3- (2 - 30 mM) on the Cl-/HCO3- - ATPase complex of the neuronal membrane and this enzyme is a Cl--pump that is coupled to GABAA receptors. The greatest (44%) activating effect on the enzyme is found with HCO3- (20 - 30 mM), while the maximum activity occurs in the presence of a ratio of ~25 mM HCO3- /~5mM Cl-. Blockers of the GABAA receptor, namely bicuculline (10 - 50 μM) and picrotoxin (50 - 100 μM), inhibit this anion activation, whereas the HCO3- -ATPase activity is not sensitive to these ligands. Autoradiographic analysis of the spectrum of the partially purified enzyme phosphorylated with [γ-32P]ATP allowed us to distinguish three major 32P-labeled protein whose molecular weight are about 57, 53, and 48 kDa. In the presence of 5 mM Cl-/25mM HCO3- and 100 μM picrotoxin, the intensity of the phosphorylation of bands significantly decreased, thereby confirming the assumption about coupled of binding sites for anions and GABAA-ergic ligands. It was suggested scheme of Cl--transport through the plasma membrane by utilizing neuronal Cl-/ -HCO3- ATPase in the low (5 mM) Cl- and high (25 mM) HCO3- concentrations. The data demonstrated for the first time that the GABAA-coupled Cl-/ HCO3- -ATPase from rat brain neuronal membranes is maximally activated at a Cl-/HCO3- ratio of 1:5 and it remains stable at high concentrations of substrate and buffer.

We propose that the level at which the conodont species Idiognathodus simulator （Ellison 1941）（sensu stricto） first appears be selected to mark the base of the Gzhelian Stage, because we believe that this is the optimal level by which this boundary can be correlated. This taxon has a short range and a wide distribution, as shown by correlation of glacial-eustatic cyclothems across the Kasimovian-Gzhelian boundary interval among Midcontinent North America and the Moscow and Donets basins of eastern Europe, based on scale of the cyclothems along with several aspects of biostrati- graphy. Outside of these areas, I. simulator （sensu stricto） is known also from other parts of the U.S., and is reported from the southern Urals and south-central China in its expected position between other widespread taxa. Its first appearance is consistent with the current ammonoid placement of the boundary （first appearance of Shumardites cuyleri）, and it is also compatible with certain aspects of the distribution of Eurasian fusulinid faunas （e.g., lectotype ofRauserites rossicus）.

Lipovtsy coal field mine №4 processed north-western reserves of Lipovtsy field in Primorski Krai (Russia). In 1997, the mine was declared unprofitable and was abandoned by natural flooding with no arrangement of mine water discharge and in 2005 it was fully flooded. The main sources of pollution in the studied area are spoil heaps (mine wastes), underspoil filtering waters and mine waters which are being discharged on the surface after finishing of “hydraulic funnel” artificial support. The study of technogenic landscape of abandoned mine industrial area showed that its morphologic form is dominated by spoil heaps. Soils located near mine waste body differ from benchmark soils by chemical properties and size distribution. The influence of active hydrochemical mine and drainage water flows is the reason of the above-mentioned variation in soil properties. Results showed that, there exist a high correlation ratios between chemical composition of mine waters and water extracts from soil: Between the alkalinity of mine waters and electrical conductivity of soil water extracts (r = 0.73), between mine water iron content and pH of soil water extract (r = −0.56), between the solid residue of mine waters and electrical conductivity of soil water extracts (r = 0.72), between the mine waters calcium content and electrical conductivity of soil water extracts (r = −0.75), between the alkalinity of mine waters and silicon dioxide content of soil water extracts (r = 0.61), between the mineralization of mine waters and chrome content of soil water extracts (r = 0.73).

Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences has developed some novel sorbents designed for the filter units of the passive filtration system for radioactive discharge from the intercontainment space during heavy accidents with a complete loss of electricity supply at nuclear power plants. These are granulated sorbents based on large-pore silica gel containing nanometric particles of Ag or Ag-Ni compounds (trademark Fizkhimin). The sorbents allow to remove various radioactive iodine species (inorganic ones and methyl iodide) from a steam-gas phase with at least 104 decontamination factor. The high sorption properties of Fizkhimin sorbent with Ag particles were confirmed during tests at a test facility of the TUV Sudwest company (Karlsruhe, Germany). This passive filtration system is installed at the 1st and 2nd units of the Kudankulam nuclear power plant (India) and it is unique in the world practice.

The effect of L-cysteine of argentum nitrate gel on the wound process of experimental animals is investigated. The results show that the nanogel, being bacteriostatic, accelerates the course of inflammation phase resulting in fast cleansing of the wound surface and stimulation of the granulation tissue formation. The main cell elements of this tissue—fibroplasts are characterized by the state of functional excitation. The time of wound healing with the use of L-cysteine of argentum nitrate gel was reduced by three days, and the index of wound repair acceleration was about 20%.

Salvia lilacinocoerulea Nevski (Lamiaceae) is an endemic to the Western Pamir-Alay mountain range. Usually it grows on eroded clay soils among sparse juniper forests in the middle mountain belt. Studied coenopopulations of S. lilacinocoerulea are normal, but are not complete. Coenopopulations self-maintenance is carried out by the seed of renewal. The characteristic spectrum of S. lilacinocoerulea coenopopulation is centered, with a peak in the middle-generative individuals. In most cases, specific developmental spectrum of coenopopulation does not coincide with the characteristic ones. The demography structure of mostly investigated coenopopulations is satisfactory. The population growing on the grey clay soil, on strongly eroded slope among sparse juniper woodland was evaluated as critical due to absence in ontogenetic spectrum young individuals and small percentage of generative plant as well.

Histone H1/MBP hydrolysing antibodies - novel potential marker in diagnosis of disease severity in systematic lupus erythematosus patients

Recently we have shown the presence of catalytically active IgGs, capable to cleave histone H1 and bovine myelin basic protein (MBP), in blood serum of SLE patients. Here we present data that demonstrate the correlation between a) proteolytic activity towards histone H1 and MBP of IgG-antibodies from blood serum of SLE patients and b) disease severity level in these patients. IgGs were isolated from blood serum by chromatography on protein G-sepharose. Commercial preparations of bovine myelin basic proteins (MBP) and calf thymus histone H1 were used as substrates. Analysis of the proteolytic activity showed that 16 of 38 lgG-preparations (42,1%) obtained from blood serum of SLE patients were capable of cleaving both histone H1 and MBP with different efficiency. It was revealed that the presence in blood serum of lgGs possessing proteolytic activity towards both histone H1 and bMBP closely correlates with manifestation of the disease severity in SLE patients.
