Deep Neural Network for Detecting Fake Profiles in Social Networks

This paper proposes a deep neural network(DNN)approach for detecting fake profiles in social *** DNN model is trained on a large dataset of real and fake profiles and is designed to learn complex features and patterns that distinguish between the two types of *** addition,the present research aims to determine the minimum set of profile data required for recognizing fake profiles on Facebook and propose the deep convolutional neural network method for fake accounts detection on social networks,which has been developed using 16 features based on content-based and profilebased *** results demonstrated that the proposed method could detect fake profiles with an accuracy of 99.4%,equivalent to the achieved findings based on bigger data sets and more extensive profile *** results were obtained with the minimum available profile *** addition,in comparison with the other methods that use the same amount and kind of data,the proposed deep neural network gives an increase in accuracy of roughly 14%.The proposed model outperforms existing methods,achieving high accuracy and F1 score in identifying fake *** associated findings indicate that the proposed model attained an average accuracy of 99%while considering two distinct scenarios:one with a single theme and another with a miscellaneous *** results demonstrate the potential of DNNs in addressing the challenging problem of detecting fake profiles,which has significant implications for maintaining the authenticity and trustworthiness of online social networks.

Semen microbiota and cytokines of healthy and infertile men

In this study,we determined the levels of cytokine secretory inhibitors and the microbiota biofilms of semen from healthy and infertile subjects.A total of 118 clinical bacterial isolates were isolated and *** secretory inhibitors were determined based on the difference in cytokine content between the control and experimental samples of cell-free supernatants of isolated *** formation was studied by determining the adhesion of microorganisms to the surface of a 96-well sterile plate and expressed as the optical density at 630 nm(OD_(630)).Cell-free supernatants of Staphylococcus contained higher levels of secretory inhibitor of cytokines in conditionally healthy than in infertile *** contrast,in infertile men,the ability to reduce cytokine levels was more characteristic of Enterococcus and *** Staphylococcus,Corynebacterium,and Enterococcus isolated from infertile subjects showed a greater ability to form biofilms than the same bacteria isolated from healthy *** research is needed on this topic,since it is necessary to determine the relationships between decreased secretory inhibitors of cytokines,production of biofilms by bacteria in semen,and *** is likely that the ability of microorganisms to change the concentration of cytokines and increase the level of biofilm formation in semen may be associated with minimal impairments of fertilizing ability,which are not detected using other methods.

Self-healable and Robust Film Based on Electroactive Polymer Brush as Electrode for Flexible Supercapacitor

The aim of this study was to develop self-healable and robust elect roconductive film based on polyaniline copolymer for application as electrode in flexible *** this purpose,the electroconductive polymer brushes(EPB)was *** synthesis of EPB is based on graft polymerizations of acrylamide(AAm)on poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)with formation of PVA-PAAm polymer brush and subsequent graft copolymerization of aniline and p-phenylenediamine on PVA-PAAm resulting in formation of EPB with electroconducting copoly(aniline-co-pphenylenediamine)(PAPh DA).It was found that the ratio between PVA and PAAm at the first stage greatly influence the electrochemical performance of the *** films were prepared by casting of EPB solution with subsequent *** of electrical current distribution through the film with AFM reveal more uniform distribution of PAPhDA in EPB in comparison with reference PVA-PAPhDA and PAAm-PAPhDA *** was demonstrated that mechanical cha racteristics and electrical conductivity values of films restore at large extent after curring and self-healing under optimal relative humidity level(58%).The flexile supercapacitor cell with EPB film electrodes demon strate specific capacitance 602 mF·cm^(-2)at the current density of 1 mA·cm^(-2)and retention 94%of initial capacitance after 5000 charge/discharge cycles.

Based on the photographic and CCD observations of the relative motion of the A and B components of the binary system ADS 9346 obtained with the 26-inch refractor of Pulkovo Observatory during 1979–2019,we discover an invisible companion associated with star *** of the ephemerides with the positional and spectroscopic observations allowed us to calculate the preliminary orbit of the photocenter(P=15 yr).The minimal mass of the companion is approximately 0.13 *** existence of the invisible low-mass companion is implied by the IR-excess based on IRAS *** confirm this,additional observations of the radial velocity near the periastron need to be carried out.

