Objective:To determine common physico-chemical parameters of coastal ***:Physicochemical properties of water were determined according to the standards of the American Public Health ***,all those parameters were recorded a small variation between *** variation in physico-chemical parameters like salinity,temperature,dissolved oxygen and pH at Gwadar(Coastal water of Balochistan)were ***:The range of air temperature of coastal water of Balochistan during 2004 and 2006 varies from 25℃to 37℃,water temperature ranged from 15.00℃to 33.00℃,pH ranged from 7.08 to 8.95,salinity ranged from 37.4‰to 41.3‰and dissolved oxygen ranged from 5.32 to 8.67 mg/***:Results showed that these parameters of Balochistan coast of Pakistan is not dangerous for marine habitat and the use of these parameters in monitoring programs to assess ecosystem health has the potential to inform the general public and decision-makers about the state of the coastal *** save this vital important habitat,the government agencies and scientists should work with proper attention.

Objective: To investigate the diets of the Lutke’s halfbeak, Hemiramphus lutkei (H. lutkei) to determine the food and feeding habits. Methods:Samples of H. lutkei were collected from the landing sites of Karachi Coast, Pakistan. Total length was measured to the nearest 0.01 cm using digital slide calipers, and total body weight was measured using an electronic balance with 0.01 g accuracy. The dietary composition was determined from gut content examination and analysis was done using frequency of occurrence and numerical methods. To assess the changes in diet with size, H. lutkei were divided into two size groups, Group 1:14-20 cm (n=250) and Group 2:21-25 cm (n=160). Results:The total length and body weight of the sampled specimens ranged from 14 to 25 cm and 10 to 23.5 g, respectively. Out of the studied specimens, 45.12%fish stomachs were found to be empty. Dietary composition revealed daphnia, small fish, isopods, unidentified animal materials, ostracods and unidentified plant materials in the gut contents of Lutke’s halfbeak. Therefore, H. lutkei is omnivore fish feeding on algae, zooplankton, small fishes and different food items of both plant and animal origin. According to the Schoener overlap index (C), there was no significant difference in feeding of the two length groups of H. lutkei (C=0.833). On the other hand, the Shannon-Wiener index showed that the prey diversity of the Lutke's halfbeak in Group 1 was lower (H'=1.545) than that of Group 2 (H'=1.653). Conclusions:This study reports the first description of diets for H. lutkei, which would be useful for the sustainable management of this fishery in the coast of Pakistan and also neighboring countries.

Objective:To describe the diet and feeding ecology ofHemiramphus far (H. far) through investigating the stomach contents. Methods: Sampling of total 430 individuals ofH. far was carried out from commercial catches landed at West Wharf fish harbor of Karachi coast, Pakistan during January–December 2010. The total length and weight of each individual were recorded. Samples were parted into Group 1 (15–20 cm,n = 240) and Group 2 (21–26 cm,n = 190), to estimate changes in diet with fish size. To remove alimentary canal, fishes were dissected and kept into 10% formalin. Then gut contents were examined under a light microscope for each intestine. Stomach fullness as well as dietary composition was ascertained from gut contents. Examination and analyses were conducted using frequency of occurrence and numerical method. Results:The examination confirmed 47.67% stomach as empty. Furthermore, our study revealed that the diet ofH. far consists of fishes, isopods, ostracods,Daphnia, shells, algae, unidentified plants and animal materials. This study proved thatH. far is an omnivorous fish feeding on fishes, isopods, shells, algae and plant and animal originated different food items. According to the Schoener overlap index, there was no significant difference in feeding of the two length groups ofH. far (C = 0.833). In addition, the Shannon-Wiener index presented that in Group 1, the prey diversity of the halfbeak was lower (H = 0.90) than that of Group 2 (H = 1.02). Conclusions: The findings of the present study would be very effective for sustainable management of black-barred halfbeak fishery in the Karachi coast of Pakistan and the surrounding ecosystems.

This paper presents a distributed control protocol for consensus control of multi-agent systems(MASs) under external disturbances and network imperfections, including communication delay and random packet dropout. To comply with the discrete nature of networked systems, in contrast to most of the existing work for MASs under network imperfections,the agents are modeled by discrete-time dynamics. The communication network is considered to be undirected, its delay is considered to be time-varying but bounded, and its packet dropout is modeled by a Bernoulli distributed white *** conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs)for asymptotic mean-square consensus stability are derived under network imperfections without considering external disturbances.A desired disturbance attenuation level in the presence of both external disturbances and network imperfections is also provided.A simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach in coping with network imperfection and disturbances.

