We study the cooling of hybrid stars coupled with spin-down. Due to the spindown of hybrid stars, the interior density continuously increases and different neutrino reactions may be triggered （from the modified Urca process to the quark and nucleon direct Urca process） at different stages of evolution. We calculate the rate of neutrino emissivity of different reactions and simulate the cooling curves of the rotational hybrid stars. The results show that the cooling curves of hybrid stars clearly depend on a magnetic field if the direct Urca reactions occur during the spin-down. Comparing the results of the rotational star model with the transitional static model, we find the cooling behavior of the rotational model is more complicated; the temperature of the star is higher, especially when direct Urca reactions appear in the process of rotation. Then, we find that the predicted temperatures of some rotating hybrid stars are compatible with the pulsar＇s data which are in contradiction with the results of the transitional method.

Under external stimuli, the bilayer hydrogels can change their shapes or move mechanically with fast, sensitive and adjustable motion characteristics. However, the main methods for preparing bilayer hydrogels have many limitations, such as they involve complicated synthesis processes, lead to fragile bilayer interface and structure,and result in single responsiveness and deformation, which hinders the practical applications of bilayer hydrogel in intelligent bionics. Here, we used the reaction-diffusion of sodium alginate(SA) and chitosan(CS) combined with the photopolymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) to prepare(PNIPAM/SA)/(SA/CS) bilayer hydrogel film. The bilayer hydrogel film can well respond to the alteration of temperature, p H, salt concentration and thickness ratio with good interlayer bonding. This strategy can be applied to intelligent drive device to promote its practical application.

An embedded protective device for 35kV power line is worked out based on Philips’ LPC2292 ARM MCU. Several aspects such as embedded design technique adopted in the system framework, application of adaptive theory in data acquisition, Board Support Packet (BSP) developing and task dispatching related to operating system are discussed. Both hardware and software framework of the system are given. Advanced hardware platform and software development environment is applied in design of the system, with the advanced co-design technology.

Development of high-efficiency non-noble electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is urgently needed for high-performance Zn-air batteries and overall water ***,a facile strategy to synthesize novel Co-MOF,O-doped carbon(Co-MOF-T)based on Zn,Co-doped glucosamine and ZIF-8 by pyrolysis at temperature T was *** prepared Co-MOF-800 showed a superior oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity comparable to that of commercial Pt/C *** addition,this catalyst shows great potential in the overall water splitting due to the excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)*** on the trifunctional activity,the primary Zn-air batteries using a Co-MOF-800 air electrode achieved a high open-circuit voltage of 1.38 V,a specific capacity of 671.6 mAh g^(-1) Zn,and a prominent peak power density of 144 mW cm^(-2).Also,the rechargeable Zn-air batteries based on CoMOF-800 air electrode could be smoothly run for 510 cycles with a low voltage gap of 0.58 ***,the trifunctional Co-MOF-800 catalyst was applied to boost the electrochemical water splitting,demonstrating its promising potential as a green energy material for practical applications.

The origin of the unusually high dibenzothiophene （DBT） concentrations in Lower Ordovician oils from the Tazhong Uplift,Tarim Basin was studied by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry （FT-ICR MS）.The most abundant sulfur compounds in the oils are S 1 species with doublebond equivalent （DBE） values of 1-19 and 11-48 carbon *** range of the number of carbon atoms in the sulfur compounds detected by the FT-ICR MS （S 1 species with DBE=9） is about ten times larger than that for sulfur compounds detected by GC/MS （DBTs）.This suggests that FT-ICR MS is a much better approach than GC/MS for characterization of DBTs in crude *** abundance of S 1 species with DBE=1-8 decreased with increasing thermal maturity,while the abundance of S 1 species with DBE=9 （primarily DBTs） ***,thermal maturity is an important factor in the formation of oils with high DBT *** high abundances of S 1 species with low DBE values （1-8）,which include sulfide,thiophene and benzothiophene,were observed in several oils,especially the TZ83 （O 1） oil with high or very high thermal *** sulfate reduction （TSR） was thought to be the reason for the high abundance of these low DBE compounds in deep reservoirs,and thermochemical sulfate reduction could affect the distribution and composition of DBTs in the *** to the results of FT-ICR MS analysis,there are no signs that TSR is occurring or has occurred recently for most of the Lower Ordovician oils.

Previous studies have demonstrated that differentiated neural stem cells （NSCs） are more suitable for transplantation than non-differentiated NSCs. In this study, NSCs were expanded in vitro for two passages, induced with retinoic acid to differentiate, and harvested between 1 6 days later. They were subsequently cultured in artificial cerebrospinal fluid for an additional 3 days, dudng which their growth and morphology was monitored. NSCs induced for 4 days exhibited a peak rate of cells differentiating into neurons and robust growth. Our results indicate that the optimal time point for transplanting NSCs is following a 4-day period of induced differentiation.

Vision formation is classically based on projections from retinal ganglion cells(RGC)to the lateral geniculate nucleus(LGN)and the primary visual cortex(V1).Neurons in the mouse V1 are tuned to light *** the cellular information of the retina and the LGN has been widely studied,the transcriptome profiles of single light-stimulated neuron in V1 remain *** our study,in vivo calcium imaging and whole-cell electrophysiological patch-clamp recording were utilized to identify 53 individual cells from layer 2/3 of V1 as lightsensitive(LS)or non-light-sensitive(NS)by single-cell light-evoked calcium evaluation and action potential *** contents of each cell after functional tests were aspirated in vivo through a patch-clamp pipette for mRna ***,the three-dimensional(3-D)morphological characterizations of the neurons were reconstructed in a live mouse after the whole-cell *** sequencing results indicated that V1 neurons with a high expression of genes related to transmission regulation,such as Rtn4r and Rgs7,and genes involved in membrane transport,such as na+/K+ATPase and NMDA-type glutamatergic receptors,preferentially responded to light ***,an antagonist that blocks Rtn4r signals could inactivate the neuronal responses to light stimulation in live *** conclusion,our findings of the vivo-seq analysis indicate the key role of the strength of synaptic transmission possesses neurons in V1 of light sensory.
