Continuous efforts are underway to reduce carbon emissions worldwide in response to global climate *** electrolysis technology,in conjunction with renewable energy,is considered the most feasible hydrogen production technology based on the viable possibility of large-scale hydrogen production and the zero-carbon-emission nature of the ***,for hydrogen produced via water electrolysis systems to be utilized in various fields in practice,the unit cost of hydrogen production must be reduced to$1/kg H_(2).To achieve this unit cost,technical targets for water electrolysis have been suggested regarding components in the *** this paper,the types of water electrolysis systems and the limitations of water electrolysis system components are *** suggest guideline with recent trend for achieving this technical target and insights for the potential utilization of water electrolysis technology.

Electrochemical water splitting is one of the most reliable approaches for environmental-friendly hydrogen *** of their stability and abundance,Mn-based materials have been studied as electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),which is a more sluggish reaction in the water splitting *** increase the OER activity of Mn,it is imperative to facilitate the structural change of Mn oxide to the active phase with Mn_(3)+species,known as the active ***,we present the relationship between the electronic conductivity in the catalyst layer and the formation of the Mn active phase,δ-MnO_(2),from wrinkled Mn(OH)_(2).Mn(OH)_(2) has poor conductivity,and it disrupts the oxidation reaction toward MnOOH orδ-MnO_(2).Adjacent conductive carbon to Mn(OH)_(2) enabled Mn(OH)_(2) to be oxidized toδ-MnO_(2).Furthermore,after repetitive cyclic voltammetry activation,the more conductive environment resulted in a higher density ofδ-MnO_(2) through the irreversible phase transition,and thus it contributes to the improvement of the OER activity.

In this mini-review,we summarize recent findings relating to the prion-like propagation ofα-synuclein(α-syn)and the development of novel therapeutic strategies to target synucleinopathy in Parkinson’s disease(Pd).We link the Braak’s staging hypothesis of Pd with the recent evidence from in-vivo and in-vitro studies for the prion-like cell-to-cell propagation ofα-syn(via exocytosis and endocytosis).The classical accumulation of aggregatedα-syn in Pd may result from an increased production or a failure in the mechanisms of clearance ofα-*** discuss novel agents,currently in clinical trial for Pd including the ones that impact the aggregation ofα-syn and others that interfere withα-syn endocytosis as a means to target the progression of the disease.

An invariant can be described as an essential relationship between program *** invariants are very useful in software checking and *** tools that are used to detect invariants are invariant *** are two types of invariant detectors:dynamic invariant detectors and static invariant *** software is an available computer program that implements a special case of a dynamic invariant detection *** proposes a dynamic invariant detection algorithm based on several runs of the tested program;then,it gathers the values of its variables,and finally,it detects relationships between the variables based on a simple statistical *** method has some *** of its biggest drawbacks is its overwhelming time *** is observed that the runtime for the daikon invariant detection tool is dependent on the ordering of traces in the trace file.A mechanism is proposed in order to reduce differences in adjacent trace *** is done by applying some special techniques of mutation/crossover in genetic algorithm(GA).An experiment is run to assess the benefits of this *** findings reveal that the runtime of the proposed dynamic invariant detection algorithm is superior to the main approach with respect to these improvements.

These days,imbalanced datasets,denoted throughout the paper by Id,(a dataset that contains some(usually two)classes where one contains considerably smaller number of samples than the other(s))emerge in many real world problems(like health care systems or disease diagnosis systems,anomaly detection,fraud detection,stream based malware detection systems,and so on)and these datasets cause some problems(like under-training of minority class(es)and over-training of majority class(es),bias towards majority class(es),and so on)in classification process and ***,these datasets take the focus of many researchers in any science and there are several solutions for dealing with this *** main aim of this study for dealing with Ids is to resample the borderline samples discovered by Support Vector data description(SVdd).There are naturally two kinds of resampling:Under-sampling(U-S)and oversampling(O-S).The O-S may cause the occurrence of over-fitting(the occurrence of over-fitting is its main drawback).The U-S can cause the occurrence of significant information loss(the occurrence of significant information loss is its main drawback).In this study,to avoid the drawbacks of the sampling techniques,we focus on the samples that may be *** data points that can be misclassified are considered to be the borderline data points which are on border(s)between the majority class(es)and minority class(es).First by SVdd,we find the borderline examples;then,the data resampling is applied over *** the next step,the base classifier is trained on the newly created ***,we compare the result of our method in terms of Area Under Curve(AUC)and F-measure and G-mean with the other state-of-the-art *** show that our method has betterresults than the other state-of-the-art methods on our experimental study.

