In this paper a team member ranking technique is presented for software bug repositories. Member ranking is performed using numbers of attributes available in software bug repositories, and a ranked list of developers is generated who are participating in development of software project. This ranking is generated from the contribution made by the individual developers in terms of bugs fixed, severity and priority of bugs, reporting newer problems and comments made by the developers. The top ranked developers are the best contributors for the software projects. The proposed algorithm can also be used for classifying and rating the software bugs using the ratings of members participating in the software bug repository.

ML-CLUBAS: A Multi Label Bug Classification Algorithm

In this paper, a multi label variant of CLUBAS [1] algorithm, ML-CLUBAS (Multi Label-Classification of software Bugs Using Bug Attribute Similarity) is presented. CLUBAS is a hybrid algorithm, and is designed by using text clustering, frequent term calculations and taxonomic terms mapping techniques, and is an example of classification using clustering technique. CLUBAS is a single label algorithm, where one bug cluster is exactly mapped to a single bug category. However a bug cluster can be mapped into the more than one bug category in case of cluster label matches with the more than one category term, for this purpose ML-CLUBAS a multi label variant of CLUBAS is presented in this work. The designed algorithm is evaluated using the performance parameters F-measures and accuracy, number of clusters and purity. These parameters are compared with the CLUBAS and other multi label text clustering algorithms.

Metabolic liver diseases(MLD)are the second most common indication for liver transplantation(LT)in *** is based on the fact that the majority of enzymes involved in various metabolic pathways are present within the liver and LT can cure or at least control the disease *** is also performed in metabolic disorders for end-stage liver disease,its sequelae including hepatocellular *** is also performed for preventing metabolic crisis’,arresting progression of neurological dysfunction with a potential to reverse symptoms in some cases and for preventing damage to end organs like kidneys as in the case of primary hyperoxalosis and methyl malonic *** findings in explant liver with patients with metabolic disease include unremarkable liver to steatosis,cholestasis,inflammation,variable amount of fibrosis,and *** outcome of LT in metabolic disorders is excellent except for patients with mitochondrial disorders where significant extrahepatic involvement leads to poor outcomes and hence considered a contraindication for LT.A major advantage of LT is that in the post-operative period most patients can discontinue the special formula which they were having prior to the transplant and this increases their well-being and improves growth *** partial orthotopic LT has been described for patients with noncirrhotic MLD where a segmental graft is implanted in an orthotopic position after partial resection of the native *** retained native liver can be the potential target for future gene therapy when it becomes a clinical reality.

The most noteworthy neurodegenerative disorder nationwide is appar-ently the Alzheimer's disease(AD)which ha no proven viable treatment till date and despite the clinical trials showing the potential of preclinical therapy,a sen-sitive method for evaluating the AD has to be developed *** to the correla-tions between ocular and brain tissue,the eye(retinal blood vessels)has been investigated for predicting the ***,en enhanced method named Enhanced Long Short Term Memory(E-LSTM)has been proposed in this work which aims atﬁnding the severity of AD from ocular ***ﬁnd the level of disease severity,the new layer named precise layer was introduced in E-LSTM which will help the doctors to provide the apt treatments for the patients *** avoid the problem of overﬁtting,a dropout has been added to *** the existing work,boundary detection of retinal layers was found to be inaccurate during the seg-mentation process of Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)image and to over-come this issue;Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)has been *** the best of our understanding,this is theﬁrst paper to use Particle Swarm *** compared with the existing works,the proposed work is found to be per-forming better in terms of F1 Score,Precision,Recall,training loss,and segmen-tation accuracy and it is found that the prediction accuracy was increased to 10%higher than the existing systems.

The polycrystalline sample of Ba5GdTi3V7O30 , a member of tungsten bronze structural family, was prepared by a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. A preliminary X-ray diffraction analysis suggests the formation of single-phase compound with orthorhombic structure. The effect of temperature on impedance parameters was studied using an impedance analyzer in a wide frequency range (102- 106 Hz) at different temperatures. The real and imaginary part of complex impedance traces semicircle(s) in the complex plane. The temperature dependent plots reveal the presence of both bulk and grain boundary effects. The bulk resistance of the material decreases with rise in temperature. This exhibits a typical negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTCR) behavior of the material. The modulus analysis suggests a possible hopping mechanism for electrical transport processes of the material. The nature of variation of dc conductivity suggests Arrhenius type of electrical conductivity.

