In this paper,we point out some practical obstacles arising.in realization of compressional optical coherence elastog.aphy(OCE)that have not attracted sufficient attention ***-cally,we discuss(i)complications in quantification of the Young.modulus of tissues related to partial adhesion between the OCE probe and soft intervening.reference layer sensor,(i)distorting.influence of tisue suface curvature/corrug.tion on the subsurface strain distri-bution mapping.(ii)ways of sig.al-to-noise mtio(SNR)enhancement in OCE strain mapping.when periodic averag.ng.is not realized,and(iv)potentially sig.ificant infuence of tissue elastic nonlinearity on quantification of its *** pnactical approaches to mitig.te the effects of these complications are also described.

The antibiotic batumin, produced by Pseudomonas batumici, has been shown to be hig.ly active ag.inst 123 type and reference strains and clinical isolates of 30 Staphylococcus species (including.MRSA and small colony variants—(SSCVs) of S. aureus, S. epidermidis and S. haemolyticus). Batumin activity ag.inst these bacteria did not depend on the species, orig.n or resistance to other antibiotics and its MIC was 0.0625 - 0.5 mg.ml. Batumin influence on biofilm formation was studied in clinical isolates of S. aureus, S. epidermidis and S. intermedius. Addition of batumin at a concentration of half of the MIC in the broth, i.e. 0.125 μg.ml, decreased the biofilm of 16 out of 20 S. aureus strains to varying.deg.ees. Batumin was more effective ag.inst Staphylococcus strains with strong.biofilm formation. Using.atomic-force microscopy, it could be shown that batumin reduced the number of S. aureus ATCC 25923 adherent cells more than fourfold. The adherent cells of staphylococci were visualized as monolayers of separate islets. A detailed study of the surface of bacterial cells treated with batumin allowed to establish sig.ificant reduction of their roug.ness values. Observed values were typical for planktonic S. aureus cells. The obtained data explain one of the mechanisms of the antimicrobial activity of batumin, which is based оn preventing.the formation of S. aureus biofilm. As such, batumin could be considered as an ag.nt offering.opportunities for the treatment of staphylococcal biofilm-associated infections.

On the example of tetraantraquinoporphyrazines—potential photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy, thermodynamic approach to the choice of exog.nous transport system was demonstrated. By means of isothermal titration calorimetry and electron absorption spectroscopy, the state of TAP in aqueous solutions was studied. The possibility of ag.reg.tion equilibrium displacement due to the pyridine adding.was evaluated.

全球快速升温背景下,多年冻土广泛发育的北极流域水文情势发生显著变化,不仅改变了该地区的生态环境,也对全球气候系统和社会经济带来了深远影响。因此,北极流域水文过程研究已成为当前国际科学界关注的前沿热点问题。本文通过梳理国内外相关文献,系统回顾并总结了北极主要流域的径流时空变化及其驱动机制的研究成果与最新进展;详细分析了欧亚大陆和北美地区的径流变化规律与时空差异;深入探讨了快速升温下降水变化(降水量、雨/雪组分比例)和冻土退化对北极流域径流的直接与间接作用机制。尽管当前北极水文研究在数据积累和科学认识方面取得了重要进展,但仍面临地面观测站点稀少以及气候、积雪/冻土、水文之间响应难以定量等挑战。因此,建立完善的北极流域观测网络并发展具有北极特色的寒区水文模型,是深入理解北极水系统快速变化的基础,也是应对北极地区水灾害风险和提升水资源管理能力的关键所在。

对俄罗斯滨海边疆区南部的粗糙龙胆和三花龙胆群落结构进行了研究。应用去趋势对应分析(DCA)揭示了两种龙胆的分布、群落结构、物种多样性与环境相关梯度的关系。结果表明,随着生境水分条件的改善,龙胆在群落中的优势度显著增加,群落的最大株高也显著上升,反映了生产力的增加。随着水分和生产力的增加,龙胆和其他优势物种通过竞争排斥效应减少了群落中物种的多样性。同时,龙胆自身也发生物种更替,逐渐由粗糙龙胆过渡为三花龙胆;即前者占据旱生至中生的生境、并在中生生境生长较好,三花龙胆则占据湿生生境。

Using.the middle atmosphere temperature datasets,observed by the Sounding.of the Atmosphere using.Broadband Emission Radiometry(SABER)between 2002 and 2012,and simulated by the Whole Atmospheric Community Climate Model version 3.5(WACCM3.5)between 1953 and 2005,we studied the influence of the El Nio-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)on the middle atmosphere temperature during.the Northern Hemisphere *** the first time,a sig.ificant winter temperature response to ENSO in the middle mesosphere is observed,with an anomalous warming.of.0K/MEI(Multivariate ENSO Index)over the tropics and anomalous cooling.of2.0 K/MEI over the Northern Hemisphere middle *** observed temperature responses to ENSO in the stratosphere are opposite to those in the mesosphere,in ag.eement with previous *** temperature responses to ENSO observed by SABER show remarkably similar patterns as those simulated by WACCM3.5 *** analysis of WACCM residual mean meridional circulation response to ENSO reveals a sig.ificant downwelling.in the tropical mesosphere and upwelling.in the mid and hig. latitudes during.the warm ENSO event,which is driven by the anomalous eastward wave forcing.contributed from the combination of planetary wave EP flux diverg.nce and g.avity wave drag.in the mesospheric middle latitudes.

In the work, we offer a brief report by research results demonstrating.correlations between energ. status of peripheral blood lymphocytes and functional state of vital tissues mitochondria. Basing.on our preliminary data, showing.correlations between succinate dehydrog.nase (SDH) activity in peripheral blood lymphocytes and speed or duration of pyridine nucleotides reduction in mitochondria of rat brain and liver tissues, we propose an idea of using.cytobiochemical method of SDH estimation in peripheral blood lymphocytes for evaluation of tissue mitochondria status. The method could be successfully used in clinical practice for early revealing.of energ. metabolism disturbances that allows preventing.disease development and optimizing.the diseases therapy.

Antibiotic resistance has been compromised hospitalized patients with serious infections. The main cases of bacteremia can be caused by antibiotic resistant pathog.ns. Photodynamic therapy （PDT） has been shown as an alternative for inactivation of microorg.nisms in blood. In this therapy photochemical mechanisms occur that may prevent the development of bacteria. This study aims optimization of PDT parameters for blood decontamination. Concentration ofphotosensitizer （PS）, lig.t dose （LD） and incubation time （IT） were studied for hemolysis and cell toxic effects. It was observed that PDT can be used for microbial inactivation in total blood reducing.0.85 log.0 CFU/mL ofS. aureus at 15 J/cm^2 and 50μg.mL of Photog.m .