In order to improve performance and robustness of clustering,it is proposed to generate and aggregate a number of primary clusters via clustering ensemble *** clustering ensemble approaches attempt to improve the performance of fuzzy clustering ***,in these approaches,cluster(or clustering)reliability has not paid much attention *** cluster(or clustering)reliability makes these approaches weak in dealing with low-quality base clustering *** this paper,we have utilized cluster unreliability estimation and local weighting strategy to propose a new fuzzy clustering ensemble method which has introduced Reliability Based weighted co-association matrix Fuzzy C-Means(RBFCM),Reliability Based Graph Partitioning(RBGP)and Reliability Based Hyper Clustering(RBHC)as three new fuzzy clustering consensus *** fuzzy clustering ensemble approach works based on fuzzy cluster unreliability *** unreliability is estimated according to an entropic criterion using the cluster labels in the entire *** do so,the new metric is dened to estimate the fuzzy cluster unreliability;then,the reliability value of any cluster is determined using a Reliability driven Cluster Indicator(RdCI).The time complexities of RBHC and RBGP are linearly proportional with thnumber of data *** and robustness of the proposed method are experimentally evaluated for some benchmark *** experimental results demonstrate efciency and suitability of the proposed method.

Taking into account the increasing volume of text documents,automatic summarization is one of the important tools for quick and optimal utilization of such *** summarization is a text compression process for producing a shorter document in order to quickly access the important goals and main features of the input *** this study,a novel method is introduced for selective text summarization using the genetic algorithm and generation of repetitive *** of the important features of the proposed summarization is to identify and extract the relationship between the main features of the input text and the creation of repetitive patterns in order to produce and optimize the vector of the main document features in the production of the summary document compared to other previous *** this study,attempts were made to encompass all the main parameters of the summary text including unambiguous summary with the highest precision,continuity and *** investigate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,the results of the study were evaluated with respect to the precision and recall *** results of the study evaluation showed the optimization the dimensions of the features and generation of a sequence of summary document sentences having the most consistency with the main goals and features of the input document.

Ammonia (NH_(3)) plays a key role in the agricultural fertilizer and commodity chemical industries and is useful for exploring hydrogen storage *** electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) is receiving attention as an environmentally sustainable NH_(3) synthesis replacement for the traditional Haber–Bosch process owing to its near ambient reaction conditions (d 1 atm).However,its NH_(3) yield and faradaic efficiency are extremely low because of the sluggish kinetics of N≡N bond dissociation and the hindrance from competitive hydrogen *** overcome these challenges,we herein introduce a dual-functionalized ionic liquid (1-(4-hydroxybutyl)-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide[HOBIM]OH) for a highly dispersed ruthenium oxide electrocatalyst to achieve a biased *** observed uniform distribution of RuO_(2) on the carbon fiber and increase in the surface area for N_(2) adsorption by limiting proton access can be attributed to the presence of imidazolium ***,extensive N_(2) adsorption contributes to enhanced NRR selectivity with an NH_(3) yield of 3.0×10^(-10)mol cm^(-2)s^(-1)(91.8μg h^(-1)mg^(-1)) and a faradaic efficiency of 2.2%at-0.20 V_(RHE).We expect our observations to provide new insights into the design of effective electrode structures for electrochemical NH;synthesis.

Background:Neuroinflammation and accumulation ofβ-amyloid(Aβ)play a significant role in the onset and progression of Alzheimer’s disease(Ad).Our previous study demonstrated that signal transducer and activator of transcription-3(STAT3)plays a major role in neuroinflammation and ***:In the present study,we investigated the inhibitory effect of bee venom phospholipase A2(bvPLA2)on memory deficiency in Tg2576 mice,which demonstrate genetic characteristics of Ad and the mechanism of its action at the cellular and animal *** in vivo study,we examined the effect of bvPLA2 on improving memory by conducting several behavioral tests with the administration of bvPLA2(1 mg/kg)to Tg2576 *** in vitro study,we examined the effect of bvPLA2 on amyloidogenesis and neuroinflammation by treating bvPLA2 on LPSactivated BV2 ***:We found that bvPLA2 alleviated memory impairment in Tg2576 mice,as demonstrated in the behavioral tests assessing *** the bvPLA2-treated group,Aβ,amyloid precursor protein(APP),and β-secretase 1(BACE1)levels and β-secretase activity were significantly *** of pro-inflammatory cytokines and inflammation-related proteins decreased in the brain of bvPLA2-treated group,whereas anti-inflammatory cytokines *** addition,bvPLA2 reduced STAT3 phosphorylation in the brains of the bvPLA2-treated *** the cellular level,bvPLA2 inhibits production of nitric oxide,pro-inflammatory cytokines,and inflammation-related proteins including ***,bvPLA2 inhibits the production of Aβin cultured BV-2 *** from the docking experiment,pull-down assay,and the luciferase assay show that bvPLA2 directly binds STAT3 and,thus,regulates gene expression ***,when the STAT3 inhibitor and bvPLA2 were administered together,the anti-amyloidogenic and anti-inflammatory effects were further enhanced than when they were administered ***:These results suggest that bvPLA2 could r
