低温对羊草和牧冰草种子萌发率的影响(英文)

在25℃、5℃、4℃和18℃温度条件下,对根茎禾草羊草和牧冰草种子分别处理一周和两周,并置于玻璃培养皿和土壤盘中进行发芽检测,结果表明:3种低温处理的种子萌发率均有显著提高;羊草种子在处理温度为5℃、4℃和18℃时, 萌发率基本一致,显著高于25℃处理;牧冰草种子随着处理温度的降低,萌发率显著提高,以18℃处理效果最好;7d的低温处理效果显著高于14d;在室温、16h光照和8h黑暗条件下,土培的种子萌发率极显著高于置于玻璃培养皿的种子萌发率。

文章介绍一类新型可参与共聚合的光引发剂，这类光引发剂的分子中含有乙烯氧基羰基基团，属于有机碳酸酯类或氨基甲酸酯类化合物。通过乙烯基氯甲酸酯和光活性衍生物中羟基问的反应，可以制得这类新型可共聚合的光引发剂。其中光活性衍生物包括二苯酮衍生物、苯乙酮衍生物、二苯乙醇酮衍生物和蒽醌衍生物等。本文重点研究这类新型可共聚光引发剂对丙烯酸压敏胶（PSA）光引发交联过程的影响。此外，还讨论了诸如交联反应时间和可共聚光引发剂的浓度等因素对PSA的性能的影响，这些性能包括初粘力、粘接强度和附着力等。

测定了利木赞×娟姗牛杂交一代3头公牛所有回交后代的背最长肌和半腱肌的剪切力、pH值及煮制损失3个表型性状,与已构建的遗传连锁图谱和基因型值相结合,利用QTL Express软件的“Half-Sib QTL Analysis Servlet”进行QTL分析。共发现6个可能的QTL位点,其中背最长肌剪切力性状3个QTL(BTA2 45 cM,BTA29 54 cM)、半腱肌剪切力1个QTL(BTA2 12 cM)、半腱肌pH值1个QTL(BTA24 0 cM)、背最长肌煮制损失1个QTL(BTA142 cM)。

Ceramization is a phenomenon which assures compactness of polymer-based composites in the case of their thermal degradation caused by open fire or exposure at high temperatures. This phenomenon is based on preventing volatiles of thermal decomposition of silicone rubber from evacuation by creation of ceramic layer. This ceramized structure is composed of mineral filer particles, connected by fluxing agent—glassy phase. The ceramic barrier created during firing is aimed to protect copper wire inside the cable from melting, being additionally strong enough to maintain integrity of electrical circuit. The paper presents experimental data on mechanical properties of silicone rubber composites strengthened additionally with long fibers of different types—aluminosilicate and polyamide (Kevlar) ones. Fibers were introduced into composites in oriented way. Mechanical properties were investigated taking into account fiber orientation anisotropy. Ceramization process of composites was described by observation of morphology and strengthen measurements of samples fired at 1000°C.

China has been affected by some of the world’s most serious geological disasters and experiences high economic damage every *** occur not only in remote areas but also in highly populated *** the framework of the Dragon-432365 Project,this paper presents the main results and the major conclusions derived from an extensive exploitation of Sentinel-1,ALOS-2(Advanced Land Observing Satellite 2),GF-3(Gao Fen Satellite 3),and latest launched SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar),together with methods that allow the evaluation of their importance for various ***,in the scope of this project,the great benefits of recent remote sensing data(wide spatial and temporal coverage)that allow a detailed reconstruction of past displacement events and to monitor currently occurring phenomena are exploited to study different areas and geohazards problems,including:surface deformation of mountain slopes;identification and monitoring of ground movements and subsidence;landslides;ground fissure;and building inclination *** movements detected in the different study areas were cross validated with different SAR sensors and truth data.

Background: Pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) is a complex procedure with a relatively high risk of complications. There is an increasing trend showing that the success of pancreato-enteral anastomosis depends on surgical skill and the material used. Methods: We present four cases of pancreato-enteral anastomosis resected 37 - 114 days after primary surgery and the analysis of the healing process, i.e., morphology of the pancreatic parenchyma, pancreatic duct, and digestive tract mucosa, as well as the pancreatic reaction to the sewing material by microscopic morphometry. Results: Evidence of regeneration in the columnar-lined mucosa of main pancreatic ducts in all cases of pancreato-enterostomy was observed. The inflammatory foreign-body reaction around monofilament stitch was present without an evident infection. There were no microscopic signs of pancreatic duct damage. Total foreign body reaction varied between 138.1 μm and 207.3 μm. Conclusions: This observation supports the beneficial use of thin monofilament threads for pancreato-enteral anastomosis. There was no evidence of harmful action from gastric or intestinal juices on pancreatic remnant or the Wirsung duct.
