The present study was to evaluate thyme and ajwain as antibiotic growth promoter substitutions on growth performance,carcass characteristics and serum biochemistry in Japanese quails(Coturnix japonica).A feeding trial was conducted over 28 d with 4 groups of Japanese quails fed experimental diets formulated to provide no supplementation(control),or control t 55 mg zinc bacitracin/kg,2 g thyme/kg,and 2 g ajwain/*** 35 d of age,2 quails from each replicate were sacrificed and ***,empty small intestine and heart were weighed and calculated as a percentage of live body *** carcasses were weighed and the cuts were performed to evaluate the yield of legs and *** 35 d of age,2 quails per replicate were chosen and approximately 1-m L blood samples were collected through brachial vein,and concentrations of albumin,total protein,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and high density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol were *** body weight were not affected by the dietary treatment whereas,it tended to increase in quails supplemented with *** feed conversation ratio values were similar though it tended to improve in quails supplemented with thyme compared with other *** feed intake,internal organ weights and carcass traits were not influenced by the dietary *** total cholesterol contents were lower(P < 0.05) in quails supplemented with ajwain compared with control and quails supplemented with antibiotic and *** highest serum HDL-cholesterol was seen in the group supplemented with thyme compared with other *** was concluded that the addition of 2 g/kg thyme can improve serum biochemistry in quails,although its effects on performance criteria was negligible.

The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dried powder of Calendula ojficinalis L.(marigold)flower as an antibiotic growth promoter substitute on growth performance,organ weights,and immunological parameters in broilers.A total of 240 mixed sex broilers(Ross 308)at 1 d of age were individually weighed and randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 4 replicates of 15 birds for 6 *** dietary treatments were:1)a basal diet(control);2)control plus 4.5 mg flavophospholipol/kg of diet;3)control plus 5 g marigold/kg of diet;4)control plus 10 g marigold/kg of *** responses against Newcastle(NDV),influenza(AI)viruses,and sheep red blood cells(SRBC)were *** 4.5 mg flavophospholipol/kg of diet enhanced body weight(BW)of broilers at 14 and 28 d of age(P<0.05),but final BW at 42 d was not markedly *** 14 and 28 d of age,broilers fed diets supplemented with 10 g marigold/kg of diet had significantly lower BW compared with broilers fed the basal diet supplemented with antibiotic or 5 g marigold/kg of *** the starter period,broilers fed diets supplemented with antibiotic had significantly(P<0.05)better FCR compared with broilers supplemented with 10 g marigold/kg of diet,but did not differ from broilers fed the basal diet or basal diet supplemented with 5 g marigold/kg of *** were no significant differences in FCR between treatments,during grower,finisher phases as well as for the whole *** yield was significantly(P<0.05)higher in broilers supplemented with 5 g marigold/kg of diet compared with broilers in other *** treatments failed to induce any marked effect on immune *** conclusion,the results of this experiment showed that supplementation of 5 and 10 g dried powder of marigold/kg of diet has no affirmative influence on growth performance of broilers.

Autoantibodies （aAbs） are generated by the immune system in response to a number of stimuli, one of which is believed to be aberrant protein targeting to the plasma surface. In this study, the presence of human cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP4Z1 on the outer surface of the plasma membrane of MCF-7 breast cancer cells is demonstrated by immunofluorescence. Moreover, anti- CYP4Z1 aAbs could clearly be detected in breast cancer patient sera by both immunoprecipitation and western blot analysis, while weak or no signals were obtained when testing controls.

The previous ideology of complexity factor for the dynamical spheres[Herrera et al 2018,***.D,98,104059]is extended for the influence of charge.A dynamical spherically symmetric non-dissipative and dissipative self-gravitating structure is examined in the presence of Maxwell f(G)gravity to examine the complexity *** pattern of evolution is studied with the minimal complexity *** complexity factor remains the same for the structure of fluid distribution,while we examine homologous constraints for the most basic evolution *** calculate the structure scalars which play an important role in order to understand the fundamental properties of the *** fluid is geodesic as well as shearing for the dissipative case and there is a large number of *** the non-dissipative fluid distribution,a shear-free,homogeneous and isotropic,geodesic fluid correlates with the evolving homologous and vanishing complexity *** implication of the condition of vanishing complexity factor and stability are discussed at the end.

