The observation of oxygen(O)-and nitrogen(n)-bearing molecules gives an idea about the complex prebiotic chemistry in the interstellar *** millimeter and submillimeter wavelength observations have shown the presence of complex O-and n-bearing molecules in the star formation ***,the investigation of those molecules is crucial to understanding the chemical complexity in the star-forming *** this article,we present the identification of the rotational emission lines of n-bearing molecules ethyl cyanide(C_(2)H_(5)Cn)and cyanoacetylene(HC_(3)n),and O-bearing molecule methyl formate(CH_(3)OCHO)toward high-mass protostar IRAS18089–1732 using the Atacama Compact *** also detected the emission lines of both the n-and O-bearing molecule formamide(nH_(2)CHO)in the envelope of IRAS 18089–*** have detected the v=0 and 1 state rotational emission lines of CH_(3)*** also detected the two vibrationally excited states of HC_(3)n(v7=1 and v7=2).The estimated fractional abundances of C_(2)H_(5)Cn,HC_(3)n(v7=1),HC_(3)n(v7=2),and nH_(2)CHO toward IRAS 18089–1732 are(1.40±0.5)×10^(-10),(7.5±0.7)×10^(-11),(3.1±0.4)×10^(-11),and(6.25±0.82)×10^(-11)***,the estimated fractional abundances of CH_(3)OCHO(v=0)and CH_(3)OCHO(v=1)are(1.90±0.9)×10^(-9)and(8.90±0.8)×10^(-10),*** also created the integrated emission maps of the detected molecules,and the observed molecules may have originated from the extended envelope of the *** show that C_(2)H_(5)Cnand HC_(3)n are most probably formed via the subsequential hydrogenation of the CH_(2)CHCnand the reaction between C_(2)H_(2)and Cn on the grain surface of IRAS 18089–*** found that nH_(2)CHO is probably produced due to the reaction between nH_(2)and H_(2)CO in the gas ***,CH_(3)OCHO is possibly created via the reaction between radical CH_(3)O and radical HCO on the grain surface of IRAS 18089–1732.

We aim to evaluate the incidence of incontinence following laser endoscopic enucleation of the prostate(EEP)comparing en-bloc(Group 1)versus 2-lobe/3-lobe techniques(Group 2).We performed a retrospective review of patients undergoing EEP for benign prostaticenlargement in 12 centers between January 2020 and January *** were presented as median and interquartile range(IQR).Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate factors associated with stress urinary incontinence(SUI)and mixed urinary incontinence(MUI).There were 1711 patients in Group 1 and 3357 patients in Group *** in Group 2were significantly younger(68[62–73]years vs 69[63–74]years,P=0.002).Median(interquartile range)prostate volume(PV)wassimilar between the groups(70[52–92]ml in Group 1 vs 70[54–90]ml in Group 2,P=0.774).There was no difference in preoperativeInternational Prostate Symptom Score,quality of life,or maximum flow ***,morcellation,and total surgical time weresignificantly shorter in Group *** 1 month,overall incontinence rate was 6.3%in Group 1 versus 5.3%in Group 2(P=0.12),and urge incontinence was significantly higher in Group 1(55.1%vs 37.3%in Group 2,Pnths,the overall rate ofincontinence was 1.7%in Group 1 versus 2.3%in Group 2(P=0.06),and SUI was significantly higher in Group 2(55.6%vs 24.1%in Group 1,P=0.002).At multivariable analysis,PV and IPSS were factors significantly associated with higher odds of transient SUI/***,surgical time,and no early apical release technique were factors associated with higher odds of persistent SUI/MUI.

This study aims to beneficiate low grade goethitic iron ore fines using a selective flocculation process. Selective flocculation studies were conducted using different polymers such as starch amylopectin(AP), poly acrylic acid(PAA), and a graft copolymer(AP-g-PAA). The obtained results were analyzed; they indicate the enhancement of the iron ore grade from 58.49% to 67.52% using AP-g-PAA with a recovery of 95.08%. In addition, 64.45% Fe with a recovery of 88.79% was obtained using AP. Similarly, using PAA, the grade increased to 63.46% Fe with a recovery of 82.10%. The findings are also supported by characterizing concentrates using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA) techniques.

