Health care visualization through Internet of Things(IoT)over wireless sensor network(WSN)becomes a current research attention due to medical sensor evolution of *** digital technology-based communication system is widely used in all *** of medical thing(IoMT)assisted health-care application ensures the continuous health monitoring of a patient and provides the early awareness of the one who is suffered without human *** smart medical devices may consume with limited resources and also the data generated by these devices are large in *** IoMT based applications suffer from the issues such as security,anonymity,privacy,and *** overcome these issues,data aggregation methods are the solution that can concatenate the data generated by the sensors and forward it into the base station through fog node with efficient encryption and *** article proposed a well-organized data aggregation and secured transmission *** data generated by the sensor are collected and *** nodes(AN)received the compressed data and concatenate *** concatenated and encrypted data is forward to fog node using the enhanced Paillier cryptogra-phy-based encryption with Message Authentication code(MAC).Fog node extracts the forwarded data from AN using Fog message extractor method(FME)with *** proposed system ensures data integrity,security and also protects from security *** proposed model is simulated in Net-work Simulator 2.35 and the evaluated simulation results proves that the aggregation with MAC code will ensures the security,privacy and also reduces the communication *** node usages in between Aggregator and base station,will reduce the cloud server/base station computational overhead and storage *** proposed ideology is compared with existing data aggregation schemes in terms of computational cost,storage cost,communication cost and energy *** of communica

A novel approach for synthesis of hierarchical mesoporous Nd2O3 nanomaterials

A novel route to the fabrication of hierarchical mesoporous Nd_2O_3 nanostructures including nanospheres and nanoporous network was described. Their structure and morphology evolution of the as-synthesized materials were determined by various techniques such as scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transforminfrared spectra, nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherm, and a formation mechanism was proposed. The results revealed that the Nd_2O_3 nanospheres had the diameter of 300 nm, which were composed of small primary nanoparticles（NPs） with the size of 10 nm. The nanoporous structure also formed the NPs of ca. 10 nm which were connected with each other to form a three-dimensional（3D） texture. This simple and mild approach to fabricate hierarchical mesoporous Nd_2O_3 nanostructures could be easily scaled up and potentially extended to synthesize other oxide hierarchical structures.

Malaria is a severe illness triggered by parasites that spreads via mosquito *** underdeveloped nations,malaria is one of the top causes of mortality,and it is mainly diagnosed through ***-assisted malaria diagnosis is difficult owing to the fine-grained differences throughout the presentation of some uninfected and infected ***,in this study,we present a new idea based on the ensemble quantum-classical framework for malaria *** methods comprise three core steps:localization,segmentation,and *** the first core step,an improved FRCNN model is proposed for the localization of the infected malaria ***,the RGB localized images were converted into YCbCr channels to normalize the image intensity ***,the actual lesion region was segmented using a histogram-based color thresholding *** segmented images were employed for classification in two different *** the first method,a CNN model is developed by the selection of optimum layers after extensive experimentation,and the final computed feature vector is passed to the softmax layer for classification of the infection/non-infection of themicroscopicmalaria ***,a quantum-convolutionalmodel is employed for informative feature extraction from microscopicmalaria images,and the extracted feature vectors are supplied to the softmax layer for ***,classification results were analyzed from two different models and concluded that the quantum-convolutional model achieved maximum accuracy as compared to *** proposed models attain a precision rate greater than 90%,thereby proving that these models performed better than the existing models.

Spectral unmixing is essential for exploitation of remotely senseddata of Hyperspectral Images (HSI). It amounts to the identification of a position of spectral signatures that are pure and therefore called end members andtheir matching fractional, draft rules abundances for every pixel in HSI. Thispaper aims to unmix hyperspectral data using the minimal volume methodof elementary scrutiny. Moreover, the problem of optimization is solved bythe implementation of the sequence of small problems that are constrainedquadratically. The hard constraint in the final step for the abundance fractionis then replaced with a loss function of hinge type that accounts for outlinersand noise. Existing algorithms focus on estimating the endmembers (Ems)enumeration in a sight, discerning of spectral signs of EMs, besides assessmentof fractional profusion for every EM in every pixel of a sight. Nevertheless, allthe stages are performed by only a few algorithms in the process of hyperspectral unmixing. Therefore, the Non-negative Minimum Volume Factorization(NMVF) algorithm is further extended by fusing it with the nonnegativematrix of robust collaborative factorization that aims to perform all the threeunmixing chain steps for hyperspectral images. The major contributions ofthis article are in this manner: (A) it performs Simplex analysis of minimum volume for hyperspectral images with unsupervised linear unmixing isemployed. (B) The simplex analysis method is configured with an exaggeratedform of the elementary which is delivered by vertical component analysis(VCA). (C) The inflating factor is chosen carefully inactivating the constraintsin a large majority for relating to the source fractions abundance that speedsup the algorithm. (D) The final step is making simplex analysis method robustto outliners as well as noise that replaces the profusion element positivity hardrestraint by a hinge kind soft restraint, preserving the local minima havinggood quality. With the rise of internet facilities,a greater number of people have started doing online transactions at an exponential rate in recent years as the online transaction system has eliminated the need of going to the bank physically for every ***,the fraud cases have also increased causing the loss of money to the ***,an effective fraud detection system is the need of the hour which can detect fraudulent transactions automatically in ***,the genuine transactions are large in number than the fraudulent transactions which leads to the class imbalance *** this research work,an online transaction fraud detection system using deep learning has been proposed which can handle class imbalance problem by applying algorithm-level methods which modify the learning of the model to focus more on the minority class i.e.,fraud transactions.A novel loss function named Weighted Hard-Reduced Focal Loss(WH-RFL)has been proposed which has achieved maximum fraud detection rate i.e.,True PositiveRate(TPR)at the cost of misclassification of few genuine transactions as high TPR is preferred over a high True Negative Rate(TNR)in fraud detection system and same has been demonstrated using three publicly available imbalanced transactional ***,Thresholding has been applied to optimize the decision threshold using cross-validation to detect maximum number of frauds and it has been demonstrated by the experimental results that the selection of the right thresholding method with deep learning yields better results.