In this work, the optical absorption spectra of carbon-nickel films annealed at different temperatures（300-1000 ℃） with a special emphasis on the surface plasmon resonance（SPR） were investigated. The films were grown on quartz substrates by radio-frequency（RF）magnetron co-sputtering at room temperature with a deposition time of 600 s. The optical absorption peaks due to the SPR of Ni particle are observed in the wavelength range of 300-330 nm. With annealing temperature increasing up to 500 ℃ due to the increase in Ni particle size, the intensity of the SPR peaks increases, but weakens with annealing temperature increasing over 500 ℃. The Ni nanoparticle size, the dielectric function of carbon matrix（ε_m） and the plasma frequency of the free electrons（ω_p） at500 ℃have the maximum values of 21.63 nm, 0.471 and5.26 9 10^（15）s^（-1）, respectively. The absorption peak shows a redshift trend up to 500 ℃and then turn to blueshift with annealing temperature increasing over 500 ℃ These observations are in a good agreement with the electrical measurements in temperature range of 15-520 K and the Maxwell-Garnett（M-G） effective medium theory（EMT）.

In this work, the electrical properties of car- bon-nickel composite films deposited at different time （50-600 s） were investigated. The films were grown by radio frequency magnetron sputtering on glass substrates at room temperature. The electrical conductivity of the films was investigated in the temperature range of 15-500 K. The conductivity data in the temperature range of 400-500 K show the extended state conduction mecha- nism, while the multiphonon hopping （MPH） conduction is found to dominate the electrical transport in the tempera- ture range of 150-300 K. The films deposited at 180 s have the maximum conductivity. The conductivity at T 〈 60 K could be described in terms of variable range hopping （VRH） conduction. The localized state density around Fermi level （N（EF）） at low temperature for the films deposited at 180 s has the minimum value of about 4.02 × 10^21 cm^-***^-1. The average hopping distance （Rhop） for the films deposited at 180 s has the maximum value of about 3.51 × 10^-7 cm.

Silica has three major varieties of crystalline. Quartz is the main andabundant ingredient in the crust of our earth. While other varieties are formedby the heating of quartz. Silica quartz is a rich chemical structure containingenormous properties. Any chemical network or structure can be transformedinto a graph, where atoms become vertices and the bonds are converted toedges, between vertices. This makes a complex network easy to visualize towork on it. There are many concepts to work on chemical structures in termsof graph theory but the resolvability parameters of a graph are quite advanceand applicable topic. Resolvability parameters of a graph is a way to getting agraph into unique form, like each vertex or edge has a unique identification bymeans of some selected vertices, which depends on the distance of vertices andits pattern in a particular graph. We have dealt some resolvability parametersof SiO2 quartz. We computed the resolving set for quartz structure and itsvariants, wherein we proved that all the variants of resolvability parameters ofquartz structures are constant and do not depend on the order of the graph.

Urban terrorism is a significant global concern,prompting extensive scholarly inquiry into its underlying causes and ***,a comprehensive literature review summarizing this body of knowledge is notably ***,this study seeks to address this gap by conducting a thorough examination of existing literature on terrorism,particularly focusing on urban contexts,to identify key patterns and recurring *** study identified 515 research articles using the keywords"urban"and"terrorism"through the Web of Science and Scopus databases.A bibliometric review was conducted,which included a historical background,author keywords,country and institution,citation,and co-citation *** findings revealed an increase in the number of studies on urban terrorism following the 9/11 attacks in the United States,which accounted for the highest number of publications in the *** studies were conducted in government law,international relations,and urban *** analysis revealed that counterterrorism,security,and disasters were more closely linked to *** analysis identified six main themes related to urban spaces and terrorism:tourism,governance,resilience,public health,economy,security,and *** study emphasizes the importance of involving the public in counterterrorism efforts in addition to traditional approaches to addressing urban terrorism.

Social Internet of Vehicles(SIoV)falls under the umbrella of social Internet of Things(IoT),where vehicles are socially connected to other vehicles and roadside units that can reliably share information and services with other social entities by leveraging the capabilities of 5G technology,which brings new opportunities and challenges,e.g.,collaborative power trading can address the mileage anxiety of electric ***,it relies on a trusted central party for scheduling,which introduces performance bottlenecks and cannot be set up in a distributed network,in addition,the lack of transparency in state-of-the-art Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V)power trading schemes can introduce further trust *** this paper,we propose a blockchain-based trustworthy collaborative power trading scheme for 5G-enabled social vehicular networks that uses a distributed market mechanism to introduce trusted power trading and avoids the dependence on a centralized dispatch *** on the game theory,we design the pricing and trading matching mechanism for V2V power trading to obtain maximum social *** use blockchain to record power trading data for trusted pricing and use smart contracts for transaction *** simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in improving social welfare and reducing the load on the grid.
