[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the structure and function of MsrA protein.[Methods]With Vibrio alginolyticus HY9901 as the object of study,primers were designed to amplify the full-length gene of msrA,and its bioinformatics analysis was carried out.[Results]The full length of msrA gene was 639 bp,encoding 212 amino acids,and its theoretical molecular weight was about 23729.60 *** protein had a stable structure,and it was hydrophobic *** structure of signal peptides at the N terminal of the amino acid sequence was predicted,and it was found that there was no signal peptide cleavage site and no transmembrane *** amino acid sequence of MsrA contained multiple signal binding *** subcellular localization showed that MsrA protein was most likely located in the *** analysis showed that MsrA of *** had high homology with other Vibrio species,and the highest homology with *** the prediction of functional domains,MsrA had the function of methionine sulfoxide *** secondary structure prediction,MsrA contained random coils at a proportion of 46.70%,which was the *** similarity between the tertiary structure model of MsrA and template Q87SW6.1.A was 89.15%.PTM analysis showed that MsrA protein had many PTM modification sites such as phosphorylation and glycosylation sites.[Conclusions]This study provides some reference value for further study on the role of MsrA in bacterial antioxidant stress.

Objective:To investigate the serum lipid profiles of patients with localized osteosarcoma around the knee joint before and after neoadjuvant ***:After retrospectively screening the data of 742 patients between January 2007 and July 2020,50 patients aged 13 to 39 years with Enneking stage Ⅱ disease were included in the *** lipid levels,including total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lipoprotein-α[Lp(a)],and apolipoprotein Al,B,and E(ApoA1,ApoB,and ApoE),and clinicopathological characteristics were collected before and after neoadjuvant ***:The mean levels of TC,TG,and ApoB were significantly increased following neoadjuvant chemotherapy(16％,38％,and 20％,respectively,*** values;P＜0.01).The mean levels of LDL-C and ApoE were also 19％and 16％higher,respectively(P＜0.05).No correlation was found between the pretreatment lipid profile and the histologic response to *** increase in Lp(a)was strongly correlated with the Ki-67 index(R=0.31,P=0.023).Moreover,a trend toward longer disease-free survival(DFS)was observed in patients with decreased TG and increased LDL-C following chemotherapy,although this difference was not statistically significant(P=0.23 and P=0.24,respectively).Conclusion:Significant elevations in serum lipids were observed after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with localized *** was no prognostic significance of pretreatment serum lipid levels on histologic response to neoadjuvant *** scale of increase in serum Lp(a)might have a potential prognostic role in *** with increased LDL-C or reduced TG after chemotherapy seem to exhibit a trend toward favorable DFS.

Background: Patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) undergoing long-term levodopa therapy are prone to develop levodopa-induced dyskinesia(LID). Amantadine is the main drug recommended for the treatment of LID by current guidelines, but it is far from meeting clinical needs. Tianqi Pingchan Granule(TPG), a compound Chinese herbal medicine, has been developed to relieve symptom of ***: This randomized controlled trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of the combination of TPG and amantadine for ***, setting, participants and interventions: This is a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial,conducted from January 2020 to August 2021 at 6 sites in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, China. One hundred PD patients with ≥ 0.5 h of LID were randomly assigned to either the TPG plus amantadine group(TPG group) or the placebo plus amantadine group(placebo group), and treated for a period of12 weeks. To ensure unbiased results, all study participants, investigators and sponsors were unaware of group allocations. Additionally, the data analysts remained blinded until the analysis was *** outcome measures: The primary outcome was assessed using the Unified Dyskinesia Rating Scale(UDysRS)(Range 0–104). The key secondary end point was improvement of motor and non-motor symptoms. Safety analyses included all enrolled ***: One hundred patients were enrolled and randomized into the two treatment groups. The changes in UDysRS at week 12 were –11.02 for the TPG group and –4.19 for the placebo group(treatment difference –6.83 [–10.53 to –3.12]; P = 0.0004). Adverse events were reported for 2 of 50 patients(4.0%) in each of the ***: This study indicated that a 12-week treatment of amantadine plus TPG effectively reduced UDysRS scores and was well tolerated, demonstrating the efficacy and safety of TPG for the treatment of LID in PD.

Robust autofocusing propagation in turbulence

Turbulence in complex environments such as the atmosphere and biological media has always been a great challenge to the application of beam propagation in optical communication, optical trapping and manipulation. To overcome this challenge, this study comprehensively investigates the robust propagation of traditional Gaussian and autofocusing beams in turbulent environments. In order to select stable beams that exhibit high intensity and high field gradient at the focal position in complex environments, Kolmogorov turbulence theory is used to simulate the propagation of beams in atmospheric turbulence based on the multi-phase screen method. We systematically analyze the intensity fluctuations, the variation of the coherence factor and the change in the scintillation index with propagation distance. The analysis reveals that the intensity fluctuations of autofocusing beams are significantly smaller than those of Gaussian beams, and the coherence of autofocusing beams is better than that of Gaussian beams under turbulence. Moreover, autofocusing beams exhibit less oscillation than Gaussian beams, indicating that autofocusing beams propagate in complex environments with less distortion and intensity fluctuation. Overall, this work clearly demonstrates that autofocusing beams exhibit higher stability in propagation compared with Gaussian beams, showing great promise for applications such as optical trapping and manipulation in complex environments.

提高全要素生产率是实现经济高质量发展的动力源泉。本文通过构建两国古诺双头垄断模型,比较了企业无并购、境内并购和跨境并购时的全要素生产率差异,并以2008—2020年中国上市公司的1229起境内并购和111起跨境并购事件为研究对象,采用倾向得分匹配和多时点双重差分法实证检验并购行为对企业全要素生产率的影响与作用机制。研究发现:(1)境内并购和跨境并购均显著提升了企业的全要素生产率,且跨境并购的提升作用更为明显。当企业为非国有企业、高新技术企业、受融资约束程度低的企业,且两国政治关系良好、东道国制度质量高时,上述现象表现尤为显著。(2)进一步研究发现,跨境并购通过创新协同效应、管理协同效应对企业全要素生产率的提升作用强于境内并购。不同的是,境内并购的市场垄断效应对全要素生产率起到负面作用,而跨境并购的市场垄断效应并不显著。三种效应叠加最终使得境内并购的全要素生产率提升效应明显弱于跨境并购。在贸易纷争不断的背景下,鼓励我国企业“走出去”整合外部资源,同时积极营造公平竞争的市场环境助力企业整合内部资源,这对实现全要素生产率提升、经济高质量增长具有重要意义。

Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1 protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1 bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1 beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1,10,and 1 copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results for<10 CFU/mL pathogens in the blood within 4 h,with higher sensitivity than qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.839,0.815,and 0.856,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion An M-RAP assay for SA,PA,and AB in blood samples utilizing M1 bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.
