As well known in the petroleum industry and academia,Ni/ZnO catalysts have excellent desulfurization ***,the sulfur transfer mechanism of reactive adsorption desulfurization(RADS)that occurs on Ni/ZnO catalysts remains ***,a periodic Ni nanorod supported on ZnO slab was built to represent the Ni/ZnO system,and density functional theory calculations were performed to study the sulfur transfer process and the role of H_(2)within the *** results elucidate that the direct solid-state diffusion of S from Ni to interfacial oxygen vacancies(Ov)is more favorable than the hydrogenation of S to sh.H_(2)S on Ni and the subsequent H_(2)S desorption,and accordingly,H_(2)O is produced on Ni rather than on *** initio thermodynamics analysis sh.ws that the hydrogen atmosphere applied in preparing Ni/ZnO catalysts greatly promotes the O_(v)formation on ZnO surface,which accounts for the presence of interfacial O_(v)in fresh.y prepared *** RADS condition,hydrogenation of interfacial O atoms to form O-H groups facilitates the reverse spillover of these lattice O atoms from ZnO to Ni,accompanied with the interfacial O_(v)*** contrast to the classic S transfer mechanism via H_(2)S,the present work clearly demonstrates that the interfacial S transfer is a feasible reaction pathway in the RADS *** importantly,the existence of interfacial O_(v)is an essential prerequisite for this interfacial S diffusion,and H_(2)plays a key role in facilitating the O_(v)formation.

20C,a bibenzyl compound isolated from Gastrodia elata,possesses antioxidative properties in PC12 cells,but its in-depth molecular mechanisms against rotenone-induced neurotoxicity remains *** studies indicate that without intact DJ-1,nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor(Nrf2)protein becomes unstable,and the activity of Nrf2-mediated downstream antioxidant enzymes are thereby ***,increasing the nuclear translocation of Nrf2 by DJ-1 may present a helpful means for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases related to oxidative *** results sh.wed that 20C clearly protected PC12 and sh.SY5Y cells against rotenone-induced oxidative injury in a concentration-dependent ***,20C markedly up-regulated the levels of DJ-1,which in turn activated phosphoinositide-3-kinase(PI3K)/Akt signaling and inhibited glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK3β)activation,eventually promoting Nrf2 nuclear translocation and inducing the expression of Nrf2-mediated downstream antioxidative enzymes such as *** antioxidative effects of 20C could be partially blocked by sh. 皖西南富硒土壤分布及富硒农产品调查

本文以土地质量地球化学调查数据为基础,分析了皖西南富硒土壤的分布、无公害绿色富硒土壤、无公害富硒农产品产地适宜区、绿色富硒农产品产地适宜区及绿色富硒食品等情况。结果表明,富硒土壤面积占总评价面积的4.97%,主要分布在CS、sh...

本文以土地质量地球化学调查数据为基础,分析了皖西南富硒土壤的分布、无公害绿色富硒土壤、无公害富硒农产品产地适宜区、绿色富硒农产品产地适宜区及绿色富硒食品等情况。结果表明,富硒土壤面积占总评价面积的4.97%,主要分布在CS、sh.GZ、TZS和TF等乡镇。无公害绿色富硒土壤面积约占富硒土壤总量的85.57%,富硒土壤达到无公害农产品产地环境标准和绿色食品产地环境标准的面积一致。无公害富硒农产品产地适宜区占评价区总面积的4.25%。绿色富硒食品产地适宜区占评价区总面积的4.24%,其中AA级适宜区占1.80%,A级适宜区占1.78%。富硒土壤主要为自然背景成因,且富硒土壤具有有机质含量较高的特征,推测富硒土壤成因为吸附型富硒。查明了特色农产品绿色富硒水稻、茶叶和栝楼生产区。该结果为研究区天然富硒土地资源开发利用提供参考。

为了解决八里湾泵站主泵房场区潜水和承压水复杂渗流问题,采用地下连续墙围封、排水孔、水平排水管、减压井等多种渗透稳定控制措施,延长渗径,增加上游水头损失,降低下游水位。与此同时,采用三维渗流数学模型法对地基渗流场进行求解,确定了地下连续墙的深度和排水孔、排水管、减压井间距,优化了渗流控制措施方案,成功解决了泵站的设计难题。研究结果可以为平原成层地层地区泵站工程的渗流和渗控设计提供参考。

The first generation solar adaptive optics （AO） system, which consists of a fine tracking loop with a tip-tilt mirror （TTM） and a correlation tracker, and a high-order correction loop with a 37-element deformable mirror （DM）, a correlating sh.ck-Hartmann （sh. wavefront sensor （WFS） based on the ab- solute difference algorithm and a real time controller （RTC）, has been developed and installed at the 1-m New Vacuum Solar Telescope （NVST） that is part of Fuxian Solar Observatory （FSO）. Compared with the 37-element solar AO system developed for the 26-cm Solar Fine Structure Telescope, administered by Yunnan Astronomical Observatories, this AO system has two updates： one is the subaperture arrangement of the WFS changed from square to hexagon; the other is the high speed camera of the WFS and the corre- sponding real time controller. The WFS can be operated at a frame rate of 2100 Hz and the error correction bandwidth can exceed 100 Hz. After AO correction, the averaged residual image motion and the averaged RMS wavefront error are reduced to 0.06＂ and 45 nm, respectively. The results of on-sky testing obser- vations demonstrate better contrast and finer structures of the images taken with AO than those without AO.

Apoptosis pathway of liver cells in chronic hepatitis

AIM: To study the pathway of apoptosis in chronic liver disease and the role of mitochondria in programmed cell ***: Liver biopsy specimens from 72 cases of chronic hepatitis and 29 cases of post hepatitis cirrhosis were studied. The pro-apoptotic protein Fas, FasL, Bax and the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, Bcl-2α were studied immunohistochemically by SP method. Specimens from 15 cases of chronic hepatitis and post hepatitis cirrhosis were examined for their ultramicrostructures with special attention to their mitochondrial changes. Specimens from 3 normal adults (demised in traffic accidents) were used as ***: The expression of proapoptotic proteins (Fas, FasL, Bax) in hepatocytes was significantly higher in the chronic hepatitis group than in the cirrhosis group (P<0.001). In the study of ultramicrostructure 364 hepatocytes were examined, from 12 cases of chronic hepatitis (including 10 mild cases, 1 moderate case and 1 severe case). Out of 364 hepatocytes 40 (11.0%) hepatocytes were found with various kinds of destruction in their mitochondria. Rupture of the outer membrane of mitochondria and the leakage of matrix from the intermembrane space were definitely demonstrated. The ultramicrostructural changes of mitochondria in the chronic hepatitis group were statistically higher than that in normal adults control group(X^2=4.32, P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The result of the study was in support of the current view that the apoptotic process in chronic hepatitis patients were largely along the intrinsic pathway (mitochondrial pathway), given that the intrinsic and extrinsic pathways could interlinked (converged) at some point on their progression, also it is impossible at present to exclude the possibility that the two pathways could be chosen by hepatocytes in parallel simultaneously.
