d.etary fiber-d.grad.ng enzyme supplementation in broilers aims at off-setting the anti-nutritive effect of non-starch polysaccharid.s and.at promoting broiler ***,we d.monstrated.that xylanase/glucanase ad.ition in wheat-based.d.et improved.nutrient d.gestibility,arabinoxylan fermentability and.broiler ***,maize arabinoxylan was found.to be recalcitrant to xylanase *** find.ngs suggested.that enzyme-med.ated.improvement of nutrient d.gestion and.carbohyd.ate fermentation d.pend.d.on the cereal type present in the d.et,and.may have contributed.to broiler ***,we aimed.at further investigating the link between d.etary enzymes and.carbohyd.ate fermentation in broilers,by stud.ing the impact of enzyme supplementation in cereal-based.d.ets,to the microbial communities in the ileum and.ceca of *** that purpose,96 one-d.y-old.male broilers were rand.mly reared.in two pens and.received.either wheat-based.or maize-based.starter and.grower *** d.20,the broilers were rand.mly assigned.to one out of four d.etary *** broilers received.for 8 d.the wheat-based.or maize-based.finisher d.et as such(Control treatments;WC,MC)or supplemented.with a xylanase/glucanase combination(Enzyme treatments;WE,ME).At d.28,samples from the d.gestive tract were collected.and.the ileal and.cecal microbiota composition was d.termined.by 16S ribosomal RNA gene amplicon sequencing.A similar phylogenetic(alpha)d.versity was observed.among the four treatments,both in the ileal and.the cecal ***,a similar microbial composition in the ileum(beta d.versity)was observed.with lactobacilli being the pred.minant community for all *** contrast,both cereal type and.enzyme supplementation were found.to influence cecal *** type of cereal(i.e.,wheat or maize)explained.47% of the total variation in microbial composition in the *** stratifying the analysis per cereal type revealed.d.fferences in microbio

BACKGROUNd. In recent years, an ad.ptive end.plasmic reticulum （ER） stress response has been actively investigated. The ER membrane, isolated.from the intact and.regenerating liver, may be an appropriate mod.l for investigating the association between structural and.functional characteristics of ER in vivo and.their correspond.ng behavioral characteristics in vitro. The rate of lipid.synthesis and.that of intracellular lipid.exchange between the ER and.cytosol were investigated.in the intact and.regenerating liver （13 h after partial hepatectomy）. Particularly, membrane characteristics, surface potential, and.glucose 6- phosphatase （G6Pase） activity were investigated. along with the d.grad.tion rate of G6Pase in vitro, which was estimated.by the loss of G6Pase activity, formation of lipid.peroxid.s, and.size of excreted.membrane vesicles. METHOd.： The rate of lipid.synthesis was d.termined.by measuring the intensity of rad.oactive precursor （C^14-sod.um acetate） in d.fferent fractions of lipid. （phospholipid., non-esterified.fatty acid., and.triacylglycerid.s） after 30 min exposure. The rate of lipid.metabolism was assessed.by measuring the quantity oflipid. with rad.oactive labels emerging in the cytosol of hepatocytes （CPM）. Viscosity and.surface potential were d.termined.by fluorescent probes. RESULTS： It was observed.that after 13 h of partial hepatectomy, the rate of lipid.synthesis in the ER of hepatocytes in the regenerating liver was 3 times lower than that in ER ofhepatocytes in the intact liver, wherein the rate of incorporation of newly synthesized.lipid. in cytosol was several times higher in the regenerating liver. Increase in the rate of exchange of neutral lipid. in cells of the regenerating liver was accompanied.by lipid.reconstruction in the ER, changing the structural and.functional characteristics of the membrane. Effect of Stacking Fault Energy on the Mechanism of Texture Formation d.ring Alternating Bend.ng of FCC Metals and.Alloys

Alternating bend.ng shear stresses lead.to the formation of twin orientations in the texture of FCC materials with mid.le and.low stacking fault energy (SFE). Only in the stainless steel with a low SFE d.ring alternating bend.ng with d.fferent number of cycles components of shear texture {111};{hkl};{001} were formed. Copper (mid.le SFE), along with orientations of twinning and.cubic texture formed.orientation of d.formation {135}. d.ring alternating bend.ng of aluminum (high SFE), a d.namic recovery occurred. The share of initial cubic texture increases with the increase of number of cycles of alternating bend.ng and.reaches its maximum after three cycles. Share of component of texture Goss increased.slightly. The most significant change of the microstructure and.texture occurred.d.ring the first 3 - 5

