＜正＞Objective The present study is to obtain correlation between spatially separated brain regions,as well as the changes in time and frequency domain through analysis of the magnetoencephalography *** By means of the theory of coherence analysis,coherence coefficient of two signals corresponding to different cortical areas is computed, which reflects synchronization of the above two signals,as well as the correlation between spatially separated brain *** frequency analysis is also used to discuss the cortical correlation changes co-vary closely with time over the course of motor task in the three frequency band-α,βand lowγ.Results（1） By computing the coherence coefficient relative to the selected reference channel,it is suggested that channels with the most significant coherence are approximately in the same area,*** contralateral primary motor cortex and premotor ***,with the increase of frequency band both the coherence coefficient and the coupled area decline.（2） Changes of coherence co-varing with time inα,βand lowγband present the following characteristic:①The coherence shows such a trend that it increases firstly and then decreases over the course of motor task.②The most significant coherence,forαband,is observed from 0 to 0.3 second,while forβand lowγit appears at -0.2 *** The changes of coherence inα,βand lowγbands suggest that there are different neuronal modulations in the contralateral primary motor *** this modulation covaries with time,which consequently reflects the changes of correlation between different brain regions in time and frequency domain.

The cyclone tracks from 1877 to 2020 were analyzed to detect the spatial and temporal *** tracks were gathered from previously published *** previous articles’tracks were digitized and converted to shape files for analysis in Arc-GIS.A total 126 cyclone tracks were used to detect monthly and seasonal cyclone intensity and spatial *** fluctuations were examined over a 30-year period,which is believed to be the climate of a particular *** cyclones hit the Bay of Bengal’s coast starting in May and lasting until *** May and October,the number of cyclones is at its peak(26 nos in each month).From June through September,the number of cyclones *** October and November,the number of cyclones increased *** number of cyclones substantially fell in December,and no cyclones were observed from January through *** 1939 through 1969,the highest number of cyclones(36)was *** the mid-and latetwentieth century,there were a higher number of *** coastal region of Bangladesh suffered the fewest cyclones in history over the recent era(2001–2020).The western shore was particularly vulnerable from 1877 to 1907,and the entire coastal region was dangerous from 1908 to *** the Post-monsoon(October to December)season,the number of cyclones is lower than in the Monsoon period(May to September).In the pre-monsoon season,71 cyclones strike,while in the Monsoon season,53 cyclones strike.

The airborne ragweed pollen spectrum was investigated in the air of Ankara, Turkey for aperiod of ten years (1990-1999) using a Burkard seven-day volumetric recording trap. In our study period,long distance transported Ambrosia pollen has been registered. Daily pollen levels varied from low to highin Burge抯 system. In last three years, the pollen concentration of Ambrosia showed a clear increasingtendency. Our results prove that ragweed pollen may be an important threat for ragweed sensitive patientsin Ankara city in near future.

The prophylactic effects of Chinese propolis against cypermethrin toxicity were evaluated by performing ovary and uterus histopathology, as well as by characterizing ovarian function, embryos, and litters. Cypermethrin induced atypia in the ovary and uterus, and decreased the ovulation sites and the number of embryos. Cypermethrin-induced oxidative stress during pregnancy, decreased the parturition rate as well as the number and weight of offspring and increased the incidence of morphological malformations in the offspring. Administration of propolis to cypermethrin-treated animals mitigated cypermethrin-induced reproductive toxicity.

AIM To evaluate outcome of acute management and risk of rebleeding in patients with massive hemorrhage due to hepatocellular adenoma(HCA). METHODS This retrospective cohort study included all consecutive patients who presented to our hospital with massive hemorrhage(grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ) due to ruptured HCA and were admitted for observation and/or intervention between 1999-2016. The diagnosis of HCA was based on radiological findings from contrastenhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) or pathological findings from biopsy or resection of the HCA. Hemorrhage was diagnosed based on findings from computed tomography or MRI. Medical records were reviewed for demographic features, clinical presentation, tumor features, initial and subsequent management, short-and long-term complications and patient and lesion follow-up. RESULTS All patients were female(n = 23). Treatment in the acute phase consisted of embolization(n = 9, 39.1%), conservative therapy(n = 13, 56.5%), andother intervention(n = 1, 4.3%). Median hemoglobin level decreased significantly more on days 0-3 in the intervention group than in the patients initially treated conservatively(0.9 mmol/L vs 2.4 mmol/L respectively, P = 0.006). In total, 4 patients suffered severe shortterm complications, which included hypovolemic shock, acute liver failure and abscess formation. After a median follow-up of 36 mo, tumor regression in nonsurgically treated patients occurred with a median reduction of 76 mm down to 25 mm. Four patients underwent secondary(elective) treatment(i.e., tumor resection) to address HCA size of > 5 cm and/or desire for future pregnancy. One case of rebleeding was documented(4.3%). None of the patients experienced long-term complication(mean follow-up time: 36 mo). CONCLUSION With a 4.3% risk of rebleeding, secondary(elective) treatment of HCA after massive hemorrhage may only be considered in patients with persistent HCA > 5 cm.

Scarcity of donor organs and the increment in patients awaiting a transplant increased the use of organs from expanded criteria donors or donation after circulatory *** to the suboptimal outcomes of these donor organs,there is an increased interest in better preservation methods,such as ex vivo machine perfusion or abdominal regional perfusion to improve *** state-ofthe-art review aims to discuss the available types of perfusion techniques,its potential benefits and the available evidence in kidney,liver and pancreas ***,translational steps from animal models towards clinical studies will be described,as well as its application to clinical practice,with the focus on the *** the lack of evidence from randomized controlled trials,currently available data suggest especially beneficial effects of normothermic regional perfusion on biliary complications and ischemic cholangiopathy after liver *** ex vivo machine perfusion in kidney transplantation,hypothermic machine perfusion has proven to be beneficial over static cold storage in a randomized controlled trial,while normothermic machine perfusion is currently under *** ex vivo machine perfusion in liver transplantation,normothermic machine perfusion has proven to reduce discard rates and early allograft *** response to clinical studies,hypothermic machine perfusion for deceased donor kidneys has already been implemented as standard of care in the Netherlands.
