This paper proposes a modified golden jackal optimization(IGJO)algorithm to solve the OCL(which stands for optimal cooling load)problem to minimize energy *** this algorithm,many tools have been developed,such as numerical visualization,local field method,competitive selectionmethod,and iterative *** IGJO algorithm is used to improve the research capabilities of the algorithm in terms of global tuning and rotation *** order to fully utilize the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,three famous examples of OCL problems in basic ventilation systems were studied and compared with some previously published *** results show that the IGJO algorithm can find solutions equal to or better than other *** these studies is the need to reduce energy consumption in air conditioning systems,which is a critical business and environmental *** Optimal Chiller Load(OCL)problem is well-known in the *** is the best method of operation for the refrigeration plant to satisfy the requirement of *** order to solve the OCL problem,an improved Golden Jackal optimization algorithm(IGJO)was *** IGJO algorithm consists of a number of parts to improve the global optimization and rotation *** studies are intended to address more effectively the issue of OCL,which results in energy savings in air-conditioning *** performance of the proposed IGJO algorithm is evaluated,and the results are compared with the results of three known OCL problems in the ventilation *** results indicate that the IGJO method has the same or better optimization ability as other methods and can improve the energy efficiency of the system’s cold air.

The aim of this paper is simultaneous mini- mization of hydrothermal units to reach the best solution by employing an improved artificial bee colony （ABC） algorithm in a multi-objective function consisting of economic dispatch （ED） considering the valve-point effect and pollution function in power systems in view of the hot water of the hydro system. In this type of optimization problem, all practical constraints of units were taken into account as much as possible in order to comply with the reality. These constraints include the maximum and minimum output power of units, the constraints caused by the balance between supply and demand, the impact of pollution, water balance, uneven production curve con- sidering the valve-point effect and system losses. The proposed algorithm is applied on the studied system, and the obtained results indifferent operating conditions are analyzed. To investigate in various operating conditions, different load profiles in 12 h are taken into account. The obtained results are compared with those of the other methods including the genetfc algorithm （GA）, the Basu technique, and the improved genetic algorithm. Fast convergence is one of this improved algorithm features.

Laser beam effect on the entanglement of elastic collisions in quantum plasma

In the quantized field formalism, using Kramers–Henneberger unitary transformation as the semi-classical counterpart of Block–Nordsieck transformation, the dynamics of entanglement during the low energy scattering processes in bi-partite systems at the presence of a laser beam fields are studied. The stationary-state Schrodinger equation for the quantum scattering process is obtained for such systems. Then, using partial wave analysis, we introduce a new form of entanglement fidelity considering the effect of high-intensity laser beam fields. The effective potential of hot quantum plasma including plasmon and quantum screening effects is used to obtain the entanglement fidelity ratio as a function of the laser amplitude, and plasmon and Debye length parameters for the elastic electron-ion collisions. It is shown that the plasma free electrons oscillations under interaction with laser beam fields improve the correlations between charged particles and consequently lead to the increase in the system entanglement.

In this editorial,we discuss the article in the World Journal of *** article conducts a meta-analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of the urea breath test(UBT),a non-invasive method for detecting Helicobacter pylori(***)infection in *** is based on radionuclide-labeled *** methods,both invasive and non-invasive,are available for diagnosing *** infection,inclu-ding endoscopy with biopsy,serology for immunoglobulin titers,stool antigen analysis,and *** guidelines recommend UBTs as the primary choice for diagnosing *** infection and for reexamining after eradication *** is used to be the first choice non-invasive test due to their high accuracy,specificity,rapid results,and ***,its performance remains unaffected by the distribution of *** in the stomach,allowing a high flow of patients to be *** its widespread use,the performance characteristics of UBT have been inconsistently described and remain incompletely *** are two UBTs available with Food and Drug Administration approval:The 13C and 14C *** tests are affordable and can provide real-time *** may prefer the 13C test because it is non-radioactive,compared to 14C which uses a radioactive isotope,especially in young children and pregnant *** there was heterogeneity among the studies regarding the diagnostic accuracy of both UBTs,13C-UBT consistently outperforms the *** makes the 13C-UBT the preferred diagnostic ***,the provided findings of the meta-analysis emphasize the significance of precise considerations when choosing urea dosage,assessment timing,and measurement techniques for both the 13C-UBT and 14C-UBT,to enhance diagnostic precision.

