Optical microscopy is an indispensable tool in biomedical sciences,but its reach in deep tissues is limited due to aberrations and *** problem can be overcome by wavefront-shaping techniques,albeit at limited fields of view(FOVs).Inspired by astronomical imaging,conjugate wavefront shaping can lead to an increased field of view in microscopy,but this correction is limited to a set depth and cannot be dynamically ***,we present a conjugate wavefront-shaping scheme based on focus scanning holographic aberration probing(F-SHARP).We combine it with a compact implementation that can be readily adapted to a variety of commercial and home-built two-photon *** demonstrate the power of the method by imaging with high resolution over extended FOV(>80μm)deeper than 400μm inside a mouse brain through a thinned skull.

过剩防卫相关争议主要关注针对刑罚减免根据的不同见解。目前日本刑法中针对防卫行为的研究虽然仍会保有与刑罚减免论相关的意识,却已经开始了向进行整体评价.还是区别评价这一对立观点的转变。以日本最高裁判所的两个判例为契机,整体评价与区别评价的对立开始不限于量的过剩。而是过渡到针对所有过剩防卫的宏观问题。整体分析与区别评价的对立.大体应包括在何种情况下成立过剩防卫,以及过剩防卫的成立界限等两个维度的问题。

The objective of this study is to experimentally examine the characteristics of transient vortices in the boundary layer on a disk undergoing both rotation and orbital motion. The velocity fluctuations on a rotating, orbiting disk （disk radius equal to orbital radius） are measured by the hot-wire method, and the effects of orbital motion on the transient vortices in the boundary layer are examined. When the ratio of the orbital speed to the speed of rotation is i-0.025, the interval of transient vortices depends on only the orbital radius, regardless of the directions of rota- tion and orbital motion. The rate of low-frequency disturbances increases as the orbital speed increases, and the vortices induced by these low-frequency disturbances travel over the disk and then develop in the region of in- creased velocity. Consequently, no vortices generated on a rotating disk under orbital motion are stationary rela- tive to the disk.

Reflex bleeding is an important antipredator defense mechanism in *** examined the costs of reflex bleeding in larval and adult stages of the ladybird beetle Harmonia axyridis on offspring fitness and reproductive performance through the comparisons between bled and control larvae,reciprocal crosses of bled/control beetles,and early and late clutch *** bled during their larval stage spent a longer time in development and weighed less than *** fertility was reduced for crosses where either one or both parents had been bled during the larval or adult *** crosses that included a parent bled during the larval stage suffered fitness costs in development and female body mass,while those bled during the adult stage suffered no transgenerational *** that suffered bleeding during their larval stage accelerated progeny development of nonbled females in early clutches,suggesting a positive transgenerational effect of larval bleeding,while males that did not suffer bleeding accelerated progeny development of bled females in later *** the underlying effects of bleeding on females'offspring in the early clutches were diminished in the late ones,suggesting another transgenerational *** strengths of maternal and paternal effects on progeny development of parents bled at the larval stage were higher in earlier *** study suggests that *** adults are less affected than larvae by the frequent use of the defensive secretions in their stressful habitats.
