In structure of manufacture of PFER （primary fuel and energy resources） in Central Asia region the leading place occupies now organic fuel. Thus about half of total amount of power resources it is necessary on the natural gas which basic stocks are concentrated in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. More than 95% of all electric power in Tajikistan is developed by hydroelectric power stations. Use of hydrogen as energy carrier allows to consider and solve power problems in close connection with ecological. At a large factory electrolysis of water with capacity of 450 t/day and more expenses of the electric power on 1 m3 hydrogen can be finished by capacity up to 4.0-4.5 kWt.h. At such expense of the electric power in a number of power situations electrolysis of water, even in modem conditions can become a competitive method of obtaining of hydrogen.

Power systems are critical infrastructures in the same way as gas and oil networks, water networks, transportation networks, telecommunications systems and computer systems. These complex networked systems are increasingly interdependent on each other, as the digital society matures on a global scale. A typical example of a critical infrastructure vulnerability that undergoes rising vulnerability to catastrophic failure is the power transmission network. There are several reasons for such a situation to prevail. Firstly, as witnessed in developed countries, there has been a very slow expansion of the high voltage transmission grid during recent decades due to stringent regulations put forward in response to environmental concerns. Secondly, there are the profound structural reforms that the power industry has embarked on, which are geared toward the emergence and consolidation of competitive energy markets. In the evaluation of catastrophe of the power transmission system, the most important parameter to be taken into a consideration is resilience index of electro-magnet floury. In particular, it has been taken into consideration its effect on the different fields of human interest.

Digital image collection as rapidly increased along with the development of computer network. Image retrieval system was developed purposely to provide an efficient tool for a set of images from a collection of images in the database that matches the user’s requirements in similarity evaluations such as image content similarity, edge, and color similarity. Retrieving images based on the content which is color, texture, and shape is called content based image retrieval (CBIR). The content is actually the feature of an image and these features are extracted and used as the basis for a similarity check between images. The algorithms used to calculate the similarity between extracted features. There are two kinds of content based image retrieval which are general image retrieval and application specific image retrieval. For the general image retrieval, the goal of the query is to obtain images with the same object as the query. Such CBIR imitates web search engines for images rather than for text. For application specific, the purpose tries to match a query image to a collection of images of a specific type such as fingerprints image and x-ray. In this paper, the general architecture, various functional components, and techniques of CBIR system are discussed. CBIR techniques discussed in this paper are categorized as CBIR using color, CBIR using texture, and CBIR using shape features. This paper also describe about the comparison study about color features, texture features, shape features, and combined features (hybrid techniques) in terms of several parameters. The parameters are precision, recall and response time.

Pressure applied on the top roller of drafting zone is a vital factor on which the quality of ultimate yarn depends. Drafting zone is needed to reduce the mass per unit length of input material. Appropriate contact of top rollers with bottom rollers is necessary to ensure proper drafting. In this paper, the effects of different front top roller pressure of drafting zone on the quality of 20Ne cotton-flax blended yarns (C:L = 45:55) were studied. It was observed that a higher pressure value gives a lower co-efficient of mass variation, imperfections, hairiness and higher evenness, tenacity, elongation properties.

Phytocompounds of Anonna muricata leaves extract and cytotoxic effects on breast cancer cells

Objective: To identify the phytochemical compounds from Annona muricata(A. muricata) and to determine their in vitro anti-proliferative activities against breast cancer cells, MCF7 and MDA-MB-231. Methods: A. muricata leaves were successively extracted by soxhlet method using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol, and decocted with water. Each extract was analysed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GCMS) and characterized with Wiley and NIST library searches. Anti-proliferative activity of each extract was evaluated on MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells using MTT assay. Results: The GCMS analysis of different solvent extracts of A. muricata leaves showed presence of different chemical groups of compounds such as steroids, terpenoids, phenolic compounds, sugars, sugars alcohol and others including vitamin E. Ethyl acetate leaves extract exhibited the lowest IC_(50) value on the MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell and n-hexane leaves extract showed the the lowest IC_(50) value on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell. Conclusion: Steroids and phenolic compounds were the main phytocompound groups identified from all A. muricata leaves extracts. The antiproliferative activity of n-hexane and ethyl acetate extract towards breast cancer MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 respectively might be due to the presence of biologically active compounds in the extracts, hence, providing some scientific evidences of the effectiveness of its traditional usages.

Background: Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) is currently employed as a major arm of treatment in multiforme glioblastoma (GBM). The present study aimed to compare 3D-CRT with IMRT to assess tumor volume coverage and OAR sparing for the treatment of malignant gliomas. Materials and methods: We assessed 22 anonymized patients datasets with High Grade Glioblastoma who had undergone post-operative Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) and 3D Conformal Radiotherapy (3D-CRT), This study will compare and contrast treatment plans Rapidarc and 3D-CRT to determine which technology improves significantly dosimetric parameters. Results: Plans will be assessed by reviewing the coverage of the PTV using mean, maximum and minimum doses while the OAR doses will be compared using the maximal doses for each, as set out in the QUANTEC dose limits. Analysis of Variables of Vessel Calls in a Container Terminal

The handling efficiency of container terminal may be affected by variables of vessel calls, loading and discharge of container in the terminal. Some of the previous studies indicated that the performance of ship operation would be affected by variables of vessel calls, such as ship size, container loaded and container discharged would affect the handling rate of ship operation, but it didn’t clarify on the degree of relationship and lack of variable container shifted/restowed. Therefore, this study would further study on the softcoming, to analyse the relationship between variables of vessel calls with berth turnaround time, that affected the ship operation’s performance. Extensive observation and survey activities were conducted at Malaysian’s Port and the collected data was based on ship operation delay parameters;like berth turnaround time, total move, total discharge, total load, shift/restow, and length overall of vessels. The initial result showed that total move, total discharge and total load had high correlation with berth turnaround time. The r-value of total move, total discharge and total load are 0.877, 0.716 and 0.804 respectively. Therefore, this study concluded that the berth turnaround time is highly affected by total move, total discharge and total load. Consequently, the research output would be as a decision making tool to port planner.

Hepatitis C treatment with triple therapy in a patient with hemophilia A

We report a case of successful treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection with telaprevir-based triple therapy in a patient with hemophilia A complicated by factor Ⅷ inhibitor. A twenty-two years old male with hereditary hemophilia A and high-titer factor Ⅷ inhibitor was taking maintenance doses of recombinant factor Ⅷ. He visited our clinic for treatment of his chronic hepatitis C with the newly instituted protease inhibitor based therapy. He was diagnosed with hepatitis C genotype 1a at one year of age. He was initiated on telaprevir, ribavirin and peg-interferon for treatment of hepatitis C and qualified for response-guided therapy. He completed treatment at 24 wk with minimal adverse effects. Notably, after 4 wk of hepatitis C treatment, his factor Ⅷ inhibitor screen was negative and the dose for recombinant factor Ⅷ decreased by half of the initial dosing before he was treated for hepatitis C. We suspect that suppressing hepatitis C may help decrease factor Ⅷ inhibitor level and the need for recombinant factor Ⅷ.
