Groups 2 and 3 we.e.tre.te. with 10 and 20 mL of date. e.tract substituting wate. in the.e.rly morning be.ore.wate.ing and fe. on balance. comme.cial ration. This sche.ule.was pe.forme. daily for 5 days/we.k, for an e.pe.ime.tal pe.iod of 5 we.ks. Re.ults: The.daily oral administration of 10 mL DWe.significantly incre.se. the.pH, the.mass motility and individual progre.sive.motility % compare. to the.control group. Although, the.consumption of 20 mL DWe.significantly (Pncre.se. the.live.spe.m% and de.re.se. the.abnormal spe.m % compare. to the.othe. two tre.tme.ts. The.administration of date.e.tracts (10 and 20 mL) had significantly (Pe.re.se. nitric oxide.and glutathione.re.uce. le.e.s compare. to the.control. On the.othe. hand, it incre.se. significantly the.lipid pe.oxidation, ascorbic acid and te.toste.one.le.e. compare. to the.control. Conclusions:The.aque.us e.tract of date.palm (10-20 mL) could e.hance.the.rabbit bucks fe.tility and its he.lth pe.formance.

3-Bromopyruvate.3BP) is a ne., promising anticance. alkylating age.t with se.e.al notable.functions. In addition to inhibiting ke. glycolysis e.zyme. including he.okinase.II and lactate.de.ydroge.ase.LDH), 3BP also se.e.tive.y inhibits mitochondrial oxidative.phosphorylation, angioge.e.is, and e.e.gy production in cance. ce.ls. More.ve., 3BP induce. hydroge. pe.oxide.ge.e.ation in cance. ce.ls(oxidative.stre.s e.fe.t) and compe.e. with the.LDH substrate. pyruvate.and lactate. The.e.is only one.publishe. human clinical study showing that 3BP was e.fe.tive.in tre.ting fibrolame.lar he.atoce.lular carcinoma. LDH is a good me.sure.for tumor e.aluation and pre.icts the.outcome.of tre.tme.t be.te. than the.pre.e.ce.of a re.idual tumor mass. Background and Objectives: The main benefits of laparoscopic surgery in comparison to open surgery involve the rapid discharge from recovery room, decreased postoperative hospital stays, reduced postoperative discomfort, easier getting back to work and faster return to ordinary daily life as well as cosmetic surgical wounds. The anesthesia type has an essential role in attenuation of the surgical stress and achievement of these advantages. We aimed to determine the outcome of giving general anesthesia in conjunction with thoracic epidural analgesia (TEA) compared to general anesthesia alone on stress response to surgery and anesthesia by investigating cytokine reaction (interleukin 6 and 8 levels), hemodynamic changes (BP, HR, RR, SPO2), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores postoperatively in patients subjected for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: This study included 40 patients aged 20 - 60 years old with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I and II. They were planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Aswan University Hospital from April 2017 to March 2018. They were randomly allocated into two groups. Group A (n. 20) received general anesthesia only and Group B (n. 20) received general anesthesia in conjunction with thoracic epidural analgesia using fentanyl and bupivacaine in the epidural catheter. Chi-square was applied to differentiate categorical variables, whereas comparison between continuous variables was done by using t-test. Two-tailed p ficant. The.ne. sche.lite.form of SmCrO4 oxide.was obtaine. by he.ting the.zircon-type.SmCrO4 oxide.at 4 GPa and 803 K. X-ray diffraction re.e.le. that this sche.lite.SmCrO4 phase.crystallize. with te.ragonal symme.ry, S.G. I41/a and lattice.parame.e.s: a=0.50776(3) nm and c=1.15606(2) nm. This structural phase.transition from zircon to sche.lite.involve. a de.re.sing of around 10% in the.unit ce.l volume. Although the.Cr-O and Sm-O distance. did not change.ve.y much in both zircon and sche.lite.polymorphs, the.change. occurre. in the.bond angle. we.e.re.arkable.that appe.r to support the.propose. re.onstructive.mode. to e.plain this structural zircon-sche.lite.phase.transition.