A numerical parameter mathematically derived from the graph structure is a topological *** topological index is the first actual choice in QSAR research and these indices are used to build the correlation model between the chemical structures of various chemicals ***,we investigate some old degree-based topological indices like Randic index,sum connectivity index,ABC index,GA index,1st and 2nd Zagreb indices,modified second Zagreb index,redefined version of 1st,2nd and 3rd Zagreb indices,hyper and augmented Zagreb indices,forgotten index and symmetric division degree index,and some new degree-based indices like SK index,SK1 index,SK2 index,and AG1 index of triangular chandelier-lattice(TCL).The results are generalized by using edge partition and closed formulas for topological indices of triangular chandelier-lattice are analysed.

In this study,it is proposed that the diffusion least mean square(LMS)algorithm can be improved by applying the fractional order signal processing *** of Caputo’s fractional derivatives are considered in the optimization of cost *** is suggested to derive a fractional order variant of the diffusion LMS *** applicability is tested for the estimation of channel parameters in a distributed environment consisting of randomly distributed sensors communicating through wireless *** topology of the network is selected such that a smaller number of nodes are *** the network,a random sleep strategy is followed to conserve the transmission power at the *** proposed fractional ordermodified diffusionLMS algorithms are applied in the two configurations of combine-then-adapt and *** average squared error performance of the proposed algorithms along with its traditional counterparts are evaluated for the estimation of the Rayleigh channel *** proof of convergence is provided showing that the addition of the nonlinear term resulting from fractional derivatives helps adjusts the autocorrelation matrix in such a way that the spread of its eigenvalues *** increases the convergence as well as the steady state response even for the larger step *** results are shown for different number of nodes and fractional *** simulation results establish that the accuracy of the proposed scheme is far better than its classical counterparts,therefore,helps better solves the channel gains estimation problem in a distributed wireless *** algorithm has the potential to be applied in other applications related to learning and adaptation.

Background:The COVID-19 pandemic has become a formidable threat to global health and *** coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 is known to spread by human-to-human transmission,and in about 40%cases,the exposed individuals are asymptomatic which makes it difficult to contain the ***:This paper presents a modified SEIR epidemiological model and uses concepts of optimal control theory for analysis of the effects of intervention methods of the *** the pandemic intervention problem can be viewed as a mathematical optimization problem as there are contradictory outcomes in terms of reduced infection and fatalities but with serious economic ***:Concepts of optimal control theory have been used to determine the optimal control(intervention)levels of i)social contact mitigation and suppression,and ii)pharmaceutical intervention modalities,with minimum impacts on the *** results show that with optimal intervention policies,there is a significant reduction in the number of infections and *** computed optimum intervention policy also provides a timeline of systematic enforcement and relaxation of stay-at-home regulations,and an estimate of the peak time and number of hospitalized critical care ***:The proposed method could be used by local and state governments in planning effective strategies in combating the *** optimum intervention policy provides the necessary lead time to establish necessary field hospitals before getting overwhelmed by new patient *** results also allow the local and state governments to relax social contact suppression guidelines in an orderly manner without triggering a second wave.

The main objective of this research is to design a state-feedback controller for the rotary inverted pendulum module utilizing the linear quadratic regulator(LQR)*** controller maintains the pendulum in the inverted(upright)position and is robust enough to reject external disturbance to maintain its *** research work involves three major contributions:mathematical modeling,simulation,and real-time *** design a controller,mathematical modeling has been done by employing the NewtonEuler,Lagrange *** resulting model was nonlinear so linearization was required,which has been done around a working *** the estimation of the controller parameters,MATLAB LQR function has been *** has been performed for the designed controller and it also has been implemented and tested over the real inverted *** the results,it is vivid that the designed controller keeps the inverted pendulum in an upright position and rejects the disturbances and falling under gravitational force by adjusting the rotation of the horizontal link.
