The supercritical CO_(2) Brayton cycle is considered a promising energy conversion system for Generation IV reactors for its simple layout,compact structure,and high cycle *** models of four Brayton cycle layouts are developed in this study for different reactors to reduce the cost and increase the thermohydraulic performance of nuclear power generation to promote the commercialization of nuclear *** analysis,multi-objective optimizations,and four decision-making methods are applied to obtain each Brayton scheme’s optimal thermohydraulic and economic *** show that for the same design thermal power scale of reactors,the higher the core’s exit temperature,the better the Brayton cycle’s thermo-economic *** the four-cycle layouts,the recompression cycle(RC)has the best overall performance,followed by the simple recuperation cycle(SR)and the intercooling cycle(IC),and the worst is the reheating cycle(RH).However,RH has the lowest total cost of investment(C_(tot))of$1619.85 million,and IC has the lowest levelized cost of energy(LCOE)of 0.012$/(kWh).The nuclear Brayton cycle system’s overall performance has been improved due to *** performance of the molten salt reactor combined with the intercooling cycle(MSR-IC)scheme has the greatest improvement,with the net output power(W_(net)),thermal efficiencyη_(t),and exergy efficiency(η_(e))improved by 8.58%,8.58%,and 11.21%,*** performance of the lead-cooled fast reactor combined with the simple recuperation cycle scheme was optimized to increase C_(tot) by 27.78%.In comparison,the internal rate of return(IRR)increased by only 7.8%,which is not friendly to investors with limited *** the nuclear Brayton cycle,the molten salt reactor combined with the recompression cycle scheme should receive priority,and the gas-cooled fast reactor combined with the reheating cycle scheme should be considered carefully.

Pain is a common experience for inpatients,and intensive care unit(ICU)patients undergo more pain than other departmental patients,with an incidence of 50%at rest and up to 80%during common care *** present,the management of persistent pain in ICU patients has attracted considerable attention,and there are many related clinical studies and ***,the management of transient pain caused by certain ICU procedures has not received sufficient *** reviewed the different management strategies for procedural pain in the ICU and reached a *** management is a process of continuous quality improvement that requires multidisciplinary team cooperation,painrelated training of all relevant personnel,effective relief of all kinds of pain,and improvement of patients'quality of *** clinical work,which involves complex and diverse patients,we should pay attention to the following points for procedural pain:(1)Consider not only the patient's persistent pain but also his or her procedural pain;(2)Conduct multimodal pain management;(3)Provide combined sedation on the basis of pain management;and(4)Perform individualized pain *** now,the pain management of procedural pain in the ICU has not attracted extensive ***,we expect additional studies to solve the existing problems of procedural pain management in the ICU.

With the successful application and breakthrough of deep learning technology in image segmentation,there has been continuous development in the field of seismic facies interpretation using convolutional neural networks. These intelligent and automated methods significantly reduce manual labor, particularly in the laborious task of manually labeling seismic facies. However, the extensive demand for training data imposes limitations on their wider application. To overcome this challenge, we adopt the UNet architecture as the foundational network structure for seismic facies classification, which has demonstrated effective segmentation results even with small-sample training data. Additionally, we integrate spatial pyramid pooling and dilated convolution modules into the network architecture to enhance the perception of spatial information across a broader range. The seismic facies classification test on the public data from the F3 block verifies the superior performance of our proposed improved network structure in delineating seismic facies boundaries. Comparative analysis against the traditional UNet model reveals that our method achieves more accurate predictive classification results, as evidenced by various evaluation metrics for image segmentation. Obviously, the classification accuracy reaches an impressive 96%. Furthermore, the results of seismic facies classification in the seismic slice dimension provide further confirmation of the superior performance of our proposed method, which accurately defines the range of different seismic facies. This approach holds significant potential for analyzing geological patterns and extracting valuable depositional information.

Guaico Culex virus(GCXV)is a newly identified segmented Jingmenvirus from Culex *** in Central and South *** genome of GCXV is composed of four or five single-stranded positive Rna ***,the infection kinetics and transmission capability of GCXV in mosquitoes remain *** this study,we used reverse genetics to rescue two GCXVs(4S and 5S)that contained four and five Rna segments,respectively,in C6/36 *** in vitro characterization revealed that the two GCXVs exhibited comparable replication kinetics,protein expression and viral ***,GCXV Rnas were detected in the bodies,salivary glands,midguts and ovaries of Culex quinquefasciatus at 4–10 days after oral *** addition,two GCXVs can colonize *** eggs,resulting in positive rates of 15%–35%for the second gonotrophic *** conclusion,our results demonstrated that GCXVs with four or five Rna segments can be detected in *** eggs during the first and second gonotrophic cycles after oral infection.
