High-performance flexible pressure sensors provide comprehensive tactile perception and are applied in human activity monitoring,soft robotics,medical treatment,and human-computer interface.However,these flexible pressure sensors require extensive nano-architectural design and complicated manufacturing and are timeconsuming.Herein,a highly sensitive,flexible piezoresistive tactile sensor is designed and fabricated,consisting of three main parts:the randomly distributed microstructure on T-ZnOw/PDMS film as a top substrate,multilayer Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene film as an intermediate conductive filler,and the few-layer Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene nanosheetbased interdigital electrodes as the bottom substrate.The MXene-based piezoresistive sensor with randomly distributed microstructure exhibits a high sensitivity over a broad pressure range(less than 10 kPa for 175 kPa^(-1))and possesses an out-standing permanence of up to 5000 cycles.Moreover,a 16-pixel sensor array is designed,and its potential applications in visualizing pressure distribution and an example of tactile feedback are demonstrated.This fully sprayed MXene-based pressure sensor,with high sensitivity and excellent durability,can be widely used in,electronic skin,intelligent robots,and many other emerging technologies.

Soils and ecosystems contaminated with cadmium (Cd) threaten human health and adversely affect morphological,physiological,and biochemical parameters of plants.The symbiotic association of endophytic fungi with their host plants is the best strategy to improve various plant characteristics and remediate soils polluted with heavy metal(loid)s (HMs).Being a well-known plant growth-promoting fungus,Piriformospora indica confers resistance against a number of abiotic stresses,including HM stress.This pot experiment explored the potential and ameliorative effects of P.indica on Artemisia annua L.plants treated with different concentrations (0,40,80,and 120 mg kg-1) of Cd.Inoculation with P.indica significantly increased plant performance,especially by enhancing chlorophyll concentration and water potential and by decreasing electrolytic leakage,when compared with un-inoculated plants,despite the high Cd levels.Similarly,P.indica enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities,thereby reducing the drastic effects of Cd in inoculated plants.In addition,P.indica accumulated Cd in the roots of colonized plants,as revealed by atomic absorption spectroscopy,and restricted Cd translocation to aerial parts.Furthermore,P.indica showed in vitro resistance (up to a certain level) to Cd stress;however,fungus growth was inhibited at very high Cd concentrations,proving it an excellent candidate for use as a potential phytoremediator in fields affected by Cd contamination.The transcriptional analysis showed that the signaling genes and artemisinin and flavonoid biosynthetic pathway genes were significantly upregulated in P.indica-co-cultivated plants when compared with un-inoculated plants,suggesting a fine collaboration between primary and secondary metabolisms to modulate resistance capacity and to enhance the phytoremediation capability of A.annua against Cd toxicity.

Background:In this study,we explored the effects of different processing methods on the quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua(PC),and the role of Huangjiu in the processing procedure.Methods:The sensory characteristics of the crude product,steamed product,and wine-processed product of PC were described.The colorimeter was used to analyze the chromatic values of three different processed products on PC.At the same time,the contents of the water extract and alcohol extract were measured separately.The content of three different processing Polygonatum Polysaccharide(PCP)was determined using 0.2%anthrone-sulfuric acid.The correlation difference between the chromatic values and chemical composition of different PC products was analyzed using various analytical methods.Results:The surface colors gradually deepened,the sweetness increased,the viscosity strengthened,and the tongue-numbing sensation disappeared after PC processing.The contents of extract and L^(*) gradually decreased from the crude to the steamed to the wine-processed product,consistent with the pattern of surface color alteration.While,E^(*)ab gradually increased.The content of PCP was crude product>wine-processed product>steamed product.The results of multivariate statistical analysis showed that the samples processed for crude,steamed,and wine-processed product were clustered into three classes.The correlation analysis showed that L^(*)and E^(*)ab were highly significant positively correlated with the content of PCP,and a*was significantly negatively correlated with the content of PCP.Conclusion:The results showed that the wine-processed product had the best quality.The internal quality of the PC was correlated with its characteristics and chromatic value.In this study,we investigated the internal and external quality of three different products of PC in order to provide a reference for further research on the impact of different processing methods on PC quality,the standardization of PC processing,and the role of Huangjiu in the processing of PC.

目的:对儿童早期共情量表(Measure of Empathy in Early Childhood,MEEC)进行中文修订,并检验其信效度。方法:采用儿童早期共情量表(MEEC)、儿童共情量表(EmQue)和长处与困难量表的亲社会行为分量表(SDQ-PB)对1305名幼儿园和小学儿童的抚养人施测,进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、效标效度分析、信度检验和等值性分析。结果:项目分析表明MEEC各项目均具有良好的区分度。探索性因素分析共提取5个因子,分别是亲社会行为、情绪关注、个人痛苦、个人痛苦-虚构人物和同情;验证性因素分析支持MEEC的五因素结构模型:χ^(2)/df=2.879,TLI=0.925,CFI=0.917,RMSEA=0.063。MEEC总分与EmQue各个分量表、SDQ-PB均呈显著正相关。MEEC的α系数为0.883~0.901,重测信度为0.701。性别和年龄的等值性分析支持MEEC的跨性别和跨年龄组等值性。结论:修订后的中文版儿童早期共情量表可作为测量我国童年早期儿童共情水平的有效工具。

