Application of a concrete thermal pile in cooling the warming permafrost under climate change

Permafrost degradation caused by climate warming is posing a serious threat to the stability of cast-in-place pile foundations in warm permafrost *** cold energy can be effectively utilized by two-phase closed thermosyphons(TPCTs)to cool the ***,we installed TPCTs in a cast-in-place pile foundation to create a unique structure called a thermal pile,which effectively utilizes the TPCTs to regulate ground *** we conducted a case study and numerical simulation to exhibit the cooling performance,and optimize the structure of the thermal *** purpose of this study is to promote the application of thermal piles in unstable permafrost *** on the findings,the thermal pile operated for approximately 53%of the entire year and effectively reduced the deep ground temperature at a rate of at least-0.1℃per ***,it successfully raised the permafrost table that is 0.35 m shallower than the natural ground *** characteristics prove highly beneficial in mitigating the adverse effects of permafrost degradation and enhancing infrastructure *** the length of the condenser section and the diameter of the TPCT in a suitable manner can effectively enhance the cooling capability of the thermal pile and ensure the long-term mechanical stability of the pile foundation even under climate warming.

目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞外泌体（exosomes derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell,BMSCs-Exos）通过PI3K/Akt通路修复皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的机制。方法培养大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs），提取细胞上清液中的外泌体并通过电镜、粒径分析及免疫印迹实验进行鉴定。建立以腹壁浅动静脉为血管蒂的大鼠腹部皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤模型；将大鼠随机分为4组：Sham组、IR+PBS组、IR+Exo组及IR+Exo+LY组。术后观察并拍照记录大鼠皮瓣大体情况，第7天计算皮瓣坏死区比例；获取大鼠皮瓣组织样本，HE染色和组织评分评估皮瓣组织损伤程度，免疫组化评估皮瓣p-Akt、VEGFA表达水平和CD34标记的微血管密度。结果相比Sham组，IR+PBS组皮瓣坏死区比例增加，组织结构破坏加重，p-Akt及VEGFA表达水平下降，微血管密度降低；IR+Exo组皮瓣坏死和组织破坏水平降低，p-Akt及VEGFA表达上升，微血管密度增加；而PI3K抑制剂降低了BMSCs外泌体的修复作用，表现为皮瓣坏死增加，p-Akt及VEGFA表达下调，微血管密度减少。结论 BMSCs外泌体对大鼠腹部皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤具有显著的保护和修复作用，PI3K/Akt信号通路可能是BMSCs外泌体治疗皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的关键通路。

High-efficiency preparation of multifunctional conjugated electrospun graphene doped PVDF/CF yarns for energy harvesting and human movement monitoring in TENG textile

Portable power is an effective solution to realize self-powered sensors for wearable devices,promoting future sustainable ***-based triboelectric nanogenerators(M-TENGs)have emerged as a promising technology for harvesting biomechanical energy from human motion owing to their advantages,such as simple structure,lightweight design,and efficient energy ***,the poor durability,low adaptability,and un-washability of two-dimensional membrane materials have largely hindered their application in wearable *** this study,we propose a sheath-core polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/graphene(G)-carbon fiber(CF)yarn fabricated via conjugate electrospinning,comprising a commercial CF core and an electrospun graphene-doped PVDF sheath,which improves the fatigue resistance of electrospun nanofiber films under prolonged friction and keeps a high degree of *** resulting electronic textile,woven with the large-scale electrospun PVDF/G-CF yarn,demonstrates a remarkable power density of 25.5 mW·m^(-2).The tight distribution of PVDF/G nanofibers on the textile surface ensures excellent softness,washability,and ***,the electrospun PVDF/G-CF textile exhibits significant potential in pressure sensing,self-powered operation,and motion detection,making it highly suitable for wearable electronics applications.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are self-renewing,multipotent cells that could differentiate into multiple ***-based therapy has become an attractive and promising strategy for treating human diseases through immune regulation and tissue ***,accumulating data have indicated that MSC-based therapeutic effects are mainly attributed to the properties of the MSC-sourced secretome,especially small extracellular vesicles(sEVs).sEVs are signaling vehicles in intercellular communication in normal or pathological *** contain natural contents,such as proteins,mRNA,and microRNAs,and transfer these functional contents to adjacent cells or distant cells through the circulatory ***-sEVs have drawn much attention as attractive agents for treating multiple *** properties of MSC-sEVs include stability in circulation,good biocompatibility,and low toxicity and ***,emerging evidence has shown that MSC-sEVs have equal or even better treatment efficacies than MSCs in many kinds of *** review summarizes the current research efforts on the use of MSC-sEVs in the treatment of human diseases and the existing challenges in their application from lab to clinical practice that need to be considered.

选择典型荒漠河段引洪灌溉生态修复区域,利用遥感数据和地下水监测数据,结合实地调查等手段对和田河沙漠段典型荒漠河岸林引洪灌溉生态修复效果开展了研究,采用多波段水体指数MBWI和归一化差异植被指数NDVI分析评价研究区生态修复效果。结果表明:引洪灌溉对生态修复区地下水有抬升作用,缓解年内地下水持续降低趋势,同时提高植被覆盖水平,这导致植被覆盖度高地区面积增加,无植被覆盖地区面积减少。然而目前引洪灌溉生态修复存在积水面积较大,积水时间较长,区域分布不均等问题,引洪灌溉生态闸位置和合理的运行制度还需要进一步研究。研究成果可以为干旱区内陆河流域荒漠河岸林生态修复提供借鉴。

课程思政融入留学生中医脾胃病教学的研究与实践

目的将课程思政融入留学生中医脾胃病教学与实践,并对其实施评价。方法选择2022年1—10月北京中医药大学51名2020级本科留学生为教学对象,通过深入挖掘中医脾胃病思政点,并应用问卷星对留学生进行思政点兴趣调研,根据调研结果,将课程思政融入留学生中医脾胃病课堂教学之中,最后通过调查问卷了解学生对课程思政满意度,并评价其效果。结果 51名留学生均完成调查,回收有效问卷率100%,教学满意度90.20%,学习积极性满意度94.12%,提高职业素养满意度92.16%;96.08%的学生进行思政教育,66.67%的学生喜好思政素材,88.24%的学生可以提高个人素养。分数排名前7位的思政点分别为:历史人物诸葛亮[(8.17±0.21)分]、半夏泻心汤“排兵布阵”[(8.10±1.03)分]、中国饮食及传统节日[(7.33±0.61)分]、中医内外治法演变[(7.17±0.84)分]、胃镜的发展史[(6.92±1.07)分]、中国太极等体育运动文化[(6.87±0.77)分]、《伤寒论》中的人文关怀[(6.69±0.65)分]。5大思政切入点分数排名如下:中国文化[(7.57±0.34)分]、中西方名人医案[(7.32±0.27)分]、自我修养[(6.33±0.58)分]、生命教育[(6.21±0.44)分]、爱国教育[(5.58±0.36)分]。结论可以将所挖掘的思政点融入留学生脾胃病教学中,并侧重中国文化等思政元素。思政点融入形式侧重于结合案例及网络教学形式。
