提出了一种新的大规模图形可视化技术.它可显示含有几万个接点和边的大规模关系图.为了完成对图形的抽象化。一个多层次的聚类图形从原始的大规模关系图中抽取了出来.这种抽取是建立在大规模关系图的内在结构基础上来完成的.一种递规封入式的几何划分算法被应用来完成对几何空间的优化,在具体的制图技术上,使用了一种用力导向布局算法和环形制图法相结合的新方法,从而完成了对显示空间的优化和美擘上的优化.同时也讨论了相关的人机交互技术,所采用的人机交互算法不仅能让使用者从上到下层次式地浏览整个聚类图形。同时也能提供多层次聚类图形的并行浏览.动画技术也同时被运用,以保护使用者的精神图不被打乱.

User profiles representing users’preferences and interests play an important role in many applications of personalized *** the rapid growth of social platforms,there is a critical need for efficient solutions to learn user profiles from the information they shared on social platforms so as to improve the quality of recommendation *** problem of user profile learning is significantly challenging due to difficulty in handling data from multiple sources,in different formats and often associated with *** this paper,we introduce an integrated approach that combines advanced Machine Learning techniques with evidential reasoning based on Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence for user profiling and *** developed methods for user profile learning and multi-criteria collaborative filtering are demonstrated with experimental results and analysis that show the effectiveness and practicality of the integrated approach.A proposal for extending multi-criteria recommendation systems by incorporating user profiles learned from different sources of data into the recommendation process so as to provide better recommendation capabilities is also highlighted.

This study focusses on establishing the finite element model based on a new hyperbolic sheareformation theory to investigate the static bending,free vibration,and buckling of the functionally graded sandwich plates with *** novel sandwich plate consists of one homogenous ceramic core and two different functionally graded face sheets which can be widely applied in many fields of engineering and defence *** discrete governing equations of motion are carried out via Hamilton’s principle and finite element *** computation program is coded in MATLAB software and used to study the mechanical behavior of the functionally graded sandwich plate with *** present finite element algorithm can be employed to study the plates with arbitrary shape and boundary *** obtained results are compared with available results in the literature to confirm the reliability of the present ***,a comprehensive investigation of the effects of several parameters on the bending,free vibration,and buckling response of functionally graded sandwich plates is *** numerical results shows that the distribution of porosity plays significant role on the mechanical behavior of the functionally graded sandwich plates。

Objective:To assess levels of HBs Ab amongst infants who received hepatitis B vaccine in the Expanded Program on Immunization in ***:A cross-sectional study was carried out at 16 community health centers from February 2016 to July *** infants were tested for HBs Ab and HBs *** questionnaires were used to collect relevant information about the demographics of the parents/caregivers and their infants after physical ***:A total of 199 eligible infants were selected with a mean age of(17.3±4.5)*** antibody levels with HBs Ab≥10 m IU/m L were detected in 68.3%of *** these,antibody levels from 10 to 99 m IU/m L were 48.5%of those tested and antibody levels≥100 ml U/m L were recorded as 51.5%.No cases were recorded of being infected with hepatitis B *** rate of positive HBs Ab level in those who were not wasting and≥18 months old was less than that among those who were<18 months old(OR 0.49,95%CI:0.26-0.92,P<0.05)while the infants with wasting and<18 months were less likely to be positive HBs Ab than those who were not wasting and of the same age group(OR 0.15,95%CI:0.04-0.55,P<0.05).Conclusions:Seroprotection against hepatitis B virus was low in the infants tested(at 68.3%),which suggests that the hepatitis B vaccine should be administered with one additional dose for infants between 12 and 24 months of age,particularly those with wasting.

Plate structures are employed as important structural components in many engineering applications. Hence, assessing the structural conditions of in-service plate structures is critical to monitoring global structural health. Modal curvature-based damage detection techniques have recently garnered considerable attention from the research community, and have become a promising vibration-based structural health monitoring solution. However, computing errors arise when calculating modal curvatures from lateral mode shapes, which result from unavoidable measurement errors in the mode shapes as identified from lateral vibration signals; this makes curvature-based algorithms that use a lateral measurement only theoretically feasible, but practically infeasible. Therefore, in this study, long-gauge fiber Bragg grating strain sensors are employed to obtain a modal curvature without a numerical differentiation procedure in order to circumvent the computing errors. Several damage indices based on modal curvatures that were developed to locate beam damage are employed. Both numerical and experimental studies are performed to validate the proposed approach. However, although previous studies have reported relative success with the application of these damage indices on a simple beam, only one damage index demonstrated the capability to locate damage when the stiffness of the local region changed near the sensor.

When a droplet impacts a(super-)hydrophobic surface,there is a range of Weber numbers within which bubble entrapment will occur during droplet recoil due to closure of the air cavity developed when the droplet spreads out during the *** this study,we studied bubble entrapment using a microelectromechanical system(MEMS)-based acoustic sensor fabricated on a *** found that bubble entrapment is followed by an acoustic vibration that can be detected by the ***,the frequency of the vibration is inversely proportional to the radius of the droplet,which indicates that this vibration is the resonant oscillation of the ***,the MEMS-based acoustic sensor can be used not only to detect but also to measure the size of the entrapped ***,we demonstrated that it is possible to prevent bubble formation by allowing the air to escape to the underside of the droplet contact *** can be done by creating through-holes on the substrate or decorating the substrate with sufficiently large textures.

Scatterplots and scatterplot matrix methods have been popularly used for showing statistical graphics and for exposing patterns in multivariate data.A recent technique,called Linkable Scatterplots,provides an interesting idea for interactive visual exploration which provides a set of necessary plot panels on demand together with interaction,linking and *** article presents a controlled study with a mixed-model design to evaluate the effectiveness and user experience on the visual exploration when using a Sequential-Scatterplots who a single plot is shown at a time,Multiple-Scatterplots who number of plots can be specified and shown,and Simultaneous-Scatterplots who all plots are shown as a scatterplot *** from the study demonstrated higher accuracy using the Multiple-Scatterplots visualization,particularly in comparison with the *** the time taken to complete tasks was longer in the Multiple-Scatterplots technique,compared with the simpler Sequential-Scatterplots,Multiple-Scatterplots is inherently more ***,the Multiple-Scatterplots technique is the most highly preferred and positively experienced technique in this ***,results support the strength of Multiple-Scatterplots and highlight its potential as an effective data visualization technique for exploring multivariate data.

A falling weight deflectometer is a testing device used in civil engineering to measure and evaluate the physical properties of pavements,such as the modulus of the subgrade reaction(Y1)and the elastic modulus of the slab(Y2),which are crucial for assessing the structural strength of *** this study,we developed a novel hybrid artificial intelligence model,i.e.,a genetic algorithm(GA)-optimized adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS-GA),to predict Y1 and Y2 based on easily determined 13 parameters of rigid *** performance of the novel ANFIS-GA model was compared to that of other benchmark models,namely logistic regression(LR)and radial basis function regression(RBFR)*** models were validated using standard statistical measures,namely,the coefficient of correlation(R),mean absolute error(MAE),and root mean square error(RMSE).The results indicated that the ANFIS-GA model was the best at predicting Y1(R=0.945)and Y2(R=0.887)compared to the LR and RBFR ***,the ANFIS-GA model can be used to accurately predict Y1 and Y2 based on easily measured parameters for the appropriate and rapid assessment of the quality and strength of pavements.