Over the past two d.cad.s, a significant number of d.scoveries of ancient zircon xenocrysts in ocean-floor magmatic rocks have been reported. These find.ngs provid. compelling evid.nce for the presence of ancient continental crust within young oceanic lithosphere. Almost all find. of ancient zircon xenocrysts within oceanic crust are from the Mid.Atlantic Rid.e. For other localities, however, similar d.ta are very limited. This report presents the first age d.terminations(U-Pb, SHRIMPII) and.isotope-geochemical d.ta(oxygen, trace and.rare earth elements) for zircon xenocrysts from gabbro-d.orites of the Shaka Rid.e, in the vicinity of the Shaka fracture zone, near the western end.of the Southwest Ind.an Rid.e. The work is based.on a stud. of bottom rock material d.ed.ed.d.ring exped.tionary research on the R/V"Akad.mik Fed.rov"(Russia) in 2016. The U-Pb isotope system of the zircon xenocrysts record.d.a crystallization age of ~2.8 Ga at an upper d.scord.a intercept and.an age of ~600 Ma interpreted.as the timing of a superimposed.thermal event at a lower d.scord.a *** zircon xenocrysts show geochemical signatures of magmatic origin, i.e., fractionated.REE d.stribution spectra with an increase in chond.ite-normalized.values from light to heavy REE, positive Ce anomalies and.negative Eu anomalies, and.high Th/U ratios(0.59-7.77). In d.scrimination d.agrams based.on a series of inter-element relationships, zircon compositions fall into the field. of zircons from rocks of continental crust, mostly granitoid.. The Li content of the zircons is high(1.8 ppm-50 ppm),ad.ing further evid.nce to their d.rivation from rocks of continental crust. d.ring their resid.nce within young oceanic crust, the zircon xenocrysts experienced.alterations und.r the influence of submarine high-temperature hyd.othermal fluid., which selectively affected.the d.stribution of trace elements in the zircons and.red.ced.the δ;O values to 1.75‰-3.15‰. In this paper,we point out some practical obstacles arising in realization of compressional optical coherence elastography(OCE)that have not attracted.sufficient attention ***-cally,we d.scuss(i)complications in quantification of the Young mod.lus of tissues related.to partial ad.esion between the OCE probe and.soft intervening reference layer sensor,(i)d.storting influence of tisue suface curvature/corrugation on the subsurface strain d.stri-bution mapping,(ii)ways of signal-to-noise mtio(SNR)enhancement in OCE strain mapping when period.c averaging is not realized.and.iv)potentially significant infuence of tissue elastic nonlinearity on quantification of its *** pnactical approaches to mitigate the effects of these complications are also d.scribed.

We introd.ce a simple and.universal scalable encapsulation strategy for perovskite solar cells based.on thermal vacuum evaporation of MgF2or MoO3-xcapping layer followed.by sealing the d.vice with glass and.UV-curable *** proposed.encapsulation method.is beneficial to most of the other known encapsulation approaches being fully harmless to perovskite and.transporting layers and.processible at room *** d.position of the capping layer promotes efficient removal of water,oxygen and.organic solvent resid.als from the d.vice prior to sealing and.could.be easily performed.using stand.rd.equipment for metal electrod. *** proposed.strategy is transferrable to any lab-scale perovskite solar cell prototypes regard.ess of their geometry and.architecture and.results in excellent stability of the d.vices in ambient air and.long operating *** the 1000 hours stability test at ambient air(30%-60% RH),the cells preserved.92.9% of their initial efficiency on average und.r 1 Sun illumination at constant maximum power point tracking(MPPT,ISOS-L-1) and.over 96% und.r sto rage in the d.rk(ISOS-d.1),thus evid.ncing for the high effectiveness of the proposed.encapsulation approach.

Late blight is one of the most important potato d.seases. To minimize yield.losses, various protective measures are used.includ.ng fungicid. application. Active use of fungicid.s results in a contamination of the environment. Therefore, crop protection strategies optimizing the number of treatments are of great *** information about late blight d.velopment in an experimental potato field.record.d.over 30 seasons, a simulator to forecast yield.losses caused.by the d.sease was d.veloped.based.on the number of 5-d.period. favorable for reinfection of plants d.ring a vegetation season. The simulator was successfully verified.using ind.pend.nt d.ta on the d.sease d.velopment from nine unprotected.potato field. in the Netherland. and.Germany. The average d.fference between the calculated.and.real yield.losses d.d.not exceed.5%. Using the simulator and.weather d.ta for a period.of 2007–2017, yield.losses were calculated.for several areas of the Bryansk, Tambov, and.Orenburg Regions of Russia. The results revealed.d.fferences in d.sease d.velopment between these regions and.may be used.to d.velop recommend.tions for a frequency of fungicid. applications accord.ng to the regional risk of epid.mics, lead.ng to a significant red.ction in fungicid. use.
