Rare diseases are chronic and serious,featuring early onset at birth or in childhood,rapid deterioration and high mortality rate,which creates a burden on society and public health *** the known rare diseases,80 percent are genetic in origin,and half of those affected worldwide are *** China,the rare disease patients are over 10 million,and70 percent of the patients are children(Song et al.,2012;Liu et al.,2010).

目的结合网络药理学、分子对接与PRM蛋白相对定量分析探索苁蓉舒痉颗粒(Congrong Shujing granules,CSGs)治疗帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)的作用机制。方法通过数据库获取CSGs的有效成分和PD的靶点。取药物与疾病的交集靶点,进行“药物-活性成分-靶点”网络和蛋白互作网络的构建与分析,将交集靶点基因导入David数据库进行GO和KEGG富集分析,并将主要成分与关键靶点进行分子对接。将27只SD大鼠随机分为正常组9只、模型组9只和治疗组9只,于疗程d 1、7、14采用PRM蛋白相对定量分析法检测大鼠黑质纹状体关键靶蛋白特异性肽段表达量的变化情况。结果CSGs主要成分为丹参醛、黄芩素、槲皮素和山柰酚等;治疗PD最为关键的靶点为TP53、AKT1、EGFR、HSP90AA1和STAT3;KEGG分析主要富集:MAPK、PI3K-Akt和神经营养因子等信号通路。核心成分与核心靶点的分子对接表明,药物与靶点的结合具有较好活性。PRM分析发现ASK1、JNK1,JNK3目标肽段表达量各组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论CSGs可通过ASK1-JNK信号通路,缓解内质网应激,抑制细胞凋亡,发挥神经保护作用。

Dry hobbing has received extensive attention for its environmentally friendly processing *** to the absence of lubricants,hobbing process is highly dependent on process parameters combination since using unreasonable parameters tends to affect the machining ***,the consideration of tool life is frequently ignored in gear ***,to settle the above issues,a multiobjective parameters decision approach considering tool life is ***,detailed quantitative analysis between process parameters and hobbing performance,i.e.,machining time,production cost and tool life is ***,a multi-objective parameters decision-making model is constructed in search for optimum cutting parameters(cutting velocity v,axial feed rate f_(a))and hob parameters(hob diameter d_(0),threads z_(0)).Thirdly,a novel algorithm named multi-objective multi-verse optimizer(MOMVO)is utilized to solve the presented model.A case study is exhibited to show the feasibility and reliability of the proposed *** results reveal that(i)a balance can be achieved among machining time,production cost and tool life via appropriate process parameters determination;(ii)optimizing cutting parameters and hob parameters simultaneously contributes to optimal objectives;(iii)considering tool life provides usage precautions support and process parameters guidance for practical machining.

Cold therapy has been used regularly as an immediate treatment to induce analgesia following acute soft-tissue injuries,however,a prolonged ice application has proved to delay the start of the healing and lengthen the recovery *** gaseous cryotherapy,also known as neurocryostimulation,has shown the ability to overcome most of the limitations of traditional cold therapy,and meanwhile promotes the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects well,but the current existing studies have shown conflicting results on its *** cold therapy still has beneficial effect especially when injuries are severe and swelling is the limiting factor for recovery after soft-tissue injuries,and therefore no need to be entirely put out to pasture in the rehabilitation *** randomized controlled trials with good methodological quality are still needed in the future to evaluate the effects of different cryotherapy modalities.

The coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic has led to a global struggle to cope with the sheer numbers of infected persons,many of whom require intensive care support or eventually succumb to the *** outbreak is managed by a combination of disease containment via public health measures and supportive care for those who are *** date,there is no specific anti-COVID-19 ***,the urgency to identify treatments that could turn the tide has led to the emergence of several investigational drugs as potential candidates to improve outcome,especially in the severe to critically *** many of these adjunctive drugs are being investigated in clinical trials,professional bodies have attempted to clarify the setting where the use of these drugs may be considered as off-label or compassionate *** review summarizes the clinical evidence of investigational adjunctive treatments used in COVID-19 patients as well as the recommendations of their use from guidelines issued by international and national organizations in healthcare.

Continuous generating grinding has become an important gear processing method owing to its high efficiency and *** this study,an adaptive design model is proposed for the continuous generation of beveloid gears in common gear grinding *** on this model,a method for determining the installation position and grinding kinematics is developed alongside an analytical meshing model for grinding contact trace and derivation of key grinding *** combining these aspects,a general mathematical model for the continuous generation of beveloid gears is presented,comprising the entire grinding process from worm wheel dressing to the evaluation of grinding *** effects of the worm and dressing wheel parameters on the grinding deviation were analysed,facilitating the development of an approach to improve the grinding *** presented procedure represents a novel design method for the continuous generation of beveloid gears in common gear grinding machines,facilitating the appropriate selection of worm and dressing wheel parameters.

BACKGROUND Laparoscopic cervical cerclage is performed for patients with abnormal cervical anatomy and/or transvaginal cervical cerclage ***,the method of removing the stitches to allow labour induction remains *** to published literature,stitches are removed through laparoscopic or transvaginal ***,we report,for the first time,a case of a patient who had undergone laparoscopic cerclage,and then underwent removal of stitches by laparotomy and labour induction in the third trimester of *** SUMMARY A patient who underwent laparoscopic cervical cerclage due to cervical insufficiency became pregnant naturally following the *** 31 wk of pregnancy,severe foetal malformations were *** successfully induce labour,cerclage stitches were removed via laparotomy,and rivanol was injected directly into the *** successful induction of labour,the patient delivered a dead *** This report provides a reliable scheme of removing cerclage stitches for patients who have undergone laparoscopic cerclage but experience severe foetal malformations.

Fear extinction is a biological process in which learned fear behavior diminishes without anticipated reinforcement,allowing the organism to re-adapt to ever-changing *** on the behavioral hypothesis that extinction is new learning and forms an extinction memory,this new memory is more readily forgettable than the original fear *** brain’s cellular and synaptic traces underpinning this inherently fragile yet reinforceable extinction memory remain *** questions are about the whereabouts of the engram neurons that emerged during extinction learning and how they constitute a dynamically evolving functional construct that works in concert to store and express the extinction *** this review,we discuss recent advances in the engram circuits and their neural connectivity plasticity for fear extinction,aiming to establish a conceptual framework for understanding the dynamic competition between fear and extinction memories in adaptive control of conditioned fear responses.

Effect of flue gas outlet temperature in evaporator on thermal economic performance of organic Rankine cycle system for sinter waste heat recovery

In order to improve the recovery and utilization rates of sinter waste heat effectively,the organic Rankine cycle(ORC)system with subcritical cycle was designed to recover the low-temperature sinter cooling flue gas waste heat in an annular cooler for power *** thermodynamic,economic and multi-objective optimization models of ORC system were established,and R600a was selected as the ORC working ***,the variations in system thermodynamic performance and economic performance with the ORC thermal parameters were discussed in detail,and the optimal ORC thermal parameters were *** results show that the system net output power increases with increasing the evaporation temperature and decreasing the condensation temperature and increases first and then,decreases with the increase in superheat degree for a given flue gas outlet temperature in the evaporator,while the heat transfer area per unit net output power appears different variation trends in various ranges of flue gas outlet *** the sinter cooling flue gas waste heat of 160℃as the ORC heat source,the optimal thermal parameters of ORC system were the flue gas outlet temperature of 90℃,the evaporation temperature of 95℃,the superheat degree of 10℃,and the condensation temperature of 28℃.