Adrenocortical system activity in alloxan-resistant and alloxan-susceptible Wistar rats

In the dynamics of the disease development, diuresis and glycosuria increase in alloxan-susceptible rats, while in alloxan-resistant rats the increase in the values of these indices is expressed to a lesser extent, and they begin to decrease by day 8 of the disease. In alloxan-susceptible rats, the mass index of adrenal gland is increased, and that of thymus is decreased and corticosterone concentration in blood, adrenal gland and urine as well as alanine and aspartate aminotransferase activities in liver are increased;in alloxan-resistant rats the values of these indices do not differ from those of rats of the control group.

Predictors of sperm recovery after cryopreservation n testicular cancer

Our objective was to identify predictors of improved postthaw semen quality in men with testicular cancer banking sperm for fertility preservation. We reviewed 173 individual semen samples provided by 67 men with testicular germ cell tumor （TGCT） who cryopreserved sperm before gonadotoxic treatment between 1994 and 2010 at our tertiary university medical center. Our main outcomes measures were independent predictors for the greater postthaw total motile count （TMC） in men with TGCT. Men with NSGCT were more likely to be younger （P 〈 0.01） and had high cancer stage （Ⅱ or Ⅲ, P 〈 0.01） compared with men with seminoma. In our multiple regression model, NSGCT histology, use of density gradient purification, and fresh TMC 〉 median fresh TMC each had increased odds of a postthaw TMC greater than median postthaw TMC. Interestingly, age, advanced cancer stage （11 or III）, rapid freezing protocol, and motility enhancer did not show increased odds of improved postthaw TMC in our models. In conclusion, men with TGCT or poor fresh TMC should consider preserving additional vials （at least 15 vials） before oncologic treatment. Density gradient purification should be routinely used to optimize postthaw TMC in men with TGCT. Larger, randomized studies evaluating cancer stage and various cryopreservation techniques are needed to assist in counseling men with TGCT regarding fertility preservation and optimizing cryosurvival.

本文所述的重点是中国-中亚-西亚(CCAWA)经济走廊。CCAWA经济走廊是“一带一路”倡议的一部分,这次研究的开展是首次对CCAWA经济走廊完整的小组调查,旨在研究FDI流动对相关地区基础设施和区域发展的影响。此外,该研究还对CCAWA经济走廊未来的经济前景进行了分析。CCAWA经济走廊是丝绸之路经济带的重要组成部分,是六大经济走廊中,国家数量最多、地缘政治复杂程度最高的地区。本经济走廊跨越五个中亚国家(吉尔吉斯斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、土库曼斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦),以及西亚17个国家(包括伊拉克、约旦、伊朗、土耳其、沙特阿拉伯和阿富汗)。因为CCAWA经济走廊大部分国家都地处内陆,一体化进程十分复杂,所以该地区基础设施的发展显得尤为重要。在“一带一路”倡议下,西亚和中亚地区经济合作与发展的潜力巨大,但是,不同国家的地缘政治和经济发展水平存在差异,导致建设CCAWA经济走廊存在巨大的挑战性,这种现象也反映出本研究的重要性。本研究的理论有两个组成部分:首先是实施“一带一路”(BRI)倡议,其次是外商投资对经济发展带来的积极影响。“一带一路”倡议的实施和经济走廊的建设由参与该建设的国家投资,资金主要来自中国以及和一带一路产业合作银行。仅在2014年-2018年间,中国对BRI国家的总投资的金额就达到了573.31亿美元。因此BRI是一个庞大的基础设施程序。发展经济学家认为基础设施是工业化和经济化的前提,基础设施投资在BRI实施中起主要作用。本文首先介绍了建设CCAWA经济走廊的背景及意义,其次本文对22个国家2009-2019年间经济运行的数据进行了分析,还对宏观经济指标表现面板数据的现状进行了研究。本论文采用文献综述法。根据文献和理论,外国直接投资(FDI)是开放和有效的国际经济体系的组成部分,也是发展的主要催化剂,预计FDI会对中国-中亚-西亚经济走廊经济发展产生积极影响;本文结合定性分析和定量分析,包括经济发展的广度(GDP)、经济发展深度(GDP per capita)、外商直接投资、基础设施建设、人口规模、农业发展、产业发展、旅游发展、劳动力、国土安全数据解释定量结果;本文使用中介模型分析数据,该模型侧重于通过位于X和Y之间的中介变量M(基础设施)(即形式X的模型)来估计X(FDI)对Y(经济发展)的间接影响→M→Y),其中X是输入变量,Y是输出变量,M是中介变量。该研究提供证据表明FDI与CCAWA经济走廊经济发展之间存在正相关关系,促进了CCAWA经济走廊的基础设施建设,也促进了经济发展。基础设施对FDI和经济发展其间起中介作用。在这次研究过程中,中介模型的基础上,表明了三种因果关系的存在。第四章使用国家工业绩效、物流绩效指数、DHL全球连通性指数等指标分别详细分析了每个国家的工业发展,以2021-2032年12年GDP衡量为例,经济气息发展的预测结果呈现逐年上升趋势。这些证据表明,在“一带一路”倡议下建设CCAWA经济走廊是该地区经济发展的直接杠杆。根据本研究的结果,CCAWA经济走廊的建设是主要驱动力之一。该研究提供的证据表明,外国直接投资促进了CCAWA经济走廊的基础设施建设以及经济发展。外商投资对经济发展的广度和深度的回归系数在1%左右,这意味着外商投资将对经济发展的广度和深度产生积极的正向影响。外国投资越多,该国经济发展的广度越大,企业的经济发展深度越高。本研究为深入研究“一带一路”倡议实施的中间结果提供了依据。这条走廊的建设是一个漫长而多方面的过程,本研究是对这一问题的首次系统研究。参与国之间的国际关系以及已经启动和实施的项目在走廊建设中发挥着特殊作用。基于上述研究得出了本文研究的主要政策建议:(一)加强总体布局规划,以金融引导经济走廊建设;(二)经济走廊沿线国家加强金融资源合作;(三)发挥外汇储备的资本功能;(四)建立风险防控体系,加强金融监管;(五)积极发挥中国的作用。

