Solar-driven interfacial evaporation is one of the most attractive approaches to addressing the global freshwater ***,achieving an integrated high evaporation rate,salt harvesting,and multifunctionality in evaporator is still a crucial ***,a novel composite membrane with biomimetic micronanostructured superhydrophobic surface is designed via ultrafast laser etching ***,the double-transition-metal(V_(1/2)Mo_(1/2))_(2)CT_(x)MXene nanomaterials as a photothermal layer,exhibiting the enhanced photothermal conversion performance due to elevated joint densities of states,which enables high populations of photoexcited carrier relaxation and heat release,provides a new insight into the photothermal conversion mechanism for multiple principal element ***,the(V_(1/2)Mo_(1/2))_(2)CT_(x)MXene-200 composite membrane can achieve a high evaporation rate of 2.23 kg m^(−2)h^(−1)under one sun,owing to the enhanced“light trap”effect,photothermal conversion,and high-throughput water ***,the membrane can induce the directed precipitation of salt at the membrane edge,thus enabling salt harvesting for recycling and zero-emission of brine ***,the composite membrane is endowed with excellent multifunctionality of anti-/de-icing,anti-fouling,and antibacterial,overcoming the disadvantage that versatility is difficult to be ***,the evaporator and the promising strategy hold great potential for the practical application of solar evaporation.

An online subsection cooling method for hot rolling silicon steel was designed to achieve local adjustment of transverse roll ***,it was able to meet the requirements of edge drop of the strip by using the features of online thermal ***,after the new subsection spray beam was installed at the exit of mill,the special local cooling rules were analyzed for altering the thermal crown of roll according to rolling process ***,the dynamic impact of subsection cooling on the local thermal crown could just be obtained according to the measured ***,the heat transfer coefficient was determined by different subsection cooling curves under varied rolling ***,the rolling rhythm and variable conditions were important dynamic factors of transient roll temperature in practical rolling ***,real-time calculation and presetting of the thermal crown were carried out to maximize special requirements of load roll gap on local strip *** this new method,the transient temperature and the thermal crown of roll could be quantitatively controlled *** the practical results showed that the predicted temperature was able to match the measured value by more than 95%.Meanwhile,the adjustable range of thermal crown increased by more than 2.5 ***,the qualification rate of strip edge crown has increased from the original 30%to over 70%.

Functionally graded composite/hybrid materials（FGCM/FGHCM） were produced by adding B4C, TiO2, and B4C+TiO2ceramic materials at various ratios（0-50%） into the AA6082 matrix. The analysis of the damage caused by60Co ions'（1.173-1.1332 MeV） on the material was examined using the SRIM/TRIM Monte Carlo simulation software. In the simulation, the following data regarding the atoms of the target materials were obtained: ion distribution, target ionization, total displacements, surface binding energy,lattice binding energy, and displacement energy. Among the studied four materials, the one with the highest ion range value was found to be AA6082 with 8550 ?. TiO2was found to be the reinforcement material that reduced the ion range the most in the material. Due to its high binding energy, B4C reinforced AA6082+（0-50%） B4C FGCM was found to have the least vacancy with 4782/ion.

Recent advances in spatially resolved transcriptomics(SRT)have provided new opportunities for characterizing spatial structures of various ***-based geometric deep learning has gained widespread adoption for spatial domain identification ***,most methods define adjacency relation between cells or spots by their spatial distance in SRT data,which overlooks key biological interactions like gene expression similarities,and leads to inaccuracies in spatial domain *** tackle this challenge,we propose a novel method,SpaGRA(https://***/sunxue-yy/SpaGRA),for automatic multi-relationship construction based on graph *** uses spatial distance as prior knowledge and dynamically adjusts edge weights with multi-head graph attention networks(GATs).This helps SpaGRA to uncover diverse node relationships and enhance message passing in geometric contrastive ***,SpaGRA uses these multi-view relationships to construct negative samples,addressing sampling bias posed by random *** results show that SpaGRA presents superior domain identification performance on multiple datasets generated from different *** SpaGRA,we analyze the functional regions in the mouse hypothalamus,identify key genes related to heart development in mouse embryos,and observe cancer-associated fibroblasts enveloping cancer cells in the latest Visium HD ***,SpaGRA can effectively characterize spatial structures across diverse SRT datasets.

