根据流式细胞仪对样品“均一化”的需求,研制了一套基于微流控细胞分选技术的流式细胞仪样品预处理系统,装置可以实现对粒径小于100µm细胞或微粒的驱动和分选.系统主要包含微流控分选芯片和样品驱动模块两部分,通过聚焦不同位置,实现了对不同粒径细胞/颗粒的有效分离.系统无需对细胞进行标记处理,经分选的细胞便于后续流式细胞仪检测.经验证,系统能够有效去除牡蛎血淋巴细胞样品中的大粒子杂质,提高细胞样品的稳定性和均一性,增加流式细胞仪检测结果的准确性.

Objective:To observe the influence of wrist-ankle acupuncture(WAA)on postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)undergoing radiofrequency ablation(RFA)in thyroid nodule and its analgesic ***:A total of 66 patients with thyroid nodule and undergoing RFA were randomized into a WAA group and a sham-acupuncture(SA)group,33 cases in each *** was exerted after the patients entering operation *** the WAA group,WAA was applied on the bilateral Upper 1,2 and 3 *** the SA group,the sham-acupuncture was given on the same *** 30 min after needle insertion,the routine RFA started in the patients of the two *** the needles were removed when the operation was *** proportion of intraoperative sufentanil supplementation,the incidence of24 h PONV and the proportion of intraoperative intravenous injection of urapidil were recorded in the patients of the two ***:In the WAA group,sufentanil was supplemented by 12.90%,obviously less than 36.36%in the SA *** incidence of 24 h PONV was 9.68%in the WAA group,remarkably lower than 27.27%in the SA group,indicating statistical significances(both P0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture reduces the intraoperative demand of sufentanil in radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodule and this therapy is preventive for PONV.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） on patients with sleep bruxism （SB）. Twelve patients with SB were included in an open, single-intervention pilot study, rTMS at 1 Hz and an intensity of 80% of the active motor threshold was applied to the ‘hot spot＇ of the masseter muscle representation at the primary motor cortex bilaterally for 20 rain per side each day for 5 consecutive days. The jaw-closing muscle electromyographic （EMG） activity during sleep was recorded with a portable EMG recorder at baseline, during rTMS treatment and at follow-up for 5 days. In addition, patients scored their jaw-closing muscle soreness on a 0-10 numerical rating scale （NRS）. Data were analysed with analysis of variance. The intensity of the EMG activity was suppressed during and after rTMS compared to the baseline （P = 0.04; P = 0.02, respectively）. The NRS score of soreness decreased significantly during and after rTMS compared with baseline （P 〈 0.01）. These findings indicated a significant inhibition of jaw-closing muscle activity during sleep along with a decrease of muscle soreness. This pilot study raises the possibility of therapeutic benefits from rTMS in patients with bruxism and calls for further and more controlled studies.

Mapping spatiotemporal land cover changes offers opportunities to better understand trends and drivers of envi-ronmental change and helps to identify more sustainable land management *** study investigates the spatiotemporal patterns of changes in land covers,forest harvest areas and soil erosion rates in Nordic countries,namely Norway,Sweden,Finland,and *** region is highly sensitive to environmental changes,as it is experiencing high levels of human pressure and among the highest rates of global *** analysis that uses consistent land cover dataset to quantify and compares the recent spatiotemporal changes in land cover in the Nordic countries is *** recent products issued by the European Space Agency and the Copernicus Climate Change Service framework provide the possibility to investigate the historical land cover changes from 1992 to 2018 at 300 m *** maps are then integrated with time series of forest harvest areas be-tween 2004 and 2018 to study if and how forest management is represented in land cover products,and with soil erosion data to explore status and recent trends in agricultural *** cover changes typically involved from 4%to 9%of the total area in each *** showed the strongest reduction(11,003 km^(2),−11%of the wetland area in 1992),followed by forest(8,607 km^(2),−1%)and sparse vegetation(5,695 km^(2),−7%),while agriculture(15,884 km^(2),16%)and settlement(3,582 km^(2),84%)showed net *** shrinkage dominated land cover changes in Norway(5,870 km^(2),−18%),followed by forest and grassland with a net gain of 3,441 km^(2)(3%)and 3,435 km^(2)(10%),*** Sweden,forest areas decreased 13,008 km^(2)(−4%),mainly due to agriculture expansion(9,211 km^(2),29%).In Finland,agricultural areas increased by 5,982 km^(2)(24%),and wetland decreased by 6,698 km^(2)(−22%).Settlement had the largest net growth in Denmark(717 km^(2),70%),mainly from conversion of agriculture land.S

Hydrogel electrolytes hold great potential in flexible zinc ion supercapacitors(ZICs)due to their high conductivity,good safety,and ***,freezing of electrolytes at low temperature(subzero)leads to drastic reduction in ionic conductivity and mechanical properties that deteriorates the performance of flexible ***,the mechanical fracture during arbitrary deformations significantly prunes out the lifespan of the flexible ***,a Zn^(2+)and Li^(+)co-doped,polypyrrole-dopamine decorated Sb_(2)S_(3)incorporated,and polyvinyl alcohol/poly(N-(2-hydroxyethyl)acrylamide)double-network hydrogel electrolyte is constructed with favorable mechanical reliability,anti-freezing,and self-healing *** addition,it delivers ultra-high ionic conductivity of 8.6 and 3.7 S m^(-1)at 20 and−30°C,respectively,and displays excellent mechanical properties to withstand tensile stress of 1.85 MPa with tensile elongation of 760%,together with fracture energy of 5.14 MJ m^(-3).Notably,the fractured hydrogel electrolyte can recover itself after only 90 s of infrared illumination,while regaining 83%of its tensile strain and almost 100%of its ionic conductivity during−30–60°***,ZICs coupled with this hydrogel electrolyte not only show a wide voltage window(up to 2 V),but also provide high energy density of 230 Wh kg^(-1)at power density of 500 W kg^(-1)with a capacity retention of 86.7%after 20,000 cycles under 20°***,the ZICs are able to retain excellent capacity even under various mechanical deformation at−30°*** contribution will open up new insights into design of advanced wearable flexible electronics with environmental adaptability and long-life span.

Li^(+) solvation structures have a decisive influence on the electrode/electrolyte interfacial properties and battery *** salt concentration may result in an organic rich solid electrolyte interface(SEI)and catastrophic cycle stability,which makes low concentration electrolytes(LCEs)rather *** with low solvating power bring in new chances to LCEs due to the weak salt-solvent ***,an LCE with only 0.25 mol L^(-1) salt is prepared with fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)and 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether(D_(2)).Molecular dynamics simulations and experiments prove that the low solvating power solvent FEC not only renders reduced desolvation energy to Li^(+) and improves the battery kinetics,but also promotes the formation of a LiF-rich SEI that hinders the electrolyte ***||Cu cell using the LCE shows a high coulombic efficiency of 99.20%,and LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)||Li cell also exhibits satisfying capacity retention of 89.93%in 200 cycles,which demonstrates the great potential of solvating power regulation in LCEs development.

Ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone （ACTH） secretion rfrom a non-pituitary tumor is a main cause of Cushing＇s syndrome, which is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Although early studies showed that the predominant cause of ectopic Cushing＇s syndrome is small cell carcinomas of the lungs, the incidence of carcinoid, including thymic carcinoid, has increased substantially in recent surveys） This evidence suggested that the clinical syndrome of ectopic ACTH production only occurs in tumors with high proopiomelanocortin （POMC, the precursor to ACTH） transcripts generated from the start of the pituitary transcription initiation site.2
