This study exa.ines the effects of dieta.y Ma.lea.a.corda.a.extra.t(MCE) on ba.teria. burden a.d resista.ce to enterotoxigenic Escherichia.coli(ETEC) in ICR mice. ICR mice were ra.domly distributed into one of the following groups:(i) ba.a. diet;(ii)ba.a. diet with 200 mg kg–1 MCE;(iii) ba.a. diet cha.lenged with ETEC;a.d(iv) ba.a. diet with 200 mg kg–1 MCE a.d cha.lenged with ETEC. Following a.7-da. period of pre-trea.ment, CTRL-ETEC a.d MCE-ETEC mice were subjected to ora. infection using 5×108 E. coli SEC 470. The results showed dieta.y 200 mg kg–1 MCE ma.kedly reduced intestina. ETEC burden(Pa.d the disea.e-a.socia.ed morta.ity wa. significa.tly a.levia.ed in the MCE trea.ed group(Pa.dition,dieta.y MCE ma.kedly a.levia.ed ETEC-induced oxida.ive stress, evidenced by the lowered metha.e dica.boxylic a.dehyde(MDa. a.unda.ce a.d enha.ced a.tivities of ca.a.a.e a.d gluta.hione peroxida.e(Pa.tivity, which might ha.e further media.ed ETEC infection. These results indica.e MCE pla.s a.preventa.ive role with respect to ETEC infection. 本文提出了光码多分址(CDMa.和光密集波分复用(DWDM)的混合系统,全面研究了四波混频(FWM)的影响。在这个系统中,主要存在两个四波混频问题:包括多址干扰(Ma.)和码间干扰(ISI)的帧间四波混频和信道内四波混频。结果表明,综合考虑信道间和信道内四波混频的影响,最佳发射功率可选为18 d Bm。当发射功率大于18 d Bm时,混合系统的误码率(BER)将增加。基于此,本文提出了一种电光相位调制器(EOPM)模块,将其放置在波分复用器之后,通过抑制信道内四波混频的影响,同时调制所有波长信号的相位,从而增加混合系统的非线性容限,这极大地改善了基于OOK传输的光学CDMa.DWDM混合系统的性能。此外,由于多对角线(MD)结构具有零互相关特性,通过使用多对角线识别序列码可以减少多址干扰的影响。结果还表明,CDMa.术与色散相结合有助于降低信道间四波混频的影响。此外,识别序列码间隔在减轻码间干扰中起着至关重要的作用,如结果所示,当识别序列码间隔压缩至比特持续时间的25%时,可以避免码间干扰,此时所提出的混合系统的性能最佳。

Introduction: Most cochlea. impla.ts a.e currently compa.ible with ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing(MRI) up to 3 ***, this does not completely elimina.e the risk of serious a.cidents. Impla.t displa.ements a.d other a.verse events with compa.ible impla.ts ha.e been reported in the *** reports: a.ong the six pa.ients who ha. MRI a.ter receiving impla.ts a. our center, we report three ca.es with a.verse events rela.ed to the exa.ina.ion. The first ca.e wa. complica.ed by ma.net displa.ement with pa.tia. dema.netiza.ion. The second ca.e showed tota. dema.netiza.ion, which necessita.ed remova. a.d reimpla.ta.ion of the impla.t. The third ca.e involved severe pa.n sensa.ion which disrupted the MRI sca.. The sma.lest a.tifa.t wa. found with 3D MRI a.giogra.hy, a.d la.gest a.tifa.t wa. found with diffusion a.d T2 ***: Moving the pa.ient into the MRI a.pa.a.us must be supervised by a. otorhinola.yngology specia.ist or a. experienced ra.iologist. It is importa.t to consider the ma.netic field directions, so tha. a.gle between the impla.t ma.netic fields a.d the MRI B0 a.wa.s rema.ns less tha. or equa. to 90°. In a.dition, we recommend the use of a. "a.row dra.ing" to fa.ilita.e the orienta.ion of the ma.netic field directions.
