Thixoforging of steels is a potential forming technology,which aims at producing near-net-shaped components with good quality from high strength steels in one forging *** thixoforging process parameters such as billet temperature,temperature distribution after reheating,argon gas pressure,transportation time and forging load were investigated on the thixoforging of non axis-symmetric parts of steel grade *** experimental and numerical study of the material flow and tool temperature load reveal the areas of intensive tool wear,thus being useful for further tool *** hot working steel X38CrmoV5-1 as a tool bulk material with protecting thin films of TialN/γ-al2O3 shows good experimental results at 170 forging cycles.

Chemical bonding as well as structural,electronic and optical properties of CsPbF3 are calculated using the highly accurate full potential linearized augmented plane-wave method within the framework of density functional theory(DFT).The calculated lattice constant is found to be in good agreement with the experimental *** electron density plots reveal strong ionic bonding in Cs-F and strong covalent bonding in *** calculations show that the material is a direct and wide bandgap semiconductor with a fundamental gap at the R-symmetry *** properties such as the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function,refractive index,extinction coefficient,reflectivity,optical conductivity and absorption coefficient are also *** on the calculated wide and direct bandgap,as well as other optical properties of the compound,it is predicted that CsPbF_(3) is suitable for optoelectronic devices and anti-reflecting coatings.

Hypothyroidism is a common disorder, potentially severe, often clinically ignored, easily diagnosed by laboratory tests, and highly treatable. It may cause chronic illnesses if left untreated. Saudi Society of Endocrinology and metabolism (SSEm) assembled a panel of twelve endocrinologists with experience in thyroid diseases in adults and children and made up a task force. An initial concept proposal that included types of hypothyroidism, population, scope, and prevalence in Saudi Arabia was obtained. The proposal was divided into several topics discussed in February 2022. The panel approved that the consensus will include all types of hypothyroidism in Saudi Arabia, screening, diagnosis, management, and special population. A literature review was carried out. most of the latest international guidelines were screened in Europe and USA. The literature search was completed in march 2022. They drafted a report that was distributed to the entire panel. Approval of the recommendations required consensus, defined as a majority approval. The recommendations were revised to accommodate any differences of opinion until a consensus was reached. Recommendations were finally formulated on April 2022. Subsequently, the panel reviewed and discussed the supporting rationale of the revised recommendations. This article presents these practical recommendations.

In this paper,a recurrent neural network(RNN)is used to estimate uncertainties and implement feedback control for nonlinear dynamic *** neural network approximates the uncertainties related to unmodeled dynamics,parametric variations,and external *** RNN has a single hidden layer and uses the tracking error and the output as feedback to estimate the *** RNN weights are online adapted,and the adaptation laws are developed from the stability analysis of the controlled system with the RNN *** used activation function,at the hidden layer,has an expression that simplifies the adaptation laws from the stability *** is found that the adaptive RNN enhances the tracking performance of the feedback controller at the transient and steady state *** proposed RNN based feedback control is applied to a DC–DC converter for current *** and experimental results are provided to show its *** to the feedforward neural network and the conventional feedback control,the RNN based feedback control provides good tracking performance.

An inverted pendulum is a sensitive system of highly coupled parameters, in laboratories, it is popular for modelling nonlinear systems such as mechanisms and control systems, and also for optimizing programmes before those programmes are applied in real situations. This study aims to find the optimum input setting for a double inverted pendulum（DIP）, which requires an appropriate input to be able to stand and to achieve robust stability even when the system model is unknown. Such a DIP input could be widely applied in engineering fields for optimizing unknown systems with a limited budget. Previous studies have used various mathematical approaches to optimize settings for DIP, then have designed control algorithms or physical mathematical *** study did not adopt a mathematical approach for the DIP controller because our DIP has five input parameters within its nondeterministic system model. This paper proposes a novel algorithm, named Uni Neuro, that integrates neural networks（NNs） and a uniform design（UD） in a model formed by input and response to the experimental data（metamodel）. We employed a hybrid UD multiobjective genetic algorithm（HUDmOgA） for obtaining the optimized setting input parameters. The UD was also embedded in the HUDmOgA for enriching the solution set, whereas each chromosome used for crossover, mutation, and generation of the UD was determined through a selection procedure and derived individually. Subsequently, we combined the Euclidean distance and Pareto front to improve the performance of the algorithm. Finally, DIP equipment was used to confirm the settings. The proposed algorithm can produce 9 alternative configured input parameter values to swing-up then standing in robust stability of the DIP from only 25 training data items and 20 optimized simulation results. g>Objective:g> Pre-, pro- and postbiotics are becoming more prevalent as ingredients in cosmetic and personal care products. A novel triple biotic technology has been developed and investigated for its impact on skin flora and skin barrier properties. g>methods:g> growth inhibition/promotion assay was performed to determine the effect on skin bacteria growth, using m>Escherichia coli, Corynebacterium striatum, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidism>. A skin penetration assay and skin barrier biomarker measurements were performed using an m>ex vivom> human skin explant model. The triple-biotic complex of inulin, 2-butyloctanol, and a biomimic blend of postbiotics was tested individually as well as part of cosmetic formulations. g>Results:g> The triple-biotic technology, either as individual components or in a cosmetic formulation, inhibited the growth of undesirable bacteria, in most cases. On the other hand, the growth of desirable bacteria was either promoted or maintained. The cosmetic formulations with the triple-biotic technology demonstrated an enhanced skin barrier and an increase in skin barrier biomarkers. g>Conclusion:g> A novel triple-biotic technology has been developed and shown to deliver a strong prebiotic effect with demonstrable benefits on bacterial growth, skin barrier properties, and the production of skin barrier biomarkers. This study indicates that triple-biotic technology can be used as a desirable prebiotic ingredient in personal care products to provide skin health benefits.
