Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide,and a series of strategies has been reported for tumor-specific ***,chemodynamic therapy(CDT)has become a research hotspot for antitumor treatment due to its advantages of high specificity,endogenous stimulation,and high ***,the therapeutic effects of CDT are normally limited in the complex tumor microenvironment(TME),such as insufficient acidity,tumor hypoxia,low hydrogen peroxide(h2O2),and high glutathione(GSh).Consequently,different kinds of multifunctional nanomaterials have been designed to manipulate TME conditions,which provided more opportunities to improve the efficiency of *** review focuses on nanomaterial-based strategies for enhancing CDT through manipulating *** CDT enhancements,this review would provide a reference for the future development of efficient CDT nanomaterials.

Recently,a novel 2-electron oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)based electro-oxidation(EO)system was developed,which utilizes a h_(2)O_(2)generation cathode instead of h_(2)evolution cathode.A ti-based Ni-Sb co-doped SnO_(2)(ti/naTO)anode was selected for efficient degradation of refractory organics and O_(3)*** synergistic reaction of O3/h_(2)O_(2)further accelerated the generation of hydroxyl radicals(·Oh)in the ORR-EO ***,the catalytic activity and long-term effectiveness of the ti/naTO anode limited the large-scale application of the ORR-EO *** this study,a blue tiO_(2)nanotube array(blue-tiO_(2)-NTA)inter-layer was introduced into the fabrication process between the ti substrate and naTO catalyst *** to the ti/naTO anode,the ti/blue-tiO_(2)-NTA/naTO anode achieved higher efficiency of organic removal and O_(3)***,the accelerated lifetime of the ti/blue-tiO_(2)-NTA/naTO anode was increased by 7 times compared to the ti/naTO *** combined with CNTs-C/PTFE air cathode in ORR-EO system,all anodic oxidation and O_(3)/h_(2)O_(2)processes achieved higher•Oh *** 92%of TOC in leachate bio-effluent was effectively eliminated with a relatively low energy cost of 45 kWh/t.

high-voltage and fast-charging LiCoO_(2)(LCO)is key to high-energy/power-density Li-ion ***,unstable surface structure and unfavorable electronic/ionic conductivity severely hinder its high-voltage fast-charging ***,we construct a Li/na-B-Mg-Si-O-F-rich mixed ion/electron interface network on the 4.65 V LCO electrode to enhance its rate capability and long-term cycling ***,the resulting artificial hybrid conductive network enhances the reversible conversion of Co^(3+)/^(4+)/O_(2)/nredox by the interfacial ion–electron cooperation and suppresses interface side reactions,inducing an ultrathin yet compact cathode electrolyte ***,the derived near-surface na+/Mg2+/Si^(4+)-pillared local intercalation structure greatly promotes the Li^(+)diffusion around the 4.55 V phase transition and stabilizes the cathode ***,excellent 3 C(1 C=274 mA g1)fast charging performance is demonstrated with 73.8%capacity retention over 1000 *** findings shed new insights to the fundamental mechanism of interfacial ion/electron synergy in stabilizing and enhancing fast-charging cathode materials.

Metal-organic framework(MoF)with a buildable internal structure has aroused great interest focus as self-sacrificing precursors of porous carbon(PC).however,as a drug carrier,the MOF-derived PC developed thus far are generally composed of irregular powder shape due to their crystalline nature,which consequently causing the cerebral infarction,cerebral thrombosis,and other blood *** this article,we propose a novel approach to constructing amorphous carbon microspheres(AcMs)by dis-torting the topological network through hydrothermal treatment precursors of MiL-101(Fe).Then,a distinctive MiL-101(Fe)-derived spherical porous carbons(MSPC)is achieved through high temperature calcination toward *** of the glucose initial concentration and hydrothermal treatment time on the sphericity of the as-prepared mesoporous MsPC were investigated in *** the loading capacities and sustained-release performances of nitroimidazole drugs over MsPC through simulation internal environment of human body at different ph values was systematically *** nitro-imidazole drugs loading rate and release time of MsPC are 10% and 17 h under preferred ***,the MSPC exhibited very low toxicity on hela cells and 293T cells at the concentrations tested(10-800μg mL^(-1)).This study,therefore,supports the potential of the mesoporous carbon spheres as a carrierfor nitroimidazole drug delivery.

One-step harvest of high-purity methane(Ch_(4))from ternary propane/ethane/methane(C_(3)h_(8)/C_(2)h_(6)/Ch_(4))mixtures remains a desirable yet challenging goal for natural gas ***,adsorbents either suffer from high capacity and selectivity,or are caught in a dilemma of scalable ***,we demonstrate a scalable pillar layered metal-organic framework Ni-MOF for highly efficient one-step Ch_(4)***-MOF exhibits high C_(2)h_(6)and C_(3)h_(8)uptakes of 83.3 and 86.1 cm^(3)/g at 298 K and 100 kPa and remarkable C_(2)h_(6)/Ch_(4)(50/50,volume ratio,21.5)and C_(3)h_(8)/Ch_(4)(50/50,volume ratio,212.0)***,high C_(2)h_(6)(42.2 cm^(3)/g at 10 kPa)and C_(3)h_(8)(64.7 cm^(3)/g at 5 kPa)capacities in the low-pressure region at 298 K were realized on Ni-MOF,suggesting the strong affinities of Ni-MOF towards C_(2)h_(6)and C_(3)h_(8).Furthermore,the dynamic breakthrough experiments revealed that purifying Ch_(4)from natural gas in one-step can be achieved in Ni-MOF with high-purity(>99.8%)and productivity(346.0 cm^(3)/g).Most significantly,the production of Ni-MOF can be scalably synthesized at room temperature,rendering it promising potential for industrial *** combined advantages of exceptional separation performance,scalability,and cycle stability of Ni-MOF pave the way for one-step Ch_(4)purification from natural gas.