Development of sorghum mutants with improved in vitro protein digestibility by CRISPR/Cas9 editing of kafirin genes

Sorghum(Sorghum bicolor(L.) Moench) is a major world crop that is a reliable source of fodder and food grain in arid regions. However, unlike other cereals, sorghum grain has low nutritional value, owing mainly to the resistance of its storage proteins(kafirins) to protease digestion. Changing the composition of kafirins or their primary structure may address this problem. To induce mutations in kafirin-encoding genes that were expected to disturb their accumulation in endosperm cells, we used a genome-editing approach. By Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation of immature embryos of cv. Avans, we obtained 14 transgenic plants with genetic constructs for site-directed mutagenesis of the k1C5 and g KAF1 genes encoding 22 k Da a-and 28 kDa γ-kafirins, respectively. Sequencing of 5 regenerants obtained by using k1C5-addressing vector revealed two plants with mutations. T_1 progeny of these mutants had higher in vitro digestibility of endosperm proteins(86%–92%), in comparison with the donor Avans(63%–67%). The kernels of these plants had a thick vitreous endosperm. A mutant with increased in vitro protein digestibility and vitreous endosperm, carrying a mutation in the target sequence, was also obtained by use of the gKAF1-addressing vector. Thus, using genome editing technology, we have obtained mutants with improved kafirin digestibility that can be used in sorghum breeding.

Arterial hypertension and electrocardiographic diagnosis of left ventricular hypertension in the group of geriatric patients with coronary heart disease living in the far north

As a result of research, high prevalence of arterial hypertension has been identified in the group of patients with coronary heart disease aged 60 and older. Most often, occurring form of arterial hypertension among geriatric patients is isolated systolic arterial hypertension (ISAH). The comparison of two ethnic groups of the population has showed higher levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP and DBP) in the group of patients of non-indigenous nationality, rather than Yakut patients. Correlation was recorded in the group of non-indigenous patients as they age. Significant increase in the level of SBP was identified in the group of senile and long-livers than in the elderly. Detection of ECG signs of LVH showed the lowest specificity of Cornell voltage criterion comparing to Sokolow-Lyon criterion with its more often occurrence. ECG-signs of left ventricle hypertrophy are significantly more often established by Sokolow-Lyon criterion for men, Cornell voltage—for women. Correlation has been found between the presence of LVH and combination of Cornell voltage criterion with both Gubner-Ungerleider and Sokolow-Lyon criteria.
