Na.ofluids a.e a.potentia. a.terna.ive to significa.tly improving the performa.ce of hea. tra.sfer a.plica.ions. In this work, a.numerica. a.a.ysis to exa.ine the eff ect of dispersing copper(Cu), copper oxide(CuO), a.d a.uminum(a.2O3) na.opa.ticles in pure wa.er on the performa.ce of a.fla. pla.e sola. collector(FPSC) a.d a.numerica. model wa. proposed. The influence of the na.ofluid type on the therma. efficiency wa. critica.ly investiga.ed a.d discussed. The eff ect of the ma.s flow ra.e on the performa.ce wa. a.so a.a.yzed a.d discussed. Ba.ed on correla.ions of the thermophysica. properties of na.ofluids, a.sensitivity a.a.ysis wa. used to a.a.yze the impa.t of the na.opa.ticles on the ba.e fluid. The results indica.e tha. the performa.ce of the FPSC with Cu/wa.er na.ofluid wa. better tha. tha. of FPSCs using CuO/wa.er or a.2O3/wa.er na.ofluids. When the ma.s flow ra.e of the na.ofluids wa. 8.0 L/min, the efficiency of the FPSC wa. much grea.er tha. those a. the flow ra.es of 5.0 L/min a.d 2.0 L/min. Mea. enha.cements in therma. efficiency of 4.44%, 4.27%, a.d 4.21% were observed when 2.0 L/min wa. a.plied using Cu/wa.er, Cu O/wa.er, a.d a.2O3/wa.er na.ofluids, respectively. Improvements in therma. efficiency of 2.76%, 2.53%, a.d 2.47% occurred when 8.0 L/min wa. a.plied.

Ulcera.ion of dia.etic foot represents one of the most concerning complica.ions a.socia.ed with uncontrolled blood suga. in dia.etes mellitus. The a.m of this study is to eva.ua.e the condition of twenty-two dia.etic pa.ients with different degrees of ulcera.ion in their feet a.ter da.ly secessions of ca.bon dioxide thera.y. Blood flow to the a.fected foot wa. mea.ured by Doppler;a.so the size, color, degree of ulcera.ion a.d sensa.ion of the ulcera.ive a.ea.were a.l eva.ua.ed. Results showed improvement of blood flow to the a.fected foot a. well a. improvement in the sensa.ion a.d color of the ulcera.ive a.ea. It wa. concluded tha. ca.bon dioxide thera.y of dia.etic foot wa. promising a.d needed thorough investiga.ion to be brought widely into a.plica.ion.

Va.ious models ha.e been proposed in the litera.ure to study non-nega.ive integer-va.ued time series. In this pa.er, we study estima.ors for the genera.ized Poisson a.toregressive process of order 1, a.model developed by a.za.d a.d a.-Osh [1]. We compa.e three estima.ion methods, the methods of moments, qua.i-likelihood a.d conditiona. ma.imum likelihood a.d study their a.ymptotic properties. To compa.e the bia. of the estima.ors in sma.l sa.ples, we perform a.simula.ion study for va.ious pa.a.eter va.ues. Using the theory of estima.ing equa.ions, we obta.n expressions for the va.ia.ce-cova.ia.ce ma.rices of those three estima.ors, a.d we compa.e their a.ymptotic efficiency. Fina.ly, we a.ply the methods derived in the pa.er to a.rea. time series.

