In this work ITO thin film.annealing was carried out using a CW CO2 laser beam.for ITO thin film.annealing over a 1 cm. area with a tem.erature higher than 250°C to obtain ITO grains with excellent structural quality thin film.. The obtained ITO film. were characterized for crystallization, surface m.rphology, electrical and optical properties, which has theoretical significance and application value. ITO thin film. are deposited on glass substrates by sputter coater system.(RF) from.a high density target (In2O3-SnO2, 90-10 wt%). After deposition, ITO thin film. have been irradiated by CW CO2 laser (λ = 10.6 μm. with power ranging from.1 to 10 watt. These film. were annealed at tem.eratures 250°C, 350°C, and 450°C in the air for 20 m.nutes using different laser power. The m.in incentive was to develop a low tem.erature process for ITO thin film., which typically required a 350°C anneal to crystallize and achieve optim.m.optical and electrical properties. The XRD results showed that 350°C tem.erature laser annealing could crystallize ITO with a strong (222) preferred orientation and its grain size increased from.29.27 nm.to 48.63 nm. The structure, optical transm.ssion, energy gap, resistivity and sheet resistance of the ITO thin film. were system.tically investigated as a function of laser post annealing tem.erature. It was found that the lowest resistivity was 2.9 × 10-4 Ω-cm.and that sheet resistance was 14.5 Ω/sq. And the highest optical transm.ttance (98.65%) of ITO film. was obtained at 350°C annealing tem.erature.

Interaction between kaolin (particle size 53 and 106 μm. and urea was studied by infrared spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction. Interaction was found to be dependent on the particle size of kaolin raw m.terial. Nature of interaction achieved through the form.tion of hydrogen bonds between urea and both AlOH and Si-O surface of kaolinite. Effect of tem.erature on equilibrium.adsorption of m.thylene blue (m.) from.aqueous solution using kaolin also studied, the results were analyzed by Langm.ir and frendlich isotherm.. Therm.dynam.c param.ters such as ΔG, ΔH and ΔS were calculated. Results suggested that the m. adsorption on kaolin was spontaneous and exotherm.c process.

Nanocrystalline titanium.dioxide (TiO2) thin film. were prepared by using sol-gel through spin- coating m.thod. An assem.ly of indium.tin oxide (ITO)/TiO2/polyaniline (PANI)/Ag was m.de in a sandwich panel structure. The obtained junction shows rectifying behavior. Additionally, the I/V characteristic indicates that a P-N junction at nanocrystalline PANI/TiO2 interface has been created. In this experim.ntal study, we depended only on the ratio between titanium.and PANI in the process of preparing sol-gel (PANi/TiO2 at 20% wt). The largest open circuit voltage of 656 m. and short current density of 0.00315 m./cm. produce 0.0004% power conversion solar cell (η) under sim.lated solar radiation (50 m./cm.). The thin film. of PANI and titanium.oxide (TiO2)/ PANI com.osites were synthesized by sol-gel technique. Pure TiO2 powder with nanoparticle size of less than 25 nm.and PANI were synthesized through chem.cal oxidative polym.rization of aniline m.nom.rs. The com.osite film. were characterized by high resolution X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy, field effect scanning electron m.croscopy, and UV-vis spectroscopy. The results were com.ared with the corresponding data on pure PANI film.. The intensity of diffraction peaks for PANI/TiO2 com.osites is lower than that for TiO2. The characteristic of the FTIR peaks of pure PANI shifts to a higher wave num.er in TiO2/PANI com.osite, which is attributed to the interaction of TiO2 nanoparticles with PANI m.lecular chains.

This paper introduces a m.chine learning approach to address the challenge of lim.ted data resulting from.costly and tim.-consum.ng fire experim.nts by enlarging sm.ll fire test data sets and predicting the fire resistance of reinforced concrete *** approach begins by creating deep learning m.dels,nam.ly generative adversarial networks and variational autoencoders,to learn the spatial distribution of real fire *** then use these m.dels to generate synthetic tabular sam.les that closely resem.le realistic fire resistance values for reinforced concrete *** generated data are em.loyed to train state-of-the-art m.chine learning techniques,including Extrem. Gradient Boost,Light Gradient Boosting m.chine,Categorical Boosting Algorithm.Support Vector Regression,Random.Forest,Decision Tree,m.ltiple Linear Regression,Polynom.al Regression,Support Vector m.chine,Kernel Support Vector m.chine,Naive Bayes,and K-Nearest Neighbors,which can predict the fire resistance of the colum.s through regression and *** learning analyses achieved highly accurate predictions of fire resistance values,outperform.ng traditional m.dels that relied solely on lim.ted experim.ntal *** study highlights the potential for using m.chine learning and deep learning analyses to revolutionize the field of structural engineering by im.roving the accuracy and efficiency of fire resistance evaluations while reducing the reliance on costly and tim.-consum.ng experim.nts.

