An efficient Ni-catalyzed four-component 1,4-carbocarbonylation of 1,3-enynes with activated alkyl halides and arylboronic acids under atmospheric pressure of CO is *** tuning the electronic and steric effects of alkyl radicals,both electronrich and electron-deficient 1,3-enynes were compatible with this *** protocol features mild conditions,broad substrate scope,excellent functional group compatibility and facile gram-scale synthesis,providing a practical approach to the quaternary carbon center-containing allenyl *** study revealed that the acyl-NiIIspecies plays an important role in both the coupling and the alkyl radical generation processes.

Background:Total human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)Dna and integrated HIV Dna are widely used markers of HIV *** digital polymerase chain reaction(ddPCR)can be used for absolute quantification without needing a standard ***,we developed duplex ddPCR assays to detect and quantify total HIV Dna and integrated HIV ***:The limit of detection,dynamic ranges,sensitivity,and reproducibility were evaluated by plasmid constructs containing both the HIV long terminal repeat(LTR)and human CD3 gene(for total HIV Dna)and ACH-2 cells(for integrated HIV Dna).Forty-two cases on stable suppressive antiretroviral therapy(ART)were assayed in total HIV Dna and integrated HIV *** coefficient analysis was performed on the data related to Dna copies and cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))T-cell counts,CD8^(+)T-cell counts and CD4/CD8 T-cell ratio,*** assay linear dynamic range and lower limit of detection(LLOD)were also ***:The assay could detect the presence of HIV-1 copies 100%at concentrations of 6.3 copies/reaction,and the estimated LLOD of the ddPCR assay was 4.4 HIV Dna copies/reaction(95%confidence intervals[CI]:3.6-6.5 copies/reaction)with linearity over a 5-log_(10)-unit range in total HIV Dna *** the integrated HIV Dna assay,the LLOD was 8.0 copies/reaction(95%CI:5.8-16.6 copies/reaction)with linearity over a 3-log 10-unit *** HIV Dna in CD4^(+)T cells was positively associated with integrated HIV Dna(r=0.76,Pna and integrated HIV Dna in CD4^(+)T cells were inversely correlated with the ratio of CD4/CD8 but positively correlated with the CD8^(+)T-cell ***:This ddPCR assay can quantify total HIV Dna and integrated HIV Dna efficiently with robustness and *** can be readily adapted for measuring HIV Dna with non-B clades,and it could be beneficial for testing in clinical trials.

The platinum-based chemotherapy is one of the most frequently used treatment protocols for lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD),and chemoresistance,however,usually results in treatment failure and limits its application in the *** has been shown that microRnas(miRnas)play a significant role in tumor *** this study,miR-125b was identified as a specific cisplatin(DDP)-resistant gene in LUAD,as indicated by the bioinformatics analysis and the real-time quantitative PCR *** decreased serum level of miR-125b in LUAD patients was correlated with the poor treatment response rate and short survival ***-125b decreased the A549/DDP proliferation,and the multiple drug resistance-and autophagy-related protein expression levels,which were all reversed by the inhibition of *** addition,xenografts of human tumors in nude mice were suppressed by miR-125b,demonstrating that through autophagy regulation,miR-125b could reverse the DDP resistance in LUAD cells,both in vitro and in *** mechanistic studies indicated that miR-125b directly repressed the expression levels of RORA and its downstream BNIP3L,which in turn inhibited autophagy and reversed *** on these findings,miR-125b in combination with DDP might be an effective treatment option to overcome DDP resistance in LUAD.

本文通过构建金融科技约束下的银行存贷款收益模型,创新性地将银行风险承担区分为主动风险承担和被动风险承担,从理论层面剖析了金融科技对银行主动风险承担的影响机理。进一步地,基于2009—2022年114家中国商业银行的面板数据,实证检验了银行金融科技应用对主动风险承担行为的影响以及银行信贷供给在其中的作用机制。研究发现:金融科技应用将刺激银行主动承担更多风险,提高商业银行主动风险承担水平;银行信贷规模扩张、银行信贷结构调整均会强化金融科技与银行主动风险承担之间的正向关系,即加剧银行金融科技的“风险承担效应”,且该影响作用在中小银行中表现得更加明显。研究结论能够拓展目前学术界对于银行金融科技经济后果的认识,同时也为我国商业银行优化信贷资源配置以及监管部门防范金融风险提供了新的观察视角。

目的通过两样本孟德尔随机化方法,探讨胃食管反流病(GERD)和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)之间的因果关系。方法从全基因组关联研究(GWAS)汇总数据中筛选出与GERD相关的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)作为基因工具变量,主要分析采用逆方差加权法(IVW)来估计因果效应,用MR-Egger、加权中位数法、simple mode法和weighted mode法作为补充方法。为评估结果的稳健性,进行了敏感性分析,包括Cochran’s Q检验、MR-Egger截距和留一法。结果GERD可能与COPD风险增加有关[IVW:优势比(OR)=1.80,95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI)为1.55~2.08,P<0.01]。此外,MR-Egger截距、Cochran’s Q检验及留一法未观察到水平多效性和异质性。结论GERD可增加COPD风险,建议积极控制GERD以降低COPD的发生。

新发展格局下,坚持防范输入性金融风险和化解内生性金融风险并重是维护我国金融稳定的关键,准确识别并测度两类风险是实现这一目标的重要前提。本文采用尾部溢出指数分解法测度了中国金融市场的内生性金融风险和输入性金融风险水平,厘清了不同经济金融环境下中国金融市场的风险来源结构。研究发现:第一,中国金融市场风险对极端事件十分敏感,当重大金融冲击、贸易摩擦事件和公共卫生事件发生时,市场风险明显上升。第二,从风险来源结构来看,输入性金融风险占比大于内生性金融风险,且正常状态下中国金融市场风险变化主要由前者主导,而极端状态下中国金融市场风险变化主要由后者主导。第三,正常情形下,相较于国际资本市场,国际外汇市场和商品市场对中国金融市场的输入性金融风险更加显著,但在极端情形下,国际资本市场的输入性金融风险显著提高。

Image enhancement is a widely used technique in digital image processing that aims to improve image aesthetics and visual quality. However, traditional methods of enhancement based on pixel-level or global-level modifications have limited effectiveness. Recently, as learning-based techniques gain popularity, various studies are now focusing on utilizing networks for image enhancement. However, these techniques often fail to optimize image frequency domains. This study addresses this gap by introducing a transformer-based model for improving images in the wavelet domain. The proposed model refines various frequency bands of an image and prioritizes local details and high-level features. Consequently, the proposed technique produces superior enhancement results. The proposed model’s performance was assessed through comprehensive benchmark evaluations, and the results suggest it outperforms the state-of-the-art techniques.