The use of immunohistochemical techniques has enhanced the diagnostic intensities in pathology. The sensitivity and specificity of any immunohistochemical protocol mainly depends on the ability to unmask antigen from formalin fixed tissue. Various combinations of antigen retrieval protocols have been used to unmask antigen efficiently but none has been established as a flawless one. These protocols either have one or the other lacunae, lacking repeatability under same conditions. In our study, we tried to develop a standardized immunohistochemical protocol for the identification of blood and lymphatic vessels in tissue sections of canine mammary tumour (CMT) using recently identified markers. The combined effects of antigen retrieval (AR) methods including pH shock by Heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) and Protease-induced epitope retrieval (PIER) were found highly effective in retrieval of tedious antigens of lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis. The use of combined antigen retrieval technique for the unmasking of antigens from over fixed, old formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) canine mammary tumour sections resulted in efficient unmasking of epitopes when compared with the individual antigen retrieval methods.

[目的]急性脑卒中是一类由于血供异常所导致的脑细胞死亡的疾病、可以是缺血性或出血性。研究脑卒中亚型有不同的目的,如在临床试验中描述患者的特征,在流行病学研究中对患者进行分组,仔细分型对患者进行遗传学研究,并对患者进行分类,以便在日常实践中做出治疗决策。本研究的目的是分析急性缺血性卒中不同亚型的临床特征。[方法]本研究共招募352名符合入选标准的脑卒中患者,均为于2017年10月至2019年10月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院神经内科收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者。所有患者均按照我院对脑卒中患者常规实施的临床路径进行综合诊断评估,进一步分析基于人口学特征、危险因素概况、临床特征、神经系统检查和诊断测试/脑成像结果。[结果]352例患者中,男性233例(66.1%),女性119例(33.8%),年龄30—89岁、平均年龄66.4±12.6岁。症状以偏瘫最为常见,215例(61.07%):出现言语困难171例(48.5%)。最常见的亚型依次为小血管闭塞159例(45.1%);CE(心源性栓塞)81例(23.0%)、LAA(大动脉粥样硬化)65例(18.7%),UDE(未定病因)38例(10.8%)和ODE(其他已定病因)9例(2.56%)。高血压是最常见的危险因素,占67.8%(n=239);其中高血压(75.3%)在大动脉粥样硬化中最常见(P65岁组发生率(n=203,57.6%)明显高于年龄<65岁组(n=149,42.3%。性别比较中,男性脑卒中多于女性,在本组研究中有67/352(19.1%)患者接受溶栓治疗。[结论]缺血性脑卒中是一种多发病,在年龄、性别分布、危险因素、治疗策略等方面存在明显的亚型差异,小血管病、心源性栓塞发病率更高。

Roads are the most critical means of connectivity in Himalayan ***,the terrain is inherently fragile with varied geological,geomorphological,ecological,and climate regimes,that result in frequent slope failure and disruption in *** risk is further to be increased by extreme events-generated hazards,which are expected to rise in frequency and magnitude with ongoing intervention,however,can improve the sustainability of road *** present study attempts to analyse and quantify the impacts of a major road widening project initiated in 2018 in the upper Ganga catchment,Uttarakhand Himalaya which has destabilised valley slopes along the widened ***,a large quantity of excavated sediments is dumped down slopes,which is posing a threat to aquatic *** estimates are based on Google Earth imagery of a few representative road segments recently widened in the upper Ganga catchment,which indicate a substantial increase in the landslide and unstable slope area following the road *** increase in unstable slope area is attributed to improper road widening approaches and poor slope management in seismically active Himalayan ***,the mean velocity plots of Persistent Scatterer Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(PSInSAR)indicate that the segments undergoing road widening are coherent with areas of significant earth surface change.A broad correlation between the road width and sediment yield indicates that even a slight increase in road width can result in a large-scale mass removal from the toe of the hillslope,inflicting cascading impact on *** study recommends a more flexible road construction approach based on the environmental and geological aspects of the terrain for sustainable road ***,the impact of climate change is looming over the Himalayas,and the relation between climate change and its potential effects on the stability of slopes remains an open issue.
