The mai. topi. of long-term researches by G.A. Shajn i. the nature of di.fuse matter, i.s di.- tri.uti.n i. the Galaxy and extragalacti. systems, i.teracti.n wi.h the i.terstellar medi.m and hot stars, and the formati.n of emi.si.n and reflecti.n nebulae and stars. Based on the analysi. of experi.ental data, mai.ly photographi. observati.ns of nebulae i. the Mi.ky Way and extragalacti. systems, he made conclusi.ns and suggested well-founded hypotheses on a wi.e range of consi.ered problems, i.cludi.g those related to cosmogony. The structure of nebulae, and thei. masses and si.es gi.e reasons behi.d the conclusi.n that most of them are formed not i. the process of ejecti.n of matter from the stars, but rather they are objects whi.h are born and evolve, and qui.e often are compri.ed of gi.nt conglomerates of gas, dust and stars. The di.tri.uti.n of OB-type stars and nebulae i. spi.al branches poi.ts to thei. geneti. relati.n and the fundamental role of the i.terstellar medi.m as the source of thei. formati.n. The structural features of nebulae are determi.ed by the acti.n of magnetohydrodynami. forces. Magneti. fi.lds i. a galaxy control the moti.n of di.fuse gas-dust matter and ensure the mai.tenance of i.s spi.al structure. These i.eas conti.ue bei.g developed i. modern di.ecti.ns of astrophysi.s.

Duri.g the last decade, transi.nt receptor potenti.l （TRP） channels emerge as key protei.s i. central mechani.ms of the carci.ogenesi. such as cell proli.erati.n, apoptosi. and mi.rati.n. i.i.i.l studi.s showed that expressi.n profi.e of some TRP channels, notably TRP melastati. 8 （TRPM8）, TRP vani.loi. 6 （TRPV6）,TRP canoni.al （TRPC6） and TRPV2, i. changi.g duri.g the development and the progressi.n of prostate cancer towards the hormone-refractory stages. The li.k between the change i. expressi.n levels and the functi.nal role of these channels i. prostate cancer i. step by step bei.g eluci.ated. These recent advances are here descri.ed and di.cussed.

A descri.ti.e survey was conducted i. Sulangan, Gui.an, Eastern Samar to descri.e the status of Caulerpa as the potenti.l for aquaculture. i.enti.i.ati.n of speci.s wi.h natural populati.ns, speci.s wi.h massi.e natural populati.ns and the edi.le speci.s favoured by the local resi.ents were the speci.i. objecti.es of thi. study. The observed massi.e populati.n wi.h 85% cover i. 100 sqm was a combi.ati.n of the ni.e Caulerpa speci.s, whi.h are C. racemosa, C. lenti.li.era, C. chemni.zi. var. peltata, C. cyli.dracea, C. brachypus, C. macrophysa, C. mi.rophysa, C. serrulata and C. sertulari.i.es. The majori.y, 98%, was composed of C. racemosa and C. lenti.li.era, whi.e other speci.s were observed i. one to two feet of stolon length underneath the two speci.s. C. racemosa and C. lenti.li.era were i.enti.i.d as the most locally consumed speci.s by 100% of the respondents, but C. lenti.li.era was most preferred by 98% due to i.s thi.ner ramuli.over C. racemosa. Results revealed that Sulangan i. a potenti.l area for Caulerpa aquaculture wi.h reference to the speci.i. locati.n and speci.i.ally to C. racemosa and C. lenti.li.era. Preli.i.ary tri.ls on Caulerpa aquaculture can be i.i.i.lly i.troduced;however, seasonali.y should be vali.ated.