Metal ions are essential for plant growth and development,but in excess,these compounds can become highly toxic.Plants have adopted numerous ways to maintain metal homeostasis while mitigating adverse effects of excess metal ions,including phytochelatin and the metal-chelating proteins metallothioneins(MTs).A family of cysteine(Cys)-rich,intracellular,and low-molecular-weight(4-8 kDa)MTs are proteins found in nearly all phyla including plants,animals,and fungi,and they have the potential to scavenge reactive oxygen species and detoxify toxic metals including copper,cadmium,and zinc.Based on their Cys numbers and residues,MTs have been categorized into three major classes.Class I MTs,which have highly conserved Cys residues,are found in animals,while class II MTs,with less conserved Cys residues,are present in plants and are classified further into four groups.Class III MTs include phytochelatins,a group of enzymatically synthesized Cys-rich proteins.The MTs have been an area of interest for five decades with extensive studies,which have been facilitated by advancements in instrumental techniques,protein science,and molecular biology tools.Here,we reviewed current advances in our understanding of the regulation of MT biosynthesis,their expression,and their potential roles in the alleviation of abiotic stresses(i.e.,drought,salinity,and oxidative stresses)and heavy metal detoxification and homeostasis.

Trace metals such as manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),and iron(Fe)are essential for many biological processes in plant life cycles.However,in excess,they can be toxic and disrupt plant growth processes,which is economically undesirable for crop production.For this reason,processes such as homeostasis and transport control of these trace metals are of constant interest to scientists studying heavily contaminated habitats.Phytoremediation is a promising cleanup technology for soils polluted with heavy metals.However,this technique has some disadvantages,such as the slow growth rate of metal-accumulating plant species,low bioavailability of heavy metals,and long duration of remediation.Microbial-assisted phytoremediation is a promising strategy for hyperaccumulating,detoxifying,or remediating soil contaminants.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)are found in association with almost all plants,contributing to their healthy performance and providing resistance against environmental stresses.They colonize plant roots and extend their hyphae to the rhizosphere region,assisting in mineral nutrient uptake and regulation of heavy metal acquisition.Endophytic fungi exist in every healthy plant tissue and provide enormous services to their host plants,including growth enhancement by nutrient acquisition,detoxification of heavy metals,secondary metabolite regulation,and enhancement of abiotic/biotic stress tolerance.The aim of the present work is to review the recent literature regarding the role of AMF and endophytic fungi in plant heavy metal tolerance in terms of its regulation in highly contaminated conditions.

混合颗粒系蒙特卡罗消光模型及反演方法

在单一颗粒系中,消光光谱法颗粒粒径测量模型通常基于Mie散射理论和Lambert-Beer(LB)定律。但多种颗粒物构成的混合颗粒系的消光特性更为复杂,颗粒粒径与混合比均会影响消光谱,需要发展新的理论模型。作者设计一种蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo,MC)原理的混合颗粒系消光模型,将入射光束离散化成光子,通过追踪其从发射至接收/逃逸过程中所有事件,统计光子去向并研究混合颗粒系的消光特性。为了验证蒙特卡罗模型的准确性,分别对聚苯乙烯和玻璃微珠单一颗粒系中消光谱进行数值计算,结果与Lambert-Beer定律预测误差小于2%。进一步将模型扩展至由聚苯乙烯和玻璃微珠构成的混合颗粒系,其消光谱随玻璃微珠占比(混合比)增大而依次递增,直至混合比为1时退化为单一颗粒系,而波长减小时,消光随混合比变化趋势由线性向非线性转变,两种颗粒自身消光特性差异越大则非线性趋势越明显,说明混合系消光值由颗粒类型、混合比、颗粒粒径和光波长共同决定且相互耦合。根据预测消光谱,采用三种全局最优算法对混合颗粒粒径和混合比参数反演。结果表明:混合比单参数反演结果的误差最小,均在1.5%以内;对两种颗粒粒径进行双参数反演时,误差均在3%以内;对两种粒径和混合比进行三参数同步反演时,误差增大,但均在10%以内。综合分析三种反演算法,PSO算法耗费时间最长,是其他算法的数倍,IGA算法效果较好且更加稳定。初步验证了设计的蒙特卡罗模型可应用于混合颗粒系的消光谱预测,实现了两种颗粒粒径与颗粒系混合比的同步反演。

Background:To study the effects of the main diterpene esters in Euphorbia factor L_(1),L_(2),L_(3),L_(7a),L_(7b)and L_(8)on the transcriptional activity and protein expression of liver X receptor(LXR).Methods:The effect of the main diterpene ester components in Semen Euphorbiae on the viability of HEK293 cells were studied by MTT assay.The LXR-Luc plasmid vector was transfected into HEK293 cells and treated with Euphorbia factor L_(1),L_(2),L_(3),L_(7a),L_(7b)and L_(8)for 24 h.The effect of the main diterpene ester components of Semen Euphorbiae on LXR-Luc luciferase activity was investigated by dual luciferase reporter gene system,and the expression of LXRαprotein was detected by Western Blot.Results:Euphorbia factor L_(1),L_(2),L_(3),L_(7a),L_(7b)and L_(8)could significantly reduce the relative luciferase activity(RLU)of LXRα,and the expression level of LXRαprotein was significantly down-regulated.Conclusion:Euphorbia factor L_(1),L_(2),L_(3),L_(7a),L_(7b)and L_(8)can inhibit the expression of LXR protein level,which may be achieved by inhibiting the transcriptional activity of LXR.
