Dermat.phagoides farinae group 2 (Der f2) is a highly polymorphic allergen t.at.shows a dist.nct.pat.ern of sequence divergence. t.e effect.of t.e variant. on ant.body and t.cell responses has not.been compared. t.e aim of t.e present.st.dy was t. evaluat. IgE binding, t.anscript.on and t.anslat.ons for IL-5, IFN-γ and t.F-β induced by mit. allergens. Sera from 24 HDM-allergic pat.ent. and 20 non-allergic subject. were measured for IgE react.vit. by ELISA. PBMC was cult.red wit. mit. allergens (Df, rDerf2) and mit.gen (PHA). t.e supernatant. and cell pellet.obt.ined were evaluat.d for cyt.kine product.on by ELISA and cyt.kine gene expression by Rt.PCR, respect.vely. Four pat.ent. showed IgE react.vit. t. bot. allergens. Five pat.ent. showed IgE react.vit. t. Df. Ot.er allergic pat.ent. and all non-allergic subject. did not.show IgE react.vit. t. mit. allergens. 日本红十字会输血部对自愿献血者血液的细胞成份以及做血浆蛋白分离的血浆,在预筛后与发出前,第一次在全国范围用核酸扩增检测(nat)方法检测血液中的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)。使用多重nat试剂对血液和血液制品,包括存活时间短的血小板检测,可节省检测时间、费用和人力。在2000年2月1日-2001年4月30日期间,采用50份血样品混合筛查,从血液和血液成分中查出112份HBV阳性、25份HCV阳性和4份HIV-1阳性。
