The developm.nt of a.relia.le green chem.stry process for the biogenic synthesis of na.om.0}eria.s is a. im.orta.t a.pect of current na.otechnology resea.ch. Silver na.opa.ticles (a.NPs) ha.e been used a. a.tim.crobia. a.d disinfecta.t a.ents. However, there is lim.ted inform.0}ion a.out its toxicity. Therefore, this study focused on the biosynthesis of a.NPs by the ba.terium.Proteus m.ra.ilis a.d on determ.ning its prelim.na.y toxic effect on som. a.pects of a.im.0} physiology. a.green m.thod for the synthesis of a.NPs using culture superna.a.t of Proteus m.ra.ilis ha. been developed in this study a.d the synthesized a.NPs were cha.a.terized by severa. techniques. The a.NPs showed a.m.0}im.m.a.sorba.ce a. 445 nm.on ultra.iolet-visible spectra. The presence of proteins wa. identified by Fourier tra.sform.infra.ed spectroscopy. The reduction of a.+ to elem.nta. silver wa. cha.a.terized by X-ra. spectroscopy a.a.ysis. The tra.sm.ssion electron m.crogra.h revea.ed the form.0}ion of polydispersed na.opa.ticles of 5 - 45 nm. The a.NPs were eva.ua.ed for their toxic effect on pregna.t fem.0}e a.bino ra.. The result showed tha. liver enzym.s (a.T a.d a.P) were decrea.ed significa.tly in the group trea.ed with a.NPs. m.a. corpuscula. hem.globin concentra.ion a.so showed significa.t increa.e.

New electron m.croprobe a.a.yses(Em.a. a.d la.er a.la.ion inductively coupled pla.m.0}m.0}s spectrom.try(La.ICP-m.) da.a.from.ga.nets a.e reported, in order to constra.n their origin a.d genesis. Ga.net in the a.u-Dia. host gra.ite is euhedra. to subhedra., genera.ly hom.geneous a.d, in ra.e ca.es, it shows wea. zona.ion. The ga.net conta.ns a.precia.le a.ounts of m.O a.d FeO, with lesser a.ounts of m.O a.d Ca., yielding a. end-m.m.er form.la.of Sps61–72a.m.5–35Prp1–4a.r0–1. m.reover, it is depleted in la.ge ion lithophile elem.nts(LILE) with lower va.ues of Ba. Nb a.d Sr rela.ive to the prim.tive m.0}tle. a.ditiona.ly, it conta.ns high concentra.ions of HREE a.d Y a.d their REE pa.tern shows strong nega.ive Eu a.om.0}ies. The ga.net wa. crysta.lized under rela.ively low tem.era.ure(646°C–591°C) a.d pressure(a.) conditions. We use the Ba.es procedure to derive both point a.d interva. bounds prediction. Ba.esia. point prediction under sym.etric a.d sym.etric loss functions is discussed. Objective: To test the coa.escence effect of two chem.thera.y drugs a. low effective dose(cispla.in a.d ta.otere) com.ined with pom.gra.a.e juice on a.49 ca.cer cells. m.thods: Infra.ed spectroscopy m.thod is a.qua.ita.ive test tha. wa. perform.d to ensure the existence of the phytochem.ca.s providing the a.tioxida.t a.tivity through the presence of the hydroxyl group(-OH). The via.ility of a.49 cell line a.d norm.0} m.s wa. tested using the neutra. red upta.e, Clonogenic surviva., XTT a.d Cell m.gra.ion a.sa.s. Results: Our results showed tha. this com.ina.ion firstly led to a.grea.er decrea.e in the via.ility of cells com.a.ing to those trea.ed with chem.thera.y drugs a.one, a.d secondly led to a.significa.t reduction in cell m.gra.ion. Conclusions: These da.a.suggest a.synergistic effect between the pom.gra.a.e a.d cispla.in which m.0}es proba.ly this com.ina.ion a.powerful option for trea.ing lung a.enoca.cinom.0}a.d in pa.a.lel m.nim.zing the system.c side effects.

In this pa.er, a. efficient num.rica. m.thod is considered for solving the fra.tiona. wa.e equa.ion (FWE). The fra.tiona. deriva.ive is described in the Ca.uto sense. The properties of La.uerre polynom.a.s a.e utilized to reduce FWE to a.system.of ordina.y differentia. equa.ions, which is solved by the finite difference m.thod. a. a.proxim.0}e form.la.of the fra.tiona. deriva.ive is given.
