COVID-19 has changed almost all aspects of our *** around the world have imposed lockdowns to slow down the ***,we have found the vaccine,in fact,a good number of ***,managing the testing and vaccination process of the total population is a mammoth ***,there are always delays or data silo problems in multi-organizational ***,streamlining this process is vital to improve efficiency and save more *** of its effective data sharing mechanism among different entities with a number of security features,blockchain can be an effective tool for different applications in the health ***,blockchain provides a distributed system along with greater privacy,transparency,and *** this article,we have presented a blockchain-based system that seamlessly integrates testing and vaccination systems,allowing the system to be *** instant verification of any tamper-proof COVID-19 test result has been developed,which will serve as“Test Certificates”.A transparent and efficient vaccination system has also been exhibited and implemented as the“Digital Vaccine Passport”(DVP)*** infection rate-based prioritization will ensure a transparent and fair vaccination process as well as tackle the distribution issue of the limited amount of *** comparative review with other existing works is also discussed,highlighting a clear difference from the existing *** proposed system is distinctive on the basis of prioritization of vaccines and seamless integration of test certificates and vaccine passports,which will aid in controlling the pandemic *** system will also be handy in the case of tackling any future pandemics initially.

Biosurfactants are biomolecules produced by microorganisms, low in toxicity, biodegradable, and relatively easy to synthesize using renewable waste substrates. Biosurfactants are of great importance with a wide and versatile range of applications, including the bioremediation of contaminated sites. Plants may accumulate soil potentially toxic elements(PTEs), and the accumulation efficacy may be further enhanced by the biosurfactants produced by rhizospheric microorganisms. Occasionally, the growth of bacteria slows down in adverse conditions, such as highly contaminated soils with PTEs. In this context,the plant's phytoextraction capacity could be improved by the addition of metal-tolerant bacteria that produce biosurfactants. Several sources, categories,and bioavailability of PTEs in soil are reported in this article, with the focus on the cost-effective and sustainable soil remediation technologies, where biosurfactants are used as a remediation method. How rhizobacterial biosurfactants can improve PTE recovery capabilities of plants is discussed, and the molecular mechanisms in bacterial genomes that support the production of important biosurfactants are listed. The status and cost of commercial biosurfactant production in the international market are also presented.

An Existence Theorem of Solutions for the System of Generalized Vector Quasi-Variational-Like Inequalities

In this paper, we introduce and study the system of generalized vector quasi-variational-like inequalities in Hausdorff topological vector spaces, which include the system of vector quasi-variational-like inequalities, the system of vector variational-like inequalities, the system of vector quasi-variational inequalities, and several other systems as special cases. Moreover, a number of C-diagonal quasiconvexity properties are proposed for set-valued maps, which are natural generalizations of the g-diagonal quasiconvexity for real functions. Together with an application of continuous selection and fixed-point theorems, these conditions enable us to prove unified existence results of solutions for the system of generalized vector quasi-variational-like inequalities. The results of this paper can be seen as extensions and generalizations of several known results in the literature.

Spatial analysis of bacteria in brackish lake sediment

The spatial distribution of bacterial communities inhabiting sediment is heterogeneous at different spatial scales,but mostly ***,it is postulated that the heterogeneity of the bacterial community composition varies at the same scale of the heterogeneity of sediment chemical *** large spatial scale(km) diversity in sediment from a brackish water lagoon(chilika Lake,India) is studied,considering the large scale physical and chemical characteristics of land cover,climate,pH,and ***-two samples(24 stations,3 seasons:winter,rainy,and summer) of sediment from chilika Lake were analyzed by 16 S ribosomal ribonucleic acid(rRNA) gene sequencing,and the relations with land cover and other physico-chemical paramete rs are *** re samples were collected after a severe cyclonic storm(Phailin) passed near the lagoon in 2013,to see the impact of the tropical storm on the spatial and tempo ral distribution of bacteria in the *** results demonstrate clear spatial relations between physico-chemical parameters(e.g.,salinity),land surfaces(e.g.,drainage area),and the distribution of sediment microbial communities.

