BACKGROUND Bronchogenic cysts are rare developmental anomalies that belong to the category of congenital enterogenous *** arise from lung buds and are present at *** embryonic foregut is their ***,they are located within the chest cavity,particularly in the cavum mediastinale of the thoracic cavity or lodged in the pulmonary parenchyma,and are considered a type of lung bud *** SUMMARY A 49-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital due to the detection of a retroperitoneal mass during a physical *** weeks before admission,the patient underwent a physical examination and routine laboratory tests,which revealed a space-occupying mass in the retroperitoneal *** patient did not report any symptoms(such as abdominal pain,flatulence,nausea,vomiting,high fever,or chills).The computed tomography(CT)revealed a retroperitoneal spaceoccupying lesion with minimal enhancement and a CT value of approximately 36 Hounsfield *** lesion was not delineated from the boundary of the pancreatic body and was closely related to the retroperitoneum *** Following a series of tests,an abdominal mass was identified,prompting the implementation of a laparoscopic retroperitoneal mass excision *** the investigation,an 8 cm×7 cm cystic round-shaped mass with a distinct demarcation was identified in the upper posterior region of the ***,full resection of the mass was *** pathological examination reveled a cystic mass characterized by a smooth inner *** cystic mass was found to contain a white,viscous liquid within its capsule.

In this paper, we study existence and uniqueness of solutions to nonlinear three point boundary value problems for fractional differential equation of the type c D δ 0＋ u（t） = f （t, u（t）, c D σ 0＋ u（t））, t ∈ [0, T ], u（0） = αu（η）, u（T ） = βu（η）, where 1 〈 δ 〈 2, 0 〈 σ 〈 1, α, β∈ R, η∈ （0, T ）, αη（1 -β）＋（1-α）（T βη） = 0 and c D δ 0＋ , c D σ 0＋ are the Caputo fractional derivatives. We use Schauder fixed point theorem and contraction mapping principle to obtain existence and uniqueness results. Examples are also included to show the applicability of our results.

Positive Solution for a Hadamard Fractional Singular Boundary Value Problem of Order μ ∈(2,3)

In this article, we establish the existence of positive solution for the following Hadamard fractional singular boundary value problem where is continuous and singular at t = a, t = b and x = 0. Further, is Hadamard fractional derivative of order μ. Moreover, the existence of positive solution has been established using fixed point index for a completely continuous map in a cone. Also, an example is included to show the validity of our result.

Lung cancer is a leading cause of global mortality *** detection of pulmonary tumors can significantly enhance the survival rate of ***,various Computer-Aided Diagnostic(CAD)methods have been developed to enhance the detection of pulmonary nodules with high ***,the existing method-ologies cannot obtain a high level of specificity and *** present study introduces a novel model for Lung Cancer Segmentation and Classification(LCSC),which incorporates two improved architectures,namely the improved U-Net architecture and the improved AlexNet *** LCSC model comprises two distinct *** first stage involves the utilization of an improved U-Net architecture to segment candidate nodules extracted from the lung ***,an improved AlexNet architecture is employed to classify lung *** the first stage,the proposed model demonstrates a dice accuracy of 0.855,a precision of 0.933,and a recall of 0.789 for the segmentation of candidate *** suggested improved AlexNet architecture attains 97.06%accuracy,a true positive rate of 96.36%,a true negative rate of 97.77%,a positive predictive value of 97.74%,and a negative predictive value of 96.41%for classifying pulmonary cancer as either benign or *** proposed LCSC model is tested and evaluated employing the publically available dataset furnished by the Lung Image Database Consortium and Image Database Resource Initiative(LIDC-IDRI).This proposed technique exhibits remarkable performance compared to the existing methods by using various evaluation parameters.

Directly Driven RO System by PV Solar Panel Arrays

In this work the performance evaluation of directly driven Reverse Osmosis (RO) water desalination system by Photovoltaic (PV) arrays is investigated by a novice method. Reverse Osmosis water desalination system needs continuous supply of energy and on the other hand energy from the PV is intermittent in nature. The energy consumption of RO plant is strong function of clean water (permeate) flow rate and system pressure and they needs to be tuned to match the maximum power provided by the PV arrays. In this work a novice method to tune the RO system parameters by manipulating the position of the valve at the brine side of the RO system is proposed. A simple perturb and observe algorithm is used for automatic control of the valve position. The performance of the proposed battery less system is compared with a conventional system using PV, charge controller and battery. The proposed directly driven battery-less system provides more water per day than battery operated system.

