Committed to obtaining cost-effective NdFeB based permanent magnets,Nd_(27-x)La_(3)Y_(x)Fe_(bal)Al_(0.1)Cu_(0.1)B_(1)(x=0-3)alloys were fabricated to detect the magnetic properties and *** x=1.8,coercivity of 1004 kA/m and the magnetic remanence of 0.75 T are obtained,which are close to those of the original Nd_(30)Fe_(bal)A_(l0.1)Cu_(0.1)B_(1)alloy *** temperature coefficient of coercivity(β)and the temperature coefficient of remanence(α)of the LaY-substituted alloys are better than those of the original *** research results manifest that La is mainly distributed in the grain boundary phases and plays the role of refining the main grains,optimizing the grain boundary phases and improving the wettability between the main phases and the grain boundary phases,while Y tends to enrich in the main phases and enhances the short-range exchange coupling.

Glaucoma is a progressive eye disease that can lead to blindness if left *** detection is crucial to prevent vision loss,but current manual scanning methods are expensive,time-consuming,and require specialized *** study presents a novel approach to Glaucoma detection using the Enhanced Grey Wolf Optimized Support Vector Machine(EGWO-SVM)*** proposed method involves preprocessing steps such as removing image noise using the adaptive median filter(AMF)and feature extraction using the previously processed speeded-up robust feature(SurF),histogram of oriented gradients(HOG),and Global *** enhanced Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)technique is then employed with SVM for *** evaluate the proposed method,we used the online retinal images for glaucoma analysis(ORIGA)database,and it achieved high accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity rates of 94%,92%,and 92%,*** results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other current algorithms in detecting the presence or absence of *** study provides a novel and effective approach to Glaucoma detection that can potentially improve the detection process and outcomes.

The authenticity and integrity of healthcare is the primary *** reversible watermarking schemes have been developed to improve the primary objective but increasing the quantity of embedding data leads to covering image distortion and visual quality resulting in data security detection.A trade-off between robustness,imperceptibility,and embedded capacity is difficult to achieve with current algorithms due to limitations in their *** this purpose insight,an improved reversibility watermarking methodology is proposed to maximize data embedding capacity and imperceptibility while maintaining data security as a primary concern.A key is generated by a random path with minimum bit flipping is selected in the 4 × 4 block to gain access to the data embedding *** random path's complex structure ensures data *** of various sizes(8 KB,16 KB,32 KB)are used to analyze image imperceptibility and evaluate quality *** proposed reversible watermarking methodology performance is tested under standard structures PSNR,SSIM,and *** results revealed that the MRI watermarked images are imperceptible,like the cover image when LSB is 3 bits *** proposed reversible watermarking methodology outperforms other related techniques in terms of average PSNR(49.29).Experiment results show that the suggested reversible watermarking method improves data embedding capacity and imperceptibility compared to existing state-of-the-art approaches.

FUSCA3(FUS3)is a member of B3-domain transcription factor family and master regulator of seed *** has potential roles in hormone biosynthesis and signaling pathways and therefore plays diverse roles in plant life cycle,especially in seed germination,dormancy,embryo formation,seed and fruit development,and ***,there is limited information about its functions in seed and fruit development of *** this study,we expressed VvFUS3 in tomato for its functional *** of VvFUS3 in tomato led to a reduction in seed number and seed weight without affecting the fruit *** analysis found that both cell expansion and cell division in transgenic seed and fruit pericarp have been ***,there were no obvious differences in pollen size,shape,and viability,suggesting that VvFUS3 affects seed development but not the pollen ***,the expression of several genes with presumed roles in seed development and hormone signaling pathways was also influenced by *** results suggest that VvFUS3 is involved in hormonal signaling pathways that regulate seed number and *** conclusion,our study provides novel preliminary information about the pivotal roles of VvFUS3 in seed and fruit development and these findings can potentially serve as a reference for molecular breeding of seedless grapes.

水稻在低温胁迫条件下易受到损害。谷氨酸受体(GLRs)作为一种冷感受器在线虫、小鼠和人类神经元中传递低温信号,但关于植物GLRs的低温作用还未得到充分了解。为了深入研究水稻GLRs的低温响应功能,本实验开展水稻在低温胁迫下经谷氨酸受体激动剂(gly)处理后表型、生理指标和基因表达模式的研究。结果表明,10 mmol/L浓度的谷氨酸受体激动剂处理能够增强水稻苗期耐低温性。生理和分子生物学实验表明,水稻苗期通过调节超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛和叶绿素含量等生理指标的表达来提高低温环境下的耐冷性。此外,利用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术成功构建了OsGLR6.5和OsGLR6.9基因的敲除突变体,发现OsGLR6.5基因在水稻低温胁迫中可能具有重要的调控功能。这些发现对深入理解水稻对低温环境的适应机制具有重要意义。

Gliomas are the most aggressive brain tumors caused by the abnormal growth of brain *** life expectancy of patients diagnosed with gliomas decreases *** gliomas are diagnosed in later stages,resulting in imminent *** average,patients do not survive 14 months after *** only way to minimize the impact of this inevitable disease is through early *** Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)scans,because of their better tissue contrast,are most frequently used to assess the brain *** manual classification of MRI scans takes a reasonable amount of time to classify brain *** this,dealing with MRI scans manually is also cumbersome,thus affects the classification *** eradicate this problem,researchers have come up with automatic and semiautomatic methods that help in the automation of brain tumor classification ***,many techniques have been devised to address this issue,the existing methods still struggle to characterize the enhancing *** is because of low variance in enhancing region which give poor contrast in MRI *** this study,we propose a novel deep learning based method consisting of a series of steps,namely:data pre-processing,patch extraction,patch pre-processing,and a deep learning model with tuned hyper-parameters to classify all types of gliomas with a focus on enhancing *** trained model achieved better results for all glioma classes including the enhancing *** improved performance of our technique can be attributed to several ***,the non-local mean filter in the pre-processing step,improved the image detail while removing irrelevant ***,the architecture we employ can capture the non-linearity of all classes including the enhancing ***,the segmentation scores achieved on the Dice Similarity Coefficient(DSC)metric for normal,necrosis,edema,enhancing and non-enhancing tumor classes are 0.95,0.97,0.91,0.93,0.95;respectively.