Implementation of a Simulation Model of the Controlled Release of Molecular Species from Halloysite Nanotubes

In this work a three-dimensional, time-quantified Monte Carlo model that efficiently describes diffusion through and from nanotubes is implemented. Controlled delivery from Halloysite Nano-tubes (HNT) is modeled based on interactions between the HNT’s inner wall and the nanoparticles (NPs) and among NPs themselves. The model was validated using published experimental data. The validated model is then used to study the effect of multiples parameter like HNT diameter and length, particle charge, and ambient temperature on the release of encapsulated NPs. The results show that release profiles depend on the size distribution of the HNT batch used for the experiment, as delivery is sensitive to HNT lumen and length. A very good agreement with the experiment is observed when a weighted average release profile is compared to the experimental profile. Although the NP dynamics is temperature-dependent, the effect is minimum within the range of temperatures relevant to biomedical applications, but will be relevant for other applications at temperatures significantly different from room temperature. This model can be used to predict the best conditions for a particular delivery need.

Photosynthetic Excitation Pressure Causes Violaxanthin De-epoxidation in Aging Cabbage （Brassica Oleracea L.） Leaves

The purpose of the present studies was analysis of the age induced changes in photochemical efficiency and xanthophyils cycle pigments of the primary cabbage （Brassica oleracea L. cv. Capitata f. alba） leaves. Photochemical efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ （PS Ⅱ） was studied by a pulse amplitude modulated chlorophyll fluorescence apparatus, chlorophyll concentration was analysis spectrophotometrically and xanthophyll cycle pigments were estimated by high-pressure liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Leaf senescence was accompanied with a decrease both in chlorophylls concentration, the photochemical efficiency and rate constant for PS Ⅱ photochemistry whereas non-photochemical parameters increased. Excitation pressure （1-qP） which is a measure of relative lumen acidification increased by 1.2x in aging leaves. The maximum quantum yield of PS Ⅱ showed no significant change. The level of de-epoxidised xanthophylls increased but the concentration of mono- and di-epoxy xanthophylls decreased in aging leaves. A linear relationship between the excitation pressure and the depoxidation state of the xanthophyll cycle pigments and lutein, during the onset of senescence suggests that excitation pressure can be used as a sensor for monitoring the onset of senescence as well for the de-epoxidation state of the xanthophylls responsible for non-photochemical quenching in stressed leaves.

背景:肺炎支原体（MP）已成为儿童呼吸道感染,尤其是社区获得性肺炎的常见病原体之一,且近年来肺炎支原体感染有逐渐上升的趋势。MP感染不仅引起呼吸道症状,还可导致肺内并发症及循环、消化、神经等其他系统功能损害。其发病机制有呼吸道上皮吸附作用、肺炎支原体直接侵入和免疫紊乱学说,目前较倾向于免疫紊乱学说。目的:研究肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）患儿免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群水平变化,探讨其免疫功能变化以为临床治疗提供依据。材料与方法:本研究纳入2018年2月至2019年12月于湖北医药学院附属国药东风总医院儿童医疗中心住院检查并诊断为MPP的患儿102例、正常健康对照组儿童30例。采用免疫比浊法检测MPP患儿和正常对照组儿童血清Ig A、Ig M、Ig G、Ig E水平,用流式细胞仪检测外周血T细胞亚群CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞水平,收集MPP患儿相关临床检验资料包括MP-DNA、WBC、CRP、AST和ALT。结果:MPP患儿组血清Ig A、Ig M、Ig G水平高于正常对照组（P0.05）。MPP患儿组外周血T细胞亚群CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+的值低于正常对照组（P0.05）。肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肝功能异常组、肝功能正常组血清Ig A、Ig M、Ig G、Ig E水平无统计学差异（均P>0.05）;两组T细胞亚群CD3T、CD4T、CD4/CD8计数无统计学差异（P>0.05）,肝功能异常组CD8T计数低于肝功能正常组（P<0.05）。结论:MPP患儿存在细胞免疫和体液免疫功能失调,检测血清免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群水平可有助于更好的评估患儿的病情,为临床应用免疫调节治疗提供理论依据。