As the use of artificial intelligence (AI) grows within the field of cybersecurity, so does the dem.nd for secure and decentralized AI system. to protect against potential cyber threats. Blockchain technology has em.rged as the ideal approach for increasing both the security and privacy of AI system. since it provides decentralized and im.utable data storage. This system.tic literature review focuses on the integration of blockchain technology with decentralized AI within cybersecurity. It provides a com.rehensive taxonom. of blockchain technology and decentralized AI for cybersecurity, serving as the starting point for the study. This paper begins with an overview of blockchain technology and its possible uses in cybersecurity and also analyzes its challenges and opportunities. Decentralized AI is also covered in the study, along with its potential advantages and difficulties in decentralized AI cybersecurity. Building on that foundation, this study provides convincing findings highlighting the beneficial relationships between blockchain technology and decentralized AI for cybersecurity, contributing to a nuanced com.rehension of their integration. m.reover, it offers real-world uses of blockchain-enabled, decentralized AI to discuss its usefulness in tackling cybersecurity concerns. Finally, this paper discusses future research directions for blockchain-enabled decentralized AI in cybersecurity, including potential applications and im.lications of this technology in the field, em.hasizing the potential of blockchain-enabled decentralized AI in cybersecurity to enhance security, privacy, and trust in AI system..

This paper discusses the use of atm.spheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasm. treatm.nt to enhance the surface qualities of viscose *** study explores the effects of different plasm. gases,discharge voltages,and exposure tim.s on the treated *** findings em.hasize the im.ortance of optim.zing the plasm.'s peak voltage to achieve the desired surface treatm.nt *** docum.nt also presents data on colour strength,wettability,colour fastness,and tensile strength of the treated fabrics,as well as scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm.analysis of surface m.rphology and chem.cal analysis using fouriertransition infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and energy dispersive X-ray(EDX).The results show that treatm.nt at a peak voltage of 11.83 k V is m.re efficient,except for the tensile strength which is enhanced at a peak voltage of 8.92 k *** oxygen plasm. treatm.nt significantly im.roves the colour strength,which exhibits an increase from.11 to *** intensified colour was attributed to the significant influence of electrostatic interactions between the charged hydroxyl groups of the oxygen plasm. treated viscose textiles and the dye m.lecules,which enhance the *** oxygen DBD plasm. exhibits a higher ability to enhance the properties of textiles when com.ared to air and argon *** study presents a sustainable,econom.cal,secure,and ecologically friendly approach to explore new fabrics for specific uses.

Recently,inverted T-beam. have been used in reinforced concrete(RC)bridges to support transverse precast *** T-beam.,contrary to practice with conventional beam.,are loaded on the flanges upper *** loading configuration causes hanger failure due to the generation of vertical tensile stresses near the bottom.of the *** key purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of vertical external prestressing stainless-steel bars in m.tigating non-ductile hanger failure in reinforced concrete inverted *** experim.ntal study on six inverted-T beam.,including two un-strengthened specim.ns,was carried *** study showed that the value of the prestressing level had a considerable im.act on the perform.nce of hanger m.chanism.in relation to crack pattern,ultim.te loads,cracking behavior,load-deflection,strains,and *** experim.ntal results indicated that the suggested m.thod for strengthening inverted T-beam. had efficacy in reducing the seriousness of the non-ductile hanger failure and resulted in a strength increase of up to 53% when com.ared to that of the un-strengthened ***,two analytical m.dels for estim.ting the hanger capacity and the average crack width of the strengthened RC inverted T-beam. were *** m.dels that were proposed exhibited a high degree of agreem.nt with the experim.ntal results.
