Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2),has affected millions of people *** was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization in March *** hyperinflammatory response to the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into the host through angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 is the result of a“cytokine storm”and the high oxidative stress responsible for the associated *** only respiratory symptoms are reported,but gastrointestinal symptoms(diarrhea,vomiting,and nausea)and liver abnormalities(high levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase transaminases,and bilirubin)are observed in at least 30%of *** food intake and a delay in medical services may lead to malnutrition,which increases mortality and poor *** review provides some strategies to identify malnutrition and establishes nutritional approaches for the management of COVID-19 and liver injury,taking energy and nutrient requirements and their impact on the immune response into *** roles of certain phytochemicals in the prevention of the disease or as promising target drugs in the treatment of this disease are also considered.

为了清查宾夕法尼亚中部潮湿的采煤区植被生长和采场恢复情况,我们把斯波特卫星MSS资料和5号陆地卫星的TM资料作了比较。这两种资料分别是1983年7月8日和1984年4月12日接收的。我们还搜集了在同一地区4号陆地卫星于1983年7月7日接收的MSS资料。航空像片和先期搜集的地面实况资料也为此项研究工作提供了方便。图像分析和数字化技术着重突出了植被分类和采区破坏程度的分类。用高分辨率遥感资料的最大或然率分类将各种植被种类、年龄和覆盖密度划分成92～115％的精度。此项研究证明,在建立宾夕法尼亚露天采矿管理人员在土地调查时采用的基础性综合资料方面,高分辨率遥感资料具有很大的潜力。

据预测,瑞典和其它芬诺斯堪的亚国家的气候正在变暖,这可能会使森林北线附近的林木生长速度加快,病虫害爆发的可能性增加,同时会促进本地物种和外来物种向北迁移。可持续林业所面临的最大挑战是恢复和增加集约经营林地景观的生态及社会经济的多样性。如果经营适度,气候变暖会推动多样性更新。沿纬度或经度梯度分布的实验性移植圃地和未来气候预测的高分辨率图为预测潜在迁移种的气候反应提供了科学基础。廊道经营和辅助迁移则可加速适宜种的移动。

The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of Beauveria bassiana(Bb 1205)on controlling fusarium oxysporum ***(fol 17108)in tomato plants in greenhouse *** of Bb 1205 was the most promising among the agronomic variables and expression of the activity of the enzymesβ-1,3-glucanases and *** of Bb 1205 occurred at a concentration of 1×108 conidia·mL−1,which was administered onto the leaves,directly into the soil and via *** with fol 17108 occurred with 1×106 spores·mL−1,which were added directly to the *** was used for measuring agronomic parameters,namely activity of chitinases andβ-1,3-glucanases in foliage and *** Bb 1205 was added to the soil,the chlorophyll index and aerial part length showed significant *** addition,it was determined that root length,fresh weight of foliage,flower,and fruit count increased 82 days after inoculation(dai).Chitinase activity induced by Bb 1205 in leaves and roots of tomato plants infected with fol 17108 was observed when injected into the stem at 32 dai(41.8 and 11.6-fold,respectively).Inoculation on the foliage showed a 10-fold increase ofβ-1,3-glucanases in the roots after 82 *** for leaves,a 3.8-fold increase was found when the stem was *** the different in vivo applications,Bb 1205 activated its defenses by expressing the chitinase enzymes andβ-1,3-glucanase,thus reducing the damage caused by fol 17108,demonstrating increase plant growth thereafter.

Active vibration control of functionally graded beams with piezoelectric layers based on higher order shear deformation theory

This paper reports on a study of active vibration control of functionally graded beams with upper and lower surface-bonded piezoelectric layers. The model is based on higher-order shear deformation theory and implemented using the finite element method （fEM）. The proprieties of the functionally graded beam （fGB） are graded along the thickness direction. The piezoelectric actuator provides a damping effect on the fGB by means of a velocity feedback control algorithm. A Matlab program has been developed for the fGB model and compared with ANSYS APDL. Using Newmark＇s method numerical solutions are obtained for the dynamic equations of fGB with piezoelectric layers. Numerical results show the effects of the constituent volume fraction and the influence the feedback control gain on the frequency and dynamic response of fGBs.

A composite sphere assemblage model for porous oolitic rocks:Application to thermal conductivity

The present work is devoted to the determination of linear effective thermal conductivity of porous rocks characterized by an assemblage of grains(oolites) coated by a matrix. Two distinct classes of pores, *** or intra oolitic pores(oolite porosity) and mesopores or inter oolitic pores(inter oolite porosity), are taken into account. The overall porosity is supposed to be connected and decomposed into oolite porosity and matrix porosity. Within the framework of Hashin composite sphere assemblage(CSA)models, a two-step homogenization method is developed. At the first homogenization step, pores are assembled into two layers by using self-consistent scheme(SCS). At the second step, the two porous layers constituting the oolites and the matrix are assembled by using generalized self-consistent scheme(GSCS) and referred to as three-phase model. Numerical results are presented for data representative of a porous oolitic limestone. It is shown that the influence of porosity on the overall thermal conductivity of such materials may be significant.

Surface morphology-optical properties relationship in thermochromic VO_(2) thin films obtained by air oxidation of vanadium nitride

In this paper,vanadium nitride(VN)thin films have been deposited on Al substrates by reactive magnetron *** VO_(2) films have been obtained by air oxidation of VN samples performed at three temperatures(450,525 and 550℃)at various durations(lower than 50 min).X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrometry of the VN oxidized films indicate that VO_(2) and V2O5 are the only phases produced during the oxidation *** dioxide is the first oxide *** coexists with VN in a long period at 450℃ or suddenly disappears at 525 and 550℃.Whatever the temperature,V2O5 is exclusively detected after the total oxidation of *** oxide is detrimental to the thermochromic performance of *** emissivity-switching properties of the oxidized films were analyzed by infrared camera in the 7.5e13 mm *** comparison among all the samples exhibiting a thermochromic behavior shows that the maximum emissivity switch is independent of the oxidation temperature and the surface morphology of the *** results could open a new strategy in the investigation of VN oxidation as a method to obtain VO_(2),along with an insight into the correlation between surface morphology and optical properties.