目的观察和评价英夫利西在治疗炎症性肠病的安全性及有效性。材料和方法28例炎症性肠病患者(UC和CD)应用英夫利西单抗治疗,其中18例UC中男女比例11:7;10例CD中男女比例5:5。观察患者临床症状、年龄、体重、ESR,CRP和HB。应用英夫利西前及每次用药后便常规,以及英夫利西药物副反应。英夫利西用药剂量为5mg/kg,前三次为第0周、第2周、第6周诱导缓解;第4次开始每隔8周应用1次,第4周开始为维持治疗。英夫利西药物加入250ml NS中,以静脉输液方式给药,输液时间>2小时。结果UC患者平均年龄为41.72±1.30岁,CD患者为46.80±2.32岁。在治疗前后观察指标明显改善。记录患者基本资料,应用英夫利西单抗前,及每次应用英夫利西单抗后的临床特点和化验室检查。描述UC患者应用英夫利西单抗后,临床症状标准评分(CSG)变化。临床症状标准评分(CSG)在应用英夫利西单抗前为10.56±1.50。在第一次应用英夫利西单抗后,临床症状标准评分(CSG)为9.00±2.06,到第30周时平均CSG评分降到6.00±2.12。在每组临床症状评分(CSG)治疗前和治疗后比较中,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD患者临床症状评分(CSG)平均值,在应用英夫利西单抗前为10.90±1.45。在第一次应用英夫利西单抗后,临床症状标准评分(CSG)为7.80±2.10;到第30周时平均CSG评分降到2.67±0.58。在每组临床症状评分(CSG)治疗前和治疗后比较中,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UC患者化验室参数评分平均值,应用英夫利西前为3.50±0.51。在第一次应用英夫利西后,化验室参数评分为3.00±0.69,到第30周化验室参数评分平均值降到2.00±0.71。比较用药前和用药后2组,化验室参数的数值,英夫利西组均有显著差别,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD患者根据化验室参数平均值的平均分,应用英夫利西单抗前为3.60±0.52。在第一次应用英夫利西单抗后,化验室参数评分为2.60±0.70;到第30周平均化验室参数评分降至1.00±0。比较治疗前和治疗后,两组化验室参数评分水平,每个英夫利西组均有明显变化,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UC患者平均ESR应用英夫利西前为27.72±1.64mm/hr。在第一次应用英夫利西后,ESR为16.83±1.72mm/hr,第30周结束ESR为13.60±1.02mm/hr。在治疗前后ESR对比中,英夫利西组均有明显区别,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。描述UC应用英夫利西单抗治疗后,患者血清CRP变化。患者应用英夫利西单抗前,CRP为20.66±2.37mg/l,第一次应用英夫利西单抗后CRP为10.94±1.90 mg/l,第30周结束时血清CRP为3.54±0.37 mg/l。对比2组应用英夫利西单抗治疗前后CRP水平,英夫利西组有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD患者ESR平均值在治疗前为34.20±3.50mm/hr,在第一次应用英夫利西单抗后降到14.20±3.94mm/hr,到第30周ESR为6.67±4.73mm/hr。比较治疗前后ESR水平,英夫利西组在治疗后ESR有明显变化,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD患者CRP平均值在治疗前为20.75±1.99 mg/l,第一次应用英夫利西后降至9.36±1.24 mg/l,第22周CRP为5.66±0.61mg/l,在第30周为0.17±0.00。在治疗前后对比CRP水平,每组应用英夫利西均有明显变化,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论英夫利西在治疗IBD中是比较安全有效的。

Ammoxidation of 3-Picoline over V-Mo-P Oxide Catalyst Prepared from 11-Molybdo-l-Vanado Phosphoric Acid

V-Mo-P oxide catalyst system was directly prepared from ll-molybdo-l-vanado phosphoric acid by thermal decomposition. Supported V-Mo-P oxide catalysts were prepared by wet impregnation method. Catalysts were characterized by FTIR （Fourier transform infrared）, XRD （X-ray diffraction） and TPD （temperature programmed desorption）. The catalytic activity of V-Mo-P oxide catalysts were investigated for vapour phase ammoxidation of 3-picoline. The unsupported catalyst showed 92.1% yield where as V-Mo-P oxide/HZSM-5 showed the highest yield （80.4%） amongst the supported catalysts.