An illness known as pneumonia causes inflammation in the *** there is so much information available fromvarious X-ray images,diagnosing pneumonia has typically proven *** improve image quality and speed up the diagnosis of pneumonia,numerous approaches have been *** date,several methods have been employed to identify *** Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)has achieved outstanding success in identifying and diagnosing diseases in the fields of medicine and ***,these methods are complex,inefficient,and imprecise to analyze a big number of *** this paper,a new hybrid method for the automatic classification and identification of Pneumonia from chest X-ray images is *** proposed method(ABOCNN)utilized theAfrican BuffaloOptimization(ABO)algorithmto enhanceCNNperformance and *** Weinmed filter is employed for pre-processing to eliminate unwanted noises from chest X-ray images,followed by feature extraction using the Grey Level Co-Occurrence Matrix(GLCM)*** features are then selected from the dataset using the ABO algorithm,and ultimately,high-performance deep learning using the CNN approach is introduced for the classification and identification of *** results on various datasets showed that,when contrasted to other approaches,the ABO-CNN outperforms them all for the classification *** proposed method exhibits superior values like 96.95%,88%,86%,and 86%for accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score,respectively.

Dynamics of Non-Markovianity, Quantum Correlations and Information Scrambling of Three Qubits Systems Interacting via Rashba Interaction

The behavior of the quantum correlations, information scrambling and the non-Markovianity of three entangling qubits systems via Rashba is discussed. The results showed that, the three physical quantities oscillate between their upper and lower bounds, where the number of oscillations increases as the Rashba interaction strength increases. The exchanging rate of these three quantities depends on the Rashba strength, and whether the entangled state is generated via direct/indirect interaction. Moreover, the coherence parameter can be used as a control parameter to maximize or minimize the three physical quantities.

Software Defined Network(SDN)and Network Function Virtualization(NFV)technology promote several benefits to network operators,including reduced maintenance costs,increased network operational performance,simplified network lifecycle,and policies *** vulnerabilities try to modify services provided by Network Function Virtualization MANagement and Orchestration(NFV MANO),and malicious attacks in different scenarios disrupt the NFV Orchestrator(NFVO)and Virtualized Infrastructure Manager(VIM)lifecycle management related to network services or individual Virtualized Network Function(VNF).This paper proposes an anomaly detection mechanism that monitors threats in NFV MANO and manages promptly and adaptively to implement and handle security functions in order to enhance the quality of experience for end *** anomaly detector investigates these identified risks and provides secure network *** enables virtual network security functions and identifies anomalies in Kubernetes(a cloud-based platform).For training and testing purpose of the proposed approach,an intrusion-containing dataset is used that hold multiple malicious activities like a Smurf,Neptune,Teardrop,Pod,Land,IPsweep,etc.,categorized as Probing(Prob),Denial of Service(DoS),User to Root(U2R),and Remote to User(R2L)*** anomaly detector is anticipated with the capabilities of a Machine Learning(ML)technique,making use of supervised learning techniques like Logistic Regression(LR),Support Vector Machine(SVM),Random Forest(RF),Naïve Bayes(NB),and Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost).The proposed framework has been evaluated by deploying the identified ML algorithm on a Jupyter notebook in Kubeflow to simulate Kubernetes for validation *** classifier has shown better outcomes(99.90%accuracy)than other classifiers in detecting anomalies/intrusions in the containerized environment.