Smart Phone Application Evaluation with Usability Testing Approach

In this paper, we present a narrative role methodology based on different people’s opinions,?which is now implemented in our research environment for the purpose of testing novel techniques, the usability testing of most common used smart phones such as Android and Apple smart phone application. This research analysis is carried out for various corresponding features to compare or evaluate different features on the basis of modern smart phones’ operating system, framework for hardware and software, battery life and many more features. Usability testing of smart phones’ software application is a promising research context that nowadays faces a number of challenges because of sole features of mobile phones, narrow bandwidth, varying environmental factors and unreliability of wireless connection or networks. A number of questionings are applied to accumulate user’s opinion about ongoing features. Users of Android and Apple smart phones reply by answering based on their routine life usage experience. In this paper, we will also elaborate and provide a new proposed model for mobile devices.

Application of Seismic Attributes for Delineation of Channel Geometries and Analysis of Various Aspects in Terms of Lithological and Structural Perspectives of Lower Goru Formation, Pakistan

Miano area is one of the distinct major hydrocarbon producing fields of the Lower Indus basin. Lower Goru is the reservoir strait in this area. The aim of the present study is to exploit the channels reservoirs and other stratigraphic features in such a terrain where there is always a challenge for the geoscientist to search and exploit the channeled reservoirs. To resolve this issue we have utilized attribute analysis on high resolution 3D-seismic data for the detailed comparative studies for the channels. There are many astonishing features that are identified in the current study, which could not otherwise be easily enhanced with the help of 2D Seismic Data. Seismic attributes such as coherency, frequency (are also appropriate for lithological discrimination), which are sensitive to the channel edges are applied for the channel delineation and their geometrical analysis. Spectral decomposition techniques are also applied for the delineation of channels and to appropriately select the best band for channels identification. Three types of channel geometries are recognized: 1) highly sinuous channel;2) narrow-broad meandering belts;3) moderate to high sinuous channel. NW-SE, N-W trending faults can be helpful to compartmentalize the reservoir. Instantaneous and dominant frequency are more beneficial for further field development based on Gamma Ray logs from nearby drilled wells and dimensional perspectives analysis of the channel reservoir.

Comparative Analysis of Operating System of Different Smart Phones

Nowadays rapidly increasing technology is mobile phone technology in telecommunication sector. This mobile device technology has great effect on everyone’s life. This technology has reduced the burden of people in their daily life. To manage the rising demand for such mobile devices, numerous operating systems came in the market as a platform upon which modern application can be produced. As a result, numbers of platforms and essential depository describe these platforms;customers may or may not be aware of these platforms that are appropriate for their needs. In order to solve this issue, we examine the most famous mobile phone operating systems to decide which operating system is most suitable for developers, business applications as well as casual use. In this paper we make assessment on the popular operating systems of mobile devices available in the business market, and on behalf of such assessment we distinguish that operating system OS is much useful of its particular characteristics compared with other systems.

Reasons for Permanent Tooth Extraction in the West of Kabul

Background: There has been no study in Kabul on reasons for permanent tooth extraction. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and reasons for tooth loss in a sample from two dental clinics in the west of Kabul. Methods: During a 6-month period (April-September 2019), the reasons for every extraction of a permanent tooth were recorded. Different reasons for tooth extraction were assigned, such as, dental caries, periodontal disease, eruption problems, trauma, orthodontics and others. The data requested for each extraction were: patient age, gender, previous treatment, educational level, type of tooth removed and the reason for its extraction. Results: young people aged between 20 - 29 years old had the highest percentage of extraction. Periodontal disease (39%) followed by caries (20%) was the most common reason for tooth extraction. Maxillary and mandibular first molars were removed most frequently (31%). 29% of patients have treated their teeth before extraction and RCT (Root Canal Treatment) (19%) is the most common previous treatment. Tooth loss has an opposite relationship with education level. People with high education level, loose their tooth less (14%). Conclusion: periodontal disease was the most common reason for tooth loss in Kabul, Afghanistan and a high percentage of tooth loss is seen among young people. Educating and preventive programs need to be implemented in order to reduce tooth loss.
