Doping of tita.ium.dioxide na.ofibers by silver na.opa.ticles revea.ed distinct im.rovem.nt in the photoca.a.ytic a.tivity;however other influences ha.e not been investiga.ed. In this work, effect of sliver-doping on the crysta. structure, the na.ofibrous m.rphology a. well a. the photoca.a.ytic a.tivity of tita.ium.oxide na.ofibers ha. been studied. Silver-doped TiO2 na.ofibers ha.ing different silver contents were prepa.ed by ca.cina.ion of electrospun na.ofiber m.0}s consisting of silver nitra.e, tita.ium.isopropoxide a.d poly(vinyl a.eta.e) a. 600℃. The results a.firm.d form.0}ion of silver-doped TiO2 na.ofibers com.osed of a.a.a.e a.d rutile when the silver nitra.e content in the origina. electrospun solution wa. m.re tha. 3 wt%. The rutile pha.e content wa. directly proportiona. with the a.NO3 concentra.ion in the electrospun solution. Nega.ive im.a.t of the silver-doping on the na.ofibrous m.rphology wa. observed a. increa.e the silver content ca.sed to decrea.e the a.pect ra.io, i.e. producing na.orods ra.her na.ofibers. However, silver-doping lea.s to m.dify the surfa.e roughness. Study of the photoca.a.ytic degra.a.ion of m.thylene blue dye cla.ified tha. increa.e the silver content strongly enha.ces the dye oxida.ion process.

Corrosiveness or sca.ing is a. inherent threa. to oil opera.ions. The prim.0}y ca.se for this threa. is the presence of wa.er ha.ing com.lex geochem.ca. m.0}rix. Una.ticipa.ed wa.er production, pa.ticula.ly if it conta.ns unwa.ted im.urities, ca. significa.tly im.a.t hydroca.bon production. The current pa.er discusses the degree of threa. posed to oil opera.ion fa.ilities ba.ed on the wa.er cha.a.teristics. m.thodology involved the collection a.d a.a.ysis of wa.er sa.ples from.m.0}or sources in oil industry such a. groundwa.er, wellhea.s a.d sea.a.er. The pa.a.eters tested include geochem.ca., m.crobiologica. a.d polluta.ts. The la. da.a.wa. used to develop sca.ing a.d corrosion prediction indices such a. La.gelier Sa.ura.ion Index (LSI), Ryzna. Sta.ility Index (RSI) a.d Puckorius Sca.ing Index (PSI). The study indica.ed va.ying wa.er chem.stry for different sources. m.xing of those wa.ers m.0} lea. to ionic sa.ura.ion a.d sca.ing in different fa.ilities. Presence of the SRB a.d Ga. in som. wa.er sources a.so posed threa. to wa.er system.by form.ng fouling a.d corrosion. Sea.a.er used for offshore oilfields wa.er injection to m.0}nta.n reservoir pressure a.d im.rove oil recovery showed sca.ing tendency, wherea. under different reservoir pressure, it ca. ca.se corrosion. Som. of the sa.ples a.so ha. corrosion residua.s such a. iron, which indica.ed a.tive corrosion. Current study showed higher a.ka.inity with high sulfa.e for one groundwa.er sa.ple with presence of a.tive corrosion residua.s such a. dissolved iron a.d m.0}ga.ese. The study showed positive va.ue for LSI which indica.ed supersa.ura.ion of the wa.er sa.ples with respect to ca.cium.ca.bona.e (Ca.O3) a.d sca.e form.ng. 目的制备抗白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)纳米抗体, 并观察其对缺氧小鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法利用DNa.组技术, 使用pET-16b和pHEN1表达载体构建抗IL-1β纳米抗体的重组质粒(pET-16b-4G6m.VHH、pET-16b-5BVP-VHH、pET-16b-5m.Z-VHH和pHEN1-... 详细信息

目的制备抗白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)纳米抗体, 并观察其对缺氧小鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法利用DNa.组技术, 使用pET-16b和pHEN1表达载体构建抗IL-1β纳米抗体的重组质粒(pET-16b-4G6m.VHH、pET-16b-5BVP-VHH、pET-16b-5m.Z-VHH和pHEN1-4G6m.VHH、pHEN1-5BVP-VHH、pHEN1-5m.Z-VHH, 其中VHH为重链单域抗体, 4G6m.VHH、5BVP-VHH、5m.Z-VHH分别为3种抗IL-1β的纳米抗体), 将构建成功的质粒分别转入大肠杆菌Rosetta.(DE3)表达菌中进行诱导表达及镍柱纯化, 用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-Pa.E)和Western印迹对表达产物及纯化产物进行鉴定, 并通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISa.测定其亲和力。将纯化所得亲和力最高的抗IL-1β纳米抗体(pHEN1-5m.Z-VHH)应用于小鼠HL-1心肌细胞缺氧模型(分为正常对照组、缺氧模型组、空白质粒组及12.5、25.0、50.0 μg/m. pHEN1-5m.Z-VHH处理组), 并检测细胞存活率及凋亡率。结果 SDS-Pa.E和Western印迹结果显示, 成功得到相对分子质量约15 000的抗IL-1β纳米抗体;ELISa.果显示, 与pET-16b载体组相比, pHEN1载体组所表达的纳米抗体与IL-1β抗原的亲和力更高(4G6m.VHH组:3.20±0.03比1.20±0.03, Pm.Z-VHH组:3.38±0.05比1.62±0.04, Pm.及50.0 μg/m. pHEN1-5m.Z-VHH处理组HL-1细胞活性增加[(75.55±2.23)%比(46.90±2.51)%, Pm.Z-VHH治疗可减少缺氧小鼠心肌细胞凋亡。

The key a.m.of this study is to eva.ua.e the a.sorption of hea.y oil from.a.ueous solutions with different oil contents over m.soporous silica.e m.0}eria.s ha.ing different surfa.ta.t tem.la.e contents. The m.so- porous silica.e m.0}eria.s ha.e been synthesized from.tetra.thylorthosilica.e a. a.silica.precursor a.d cetyltri- m.thyla.m.nium.brom.de a. a.tem.la.e using the sol-gel technique. Four sa.ples were prepa.ed by （1） tota.ly rem.ving the tem.la.e using the ca.cina.ion process, （2） pa.tia.ly rem.ving the tem.la.e via.etha.ol extra.tion, （3） pa.tia.ly rem.ving the tem.la.e via.wa.er extra.tion, a.d （4） keeping the tem.la.e a. synthesized, respectively. These four sa.ples ha.e been cha.a.terized using X-ra. diffra.tion, nitrogen a.sorption, therm.0} gra.im.tric a.a. lysis a.d Fourier tra.sform.d infra.ed. The effect of the degree of tem.la.e rem.va. of these m.soporous m.0}eria.s for the oil rem.va. ha. been investiga.ed. The oil rem.va. is inversely proportiona. to the surfa.ta.t content in the m.soporous m.0}eria., being highest for the ca.cined sa.ple but lowest for the a.-synthesized sa.ple. The kinetic of oil a.sorption over the ca.cined m.0}eria. ha. been a.so studied a.d the da.a.obta.ned fit well a.second-order m.del.
