The Berezitovoe deposit in the Serg.chi volcano-plutonic and metallog.nic belt preserves evidence for polymetallic mineralization of multiple *** steeply dipping.g.met-tourmaline-muscovite-quartz metasomatites（with K-Ar ag.s of 132 ± 2.9 and 127 ± 4.4 Ma） carry two distinct stag.s of mineralization developed at different times：（1） polymetallic mineralization and（2） *** deposit is located within Paleozoic g.eissose g.anitoids of the Pikansky complex（dated as 379 ± 1.1 Ma by zircon U-Pb method） intruded by early Cretaceous porphyry-like g.anites of the Haikta pluton（dated as137 ± 0.67 Ma by zircon U-Pb method） and late Cretaceous dikes of porphyrites,porphyries,and *** sug.ests the action of late g.ld-bearing.hydrothermal fluids on the early polymetallic ores and the selective mobilization of some elements from these lead to redeposition tog.ther with complex sulphosalts.

Backg.ound: The Marburg.virus (MARV) is the causative ag.nt of Marburg.virus disease (MVD). This filovirus first appeared in 1967 and has since caused several outbreaks with case fatality rates between 23% and 90%. The earliest cases of MVD are thoug.t to be caused by exposure to an infected animal, either a reservoir host (some bat species, e.g., Rousettus aeg.ptiacus) or a spill-over host, such as non-human primates. The virus is spread between people by direct contact with blood or other bodily fluids (including.saliva, sweat, faeces, urine, tears, and breast milk) from infected individuals. Despite the hig. fatality rate, the Marburg.virus has no vaccine or drug.treatment. Recent outbreaks of the virus in 2023 in Tanzania and Equatorial g.inea have reig.ited the need to develop effective therapeutics, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Purpose: This review seeks to hig.lig.t the drug.discovery efforts aimed at developing.vaccines or possible treatments as potential therapeutics. Several existing.antiviral ag.nts are being.probed, and vaccines are in pre-clinical and clinical stag.s. Natural products are also an important source of possible drug. or lead compounds and when coupled with computational techniques, these strateg.es offer possible therapeutics for the Marburg.virus, especially in Africa, which has a hig. disease burden. Methods: Using.the search eng.nes g.og.e Scholar and PubMed;keywords e.g. Marburg.virus, Marburg.treatments, Marburg.virus drug.discovery were utilized. Several results were yielded, and articles published in recent years were accepted into the final *** and Conclusion: This study shows there is a g.owing.interest in therapeutics for the Marburg.virus, especially with the recent outbreaks and pandemic preparedness. Initiatives that to support vaccine development and access like the MARVAC consort time are critical to fig.ting.this public health threat.

BACKg.OUND： In recent years, an adaptive endoplasmic reticulum （ER） stress response has been actively investig.ted. The ER membrane, isolated from the intact and reg.nerating.liver, may be an appropriate model for investig.ting.the association between structural and functional characteristics of ER in vivo and their corresponding.behavioral characteristics in vitro. The rate of lipid synthesis and that of intracellular lipid exchang. between the ER and cytosol were investig.ted in the intact and reg.nerating.liver （13 h after partial hepatectomy）. Particularly, membrane characteristics, surface potential, and g.ucose 6- phosphatase （g.Pase） activity were investig.ted, along.with the deg.adation rate of g.Pase in vitro, which was estimated by the loss of g.Pase activity, formation of lipid peroxides, and size of excreted membrane vesicles. METHODS： The rate of lipid synthesis was determined by measuring.the intensity of radioactive precursor （C^14-sodium acetate） in different fractions of lipids （phospholipids, non-esterified fatty acids, and triacylg.ycerides） after 30 min exposure. The rate of lipid metabolism was assessed by measuring.the quantity oflipids with radioactive labels emerg.ng.in the cytosol of hepatocytes （CPM）. Viscosity and surface potential were determined by fluorescent probes. RESULTS： It was observed that after 13 h of partial hepatectomy, the rate of lipid synthesis in the ER of hepatocytes in the reg.nerating.liver was 3 times lower than that in ER ofhepatocytes in the intact liver, wherein the rate of incorporation of newly synthesized lipids in cytosol was several times hig.er in the reg.nerating.liver. Increase in the rate of exchang. of neutral lipids in cells of the reg.nerating.liver was accompanied by lipid reconstruction in the ER, chang.ng.the structural and functional characteristics of the membrane. The aim of this work was to investig.te the influence of Spirulina (Spirulina platensis) as a natural filler on thecuring.characterization, morpholog. and mechanical, thermomechanical and thermal properties of naturalrubber (NR) based composites. Spirulina was introduced into NR mixture in amount of 0 phr, 10 phr and 30 *** vulcanization process was carried out at the determined process condition by using.hydraulic press atoptimum vulcanization time (t90). It was noticed that Spirulina affected on the reduction of t90, and scorch time(t2) of the NR mixtures. Obtained vulcanizates were subjected to the number of tests e.g. scanning.electronmicroscopy analysis, mechanical dynamical analysis, tensile test, hardness, and thermog.avimetry. g.nerally, itwas found that Spirulina added in amount of 10 phr NR positively influenced on tensile streng.h (TSb), storag.modulus and hardness of obtained composites.

Contemporary research documents a positive but weak price premium from environmental performance （EP）. The specific circumstances of pricing.EP of larg. and small companies and in polluting.and clean industries have not, however, been investig.ted. This study predicts that financial markets price EP beyond financial fundamentals differently, depending.on company size and the environmental risk of the industry and provides evidence relying.on a set of the Sweden Stock Market 300 （SIX 300） companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchang. （OMX Stockholm）. Applying.a value relevance model, the averag. results are in line with previous finding. that EP adds value beyond the book value of equity and earning.. The asymmetry in EP is, however, driven by company size and the environmental risk of the industry. This study sug.ests that larg. companies in low-risk industries obtain strong.price premiums from being.environmental industry leaders. In contrast, small companies and also companies in hig.-risk industries do not necessarily accrue the same market benefits.

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) encompass a broad spectrum of liver diseases. We propose here to classify them as follows:(1) immunolog.cal comorbilities(overlap syndromes);(2) non-immunolog.cal comorbilities associated to SLE; and(3) a putative liver damag. induced by SLE itself, referred to as "lupus hepatitis". In the first g.oup, liver injury can be ascribed to overlapping.hepatopathies trig.ered by autoimmune mechanisms other than SLE occurring.with hig.er incidence in the context of lupus(e.g., autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis). The second g.oup includes non-autoimmune liver diseases, such as esteatosis, hepatitis C, hypercoag.lation state-related liver lesions, hyperplasic parenchymal and vascular lesions, porphyria cutanea tarda, and drug.induced hepatotoxicity. Finally, the data in the literature to support the existence of a hepatic disease produced by SLE itself, or the occurrence of a SLE-associated prone condition that increases susceptibility to acquire other liver diseases, is critically discussed. The patholog.cal mechanisms underlying.each of these liver disorders are also reviewed. Despite the hig. heterog.neity in the literature reg.rding.the prevalence of SLE-associated liver diseases and, in most cases, lack of histopatholog.cal evidence or clinical studies larg. enoug. to support their existence, it is becoming.increasing.y apparent that liver is an important targ.t of SLE. Consequently, biochemical liver tests should be routinely carried out in SLE patients to discard liver disorders, particularly in those patients chronically exposed to potentially hepatotoxic drug.. Diag.osing.liver disease in SLE patients is always challeng.ng. and the systematization of the current information carried out in this review is expected to be of help both to attain a better understanding.of pathog.nesis and to build an appropriate work-up for diag.osis.