Corona.y Hea.t Disea.e (CHD) is a.highly preva.ent disea.e a.l over the world. Ma.nesium (Mg) pla.s a.role in CHD but it is still unclea.. C-Rea.tive Protein (CRP) is a. infla.ma.ory ma.ker which ma. rise in CHD. a.m of study: To a.sess the impa.t of dieta.y Mg inta.e a.d its level in rela.ion to CRP a.ong newly dia.nosed CHD a. middle zone of Ga.a.Strip. Methodology: Pa.ients (n = 140) with confirmed CHD, 50 ± 10 yea.s, presented in the ca.dia. ca.e unit a. a.sa.Ma.tyr’s Hospita. between 1 a.ril 2012 a.d 30 December 2012, were enrolled in this cross-sectiona. study a.ter ta.ing consent. ECG, clinica. sta.us, a.d ca.dia. ma.kers were used to confirm dia.nosis by ca.diologist. Food frequency questionna.re wa. used to a.sess Mg inta.e a.d ca.cium inta.e in a.dition to mea.urement of its level in serum. CRP la.ex slide wa. used for mea.urement of CRP. Results: Mg inta.e a.d serum Mg were?inversely a.socia.ed with risk?of CHD. Mea. of serum Mg a.ong ca.es (1.80) wa. lower tha. controls (2.41) (P = 0.001). Percent of positive CRP wa. higher in ca.es (32.9%) tha. controls (12.9%) (P = 0.005). Mea. of serum Mg wa. (1.96 ± 0.47) for positive CRP which wa. lower tha. the mea. of serum Mg (2.15 ± 0.44) for nega.ive CRP. Conclusion: Newly dia.nosed pa.ients with CHD ha.e a.positive CRP, low serum a.d low?Mg inta.e, a.d low serum Mg wa. a.socia.ed with eleva.ed CRP.

Russia.a.stra.ia.Isra.l,China.a.d *** ha.e shown tha. the ma.netic field is used a. a.sa.e a.terna.ive to improve pla.t growth a.d *** the properties of ma.netica.ly trea.ed wa.er ha.e received a.grea. dea. of interest in recent yea.s,there a.e no studies conducted in Morocca. a.ricultura. *** present study a.med a. ga.ning more insight on the effect of ma.netica.ly trea.ed irriga.ion wa.er(MTIW)in the northwest region of Morocco,on the yield of stra.berry pla.ts(Fra.a.ia.a.a.a.sa.***)a.d its *** experiments were conducted in situ,during two crop sea.ons(2011-2012 a.d 2013-2014).The results confirm tha. physica. trea.ment of irriga.ion wa.er by a.sta.ic ma.netic field improves the yield a.d qua.ity of stra.berry *** percenta.es of increa.e in number of flowers,number of fruits,fruit yield a.d qua.ity of export production per 100 pla.ts were 27.4%,30.9%,34.8%,24.3%,respectively,compa.ed with norma. irriga.ion wa.er(a.era.e over both crop sea.ons).These results suggest tha. irriga.ion with MTIW improves the production a. well a. the qua.ity of the stra.berry fruit,thus wa.er use efficiency wa. ***,the MTIW ca. be considered a. a.promising technique for improvement but extensive resea.ch is still required.

Ba.kground: Ewing’s Sarcoma (ES)/peripheral Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor (pPNET) is a rare aggressive malignant small round cell tumour. Most of them arise in bony sites, and they represent the second commonest primary osseous malignancy in adolescence and young adults. The localization of the small bowel is very rare, to our knowledge only 35 cases of ES/pPNET of the small bowel have been reported in the literature. Case Presentation: We report a case of pPNET of the ileum in a 26a.>a.>-a.>yeara.>-a.>old female, presented abdominal pain with a transit disorder. The clinical examination was unremarkable. The histological and immunohistochemical study confirmed the diagnosis of peripheral primary neuroectodermal tumours. The patient was treated by tumor resection followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. The evolution was good, without recurrence with a follow-up of 12 months. Conclusion: PNET of the ileum is very rare.a.>a.> a.>We report this case a.>toa.> enrich the database of this rare clinical entity and to improve the management of patients with PNET of the ileum.a.>

The mea.ured la.itude a.d longitude a.es of this a.ea.a.e 30° 25.4＇ north a.d 47° 29＇ west. It is loca.ed a. a.dista.ce of a.out 25 km stra.ght line from the city center.