Currently, relational database management systems (RDBMSs)face different challenges in application development due to the massive growthof unstructured and semi-structured data. This introduced new DBMS categories, known as not only structured query language (NoSQL) DBMSs, whichdo not adhere to the relational model. The migration from relational databasesto NoSQL databases is challenging due to the data complexity. This study aimsto enhance the storage performance of RDBMSs in handling a variety of *** paper presents two approaches. The first approach proposes a convenientrepresentation of unstructured data storage. Several extensive experimentswere implemented to assess the efficiency of this approach that could resultin substantial improvements in the RDBMSs storage. The second approachproposes using the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format to representmultivalued attributes and many to many (M:N) relationships in relationaldatabases to create a flexible schema and store semi-structured data. Theresults indicate that the proposed approaches outperform similar approachesand improve data storage performance, which helps preserve software stabilityin huge organizations by improving existing software packages whose replacement may be highly costly.

Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)technology is the real-time applica-tion that is growing rapidly as the result of smart *** power is one of the most signiﬁcant resources in *** enhancing a power factor,the clustering techniques are *** the forward of data in WSN,more power is *** the existing system,it works with Load Balanced Cluster-ing Method(LBCM)and provides the lifespan of the network with scalability and *** the existing system,it does not deal with end-to-end delay and deliv-ery of *** overcoming these issues in WSN,the proposed Genetic Algo-rithm based on Chicken Swarm Optimization(GA-CSO)with Load Balanced Clustering Method(LBCM)is *** Algorithm generates chromosomes in an arbitrary method then the chromosomes values are calculated using Fitness *** Swarm Optimization(CSO)helps to solve the complex opti-mization ***,it consists of chickens,hens,and *** divides the chicken into *** Balanced Clustering Method(LBCM)maintains the energy during communication among the sensor nodes and also it balances the load in the *** proposed GA-CSO with LBCM improves the life-span of the ***,it minimizes the energy consumption and also bal-ances the load over the *** proposed method outperforms by using the following metrics such as energy efﬁciency,ratio of packet delivery,throughput of the network,lifetime of the sensor ***,the evaluation result shows the energy efﬁciency that has achieved 83.56%and the delivery ratio of the packet has reached 99.12%.Also,it has attained linear standard deviation and reduced the end-to-end delay as 97.32 ms.

Advances in haemostatic sponges: Characteristics and the underlying mechanisms for rapid haemostasis

In traumatized patients, the primary cause of mortality is uncontrollable continuous bleeding and unexpected intraoperative bleeding which is likely to increase the risk of complications and surgical failure. High expansion sponges are effective clinical practice for the treatment of wound bleeding (irregular/deep/narrow) that are caused by capillaries, veins and even arterioles as they possess a high liquid absorption ratio so can absorb blood platelets easily in comparison with traditional haemostasis treatments, which involve compression, ligation, or electrical coagulation etc. When in contact with blood, haemostatic sponges can cause platelet adhesion, aggregation, and thrombosis, preventing blood from flowing out from wounds, triggering the release of coagulation factors, causing the blood to form a stable polymerized fibre protein, forming blood clots, and achieving the goal of wound bleeding control. Haemostatic sponges are found in a variety of shapes and sizes. The aim of this review is to facilitate an overview of recent research around haemostatic sponge materials, products, and technology. This paper reviews the synthesis, properties, and characteristics of haemostatic sponges, together with the haemostasis mechanisms of haemostatic sponges (composite materials), such as chitosan, cellulose, gelatin, starch, graphene oxide, hyaluronic acid, alginate, polyethylene glycol, silk fibroin, synthetic polymers silver nanoparticles, zinc oxide nanoparticles, mesoporous silica nanoparticles, and silica nanoparticles. Also, this paper reviews commercial sponges and their properties. In addition to this, we discuss various in-vitro/in-vivo approaches for the evaluation of the effect of sponges on haemostasis .

Viral infections cause damage to various organ systems by inducing organ-specific symptoms or systemic multi-organ *** on the infection route and virus type,infectious diseases are classified as respiratory,nervous,immune,digestive,or skin *** these infectious diseases can widely spread in the com-munity and their catastrophic effects are severe,identification of their causative agent and mechanisms un-derlying their pathogenesis is an urgent *** infection-associated mechanisms have been studied in two-dimensional(2D)cell culture models and animal models,they have shown limitations in organ-specific or human-associated pathogenesis,and the development of a human-organ-mimetic system is ***,three-dimensional(3D)engineered tissue models,which can present human organ-like physiology in terms of the 3D structure,utilization of human-originated cells,recapitulation of physiological stimuli,and tight cell–cell interactions,were ***,recent studies have shown that these models can recapitulate infection-associated *** this review,we summarized the recent advances in 3D engineered tissue models that mimic organ-specific viral ***,we briefly described the limitations of the current 2D and animal models in recapitulating human-specific viral infection ***,we provided an overview of recently reported viral infection models,focusing particularly on organ-specific infection ***,a future perspective that must be pursued to reconstitute more human-specific infectious diseases is presented.