Trimethylation of histone H3K4(H3K4me3)is widely distributed at numerous actively transcribed protein-coding genes throughout the ***,the interplay between H3K4me3 and other chromatin modifications in plants remains poorly *** this study,we show that the Arabidopsis thaliana ALFIN-LIKE(AL)proteins contain a C-terminal PHD finger capable of binding to H3K4me3 and a PHD-associated AL(PAL)domain that interacts with components of the Polycomb repressive complex 1,thereby facilitating H2A ubiquitination(H2Aub)at H3K4me3-enriched genes throughout the ***,we demonstrate that loss of function of SDG2,encoding a key histone H3K4 methyltransferase,leads to a reduction in H3K4me3 level,which subsequently causes a genome-wide decrease in H2Aub,revealing a strong association between H3K4me3 and ***,we discover that the PAL domain of AL proteins interacts with various other chromatin-related proteins or complexes,including those involved in regulating H2A.z deposition,H3K27me3 demethylation,histone deacetylation,and chromatin *** genome-wide analysis suggests that the AL proteins play a crucial role in coordinating H3K4me3 with multiple other chromatin modifications across the genome.

Metal may affect maternal immune function,but few epidemiological studies have reported the associations between multiple-metal exposure and maternal immunoglobulin(Ig)*** on the Hangzhou Birth Cohort Study,1059 participants were included,and eleven metals in whole blood samples and serum IgA,IgG,IgE and IgM levels were *** regression,quantile-based g-computation(QGC),and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)models were used to evaluate the *** with the first tertile of metal levels,arsenic(As)was negatively associated with IgE(β=-0.25,95%confidence interval(CI)=-0.48 to-0.02).Moreover,significant associations of manganese(Mn)with IgA,IgG and IgM were demonstrated(β=0.10,95%CI=0.04 to 0.18;β=0.07,95%CI=0.03 to 0.12;β=0.10,95%CI=0.03 to 0.18,respectively).Cadmium(Cd)were associated with higher levels of *** models showed the positive association of the metalmixtures with IgA and IgG,with Mn playing amajor *** and Cd had positive contributions to IgM,while As had negative contributions to *** the BKMR models,the latent continuous outcomes of IgA and IgG showed a significant increase when all the metals were at their 60th percentile or above compared to those at their 50th ***,exposure to metals was associated with maternal Igs,and mainly showed that Mn was associated with increased levels of IgA,IgG and IgM,and As was associated with low IgE levels.

Background:Episodic memory loss is a prominent clinical manifestation of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),which is closely related to tau pathology and hippocampal *** to the heterogeneity of brain neurons,the specific roles of different brain neurons in terms of their sensitivity to tau accumulation and their contribution to AD-like social memory loss remain ***,further investigation is ***:We investigated the effects of AD-like tau pathology by Tandem mass tag proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis,social behavioural tests,hippocampal electrophysiology,immunofluorescence staining and in vivo optical fibre recording of GCaMP6f and ***,we utilized optogenetics and administered ursolic acid(uA)via oral gavage to examine the effects of these agents on social memory in ***:The results of proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses revealed the characteristics of ventral hippocampal CA1(vCA1)under both physiological conditions and AD-like tau *** tau progressively accumulated,vCA1,especially its excitatory and parvalbumin(PV)neurons,were fully filled with mislocated and phosphorylated tau(p-Tau).This finding was not observed for dorsal hippocampal CA1(dCA1).The overexpression of human tau(hTau)in excitatory and PV neurons mimicked AD-like tau accumulation,significantly inhibited neuronal excitability and suppressed distinct discrimination-associated firings of these neurons within *** excitatory and PV neurons in vCA1 at specific rhythms and time windows efficiently ameliorated tau-impaired social ***,1 month of uA administration efficiently decreased tau accumulation via autophagy in a transcription factor EB(TFEB)-dependent manner and restored the vCA1 microcircuit to ameliorate tau-impaired social ***:This study elucidated distinct protein and phosphoprotein networks between dCA1 and vCA1 and highlighted the susceptibility of the vCA1 microcircuit to AD-like tau