目的制备抗白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)纳米抗体, 并观察其对缺氧小鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法利用DNA重组技术, 使用pET-16b和pHEN1表达载体构建抗IL-1β纳米抗体的重组质粒(pET-16b-4G6M-VHH、pET-16b-5BVP-VHH、pET-16b-5MVZ-VHH和pHEN1-4G6M-VHH、pHEN1-5BVP-VHH、pHEN1-5MVZ-VHH, 其中VHH为重链单域抗体, 4G6M-VHH、5BVP-VHH、5MVZ-VHH分别为3种抗IL-1β的纳米抗体), 将构建成功的质粒分别转入大肠杆菌Rosetta2(DE3)表达菌中进行诱导表达及镍柱纯化, 用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和Western印迹对表达产物及纯化产物进行鉴定, 并通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定其亲和力。将纯化所得亲和力最高的抗IL-1β纳米抗体(pHEN1-5MVZ-VHH)应用于小鼠HL-1心肌细胞缺氧模型(分为正常对照组、缺氧模型组、空白质粒组及12.5、25.0、50.0 μg/ml pHEN1-5MVZ-VHH处理组), 并检测细胞存活率及凋亡率。结果 SDS-PAGE和Western印迹结果显示, 成功得到相对分子质量约15 000的抗IL-1β纳米抗体;ELISA结果显示, 与pET-16b载体组相比, pHEN1载体组所表达的纳米抗体与IL-1β抗原的亲和力更高(4G6M-VHH组:3.20±0.03比1.20±0.03, P<0.001;5BVP-VHH组:3.18±0.06比1.21±0.02, P<0.001;5MVZ-VHH组:3.38±0.05比1.62±0.04, P<0.001);细胞存活及凋亡检测结果显示, 与缺氧模型组相比, 25.0 μg/ml及50.0 μg/ml pHEN1-5MVZ-VHH处理组HL-1细胞活性增加[(75.55±2.23)%比(46.90±2.51)%, P<0.001;(74.36±1.96)%比(46.90±2.51)%, P<0.001], 凋亡率降低[(6.83±0.27)%比(10.24±0.76)%, P<0.001;(6.68±0.38)%比(10.24±0.76)%, P<0.001]。结论 pET-16b和pHEN1载体均能表达出抗IL-1β纳米抗体, 且pHEN1载体表达的纳米抗体具有更好的抗原亲和作用。此外, pHEN1-5MVZ-VHH治疗可减少缺氧小鼠心肌细胞凋亡。

Corrosion and Scaling Threat in Upstream Oil Operation

Corrosiveness or scaling is an inherent threat to oil operations. The primary cause for this threat is the presence of water having complex geochemical matrix. Unanticipated water production, particularly if it contains unwanted impurities, can significantly impact hydrocarbon production. The current paper discusses the degree of threat posed to oil operation facilities based on the water characteristics. Methodology involved the collection and analysis of water samples from major sources in oil industry such as groundwater, wellheads and seawater. The parameters tested include geochemical, microbiological and pollutants. The lab data was used to develop scaling and corrosion prediction indices such as Langelier Saturation Index (LSI), Ryznar Stability Index (RSI) and Puckorius Scaling Index (PSI). The study indicated varying water chemistry for different sources. Mixing of those waters may lead to ionic saturation and scaling in different facilities. Presence of the SRB and GAB in some water sources also posed threat to water system by forming fouling and corrosion. Seawater used for offshore oilfields water injection to maintain reservoir pressure and improve oil recovery showed scaling tendency, whereas under different reservoir pressure, it can cause corrosion. Some of the samples also had corrosion residuals such as iron, which indicated active corrosion. Current study showed higher alkalinity with high sulfate for one groundwater sample with presence of active corrosion residuals such as dissolved iron and manganese. The study showed positive value for LSI which indicated supersaturation of the water samples with respect to calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and scale forming. Similarly, for RSI and PSI, the value was below six which confirmed the scaling potential for all the samples.