We investigate the transient behavior of an n-type double gate negative capacitance junctionless tun- nel field effect transistor （nC-JLTFET）. The structure is realized by using the work-function engineering of metal electrodes over a heavily doped n＋ silicon channel and a ferroelectric gate stack to get negative capacitance be- havior. The positive feedback in the electric dipoles of ferroelectric materials results in applied gate bias boosting. Various device transient parameters viz. transconductance, output resistance, output conductance, intrinsic gain, intrinsic gate delay, transconductance generation factor and unity gain frequency are analyzed using ac analysis of the device. To study the impact of the work-function variation of control and source gate on device performance, sensitivity analysis of the device has been carried out by varying these parameters. Simulation study reveals that it preserves inherent advantages of charge-plasma junctionless structure and exhibits improved transient behavior as well.

Bioinspired Water-soluble Polymers with Grafted Polyamine Chains： Synthesis and Complexation with Oligonucleotides

The siliceous frustules of diatom algae contain complex proteins known as silaffins, which consist of a peptide chain with grafted polyamine chains. These polyamines contain twenty or more nitrogen atoms with trimethylene groups between the nitrogens. We synthesized a set of polymers containing grafted long-chain polyamine fragments by using acryloyl chloride （ACh） polymers and activated acrylic acid copolymers as the starting materials. The new polymers contained 0.05 mol%-3.2 mol% of polyamine chains, which corresponded to 0.06-3.56 mmol·g- 1 amine groups. The new amine-containing polymers formed complexes with short （19-21-mer） deoxyribonucleic acid （DnA） and ribonucleic acid （RnA） strands, and these complexes penetrated into model yeast cells and A549 lung cancer cell. This study demonstrates the potential of these species based on long-chain polyamines to serve as novel gene delivery systems.

Crop yields in sandy soils can be increased by addition of clay-rich soil, but little is known about the effect of clay addition on nutrient availability after addition of plant residues with different C/n ratios. A loamy sandy soil （7% clay） was amended with a clay-rich subsoil （73% clay） at low to high rates to achieve soil mixtures of 12%, 22%, and 30% clay, as compared to a control （sandy soil alone） with no clay addition. The sandy-clay soil mixtures were amended with finely ground plant residues at 10 g kg-l： mature wheat （Triticum aestivum L.） straw with a C/n ratio of 68, mature faba bean （Vicia faba L.） straw with a C/n ratio of 39, or their mixtures with different proportions （0% 100%, weight percentage） of each straw. Soil respiration was measured over days 0-45 and microbial biomass C （MBC）, available n, and pH on days 0, 15, 30, and 45. Cumulative respiration was not clearly related to the C/n ratio of the residues or their mixtures, but C use efficiency （cumulative respiration per unit of MBC on day 15） was greater with faba bean than with wheat and the differences among the residue mixtures were smaller at the highest clay addition rate. The MBC concentration was lowest in sole wheat and higher in residue mixtures with 50% of wheat and faba bean in the mixture or more faba bean. Soil n availability and soil pH were lower for the soil mixtures of 22% and 30% clay compared to the sandy soil alone. It could be concluded that soil cumulative respiration and MBC concentration were mainly influenced by residue addition, whereas available n and pH were influenced by clay addition to the sandy soil studied.

Grain-size distributions of suspended load over a sand-gravel bed at two different flow velocities were studied in a laboratory *** experiments had been performed to study the influence of flow velocity and suspension height on grain-size distribution in suspension over a sand-gravel *** experimental findings show that with an increase of flow velocity,the grain-size distribution of suspended load changed from a skewed form to a bimodal one at higher suspension *** study focuses on the determination of the parameter β;which is the ratio of the sediment diffusion coefficient to the momentum diffusion coefficient of n th grain-size.A new relationship has been proposed involving β;,the normalizing settling velocity of sediment particles and suspension height,which is applicable for widest range of normalizing settling velocity available in literature so far.A similar parameter β for calculating total suspension concentration is also *** classical Rouse equation is modified with β;and β and used to compute grain-size distribution and total concentration in suspension,*** computed values have shown good agreement with the measured values of experimental data.

Polymeric amines are being studied intensively as components of systems for gene delivery in genetic engineering and gene therapy of genetic disorders, including cancer. Despite remarkable achievements in the field, polymeric amines, such as polyethyleneimine, show some disadvantages. Strong interaction between the amine-containing polymer and nucleic acid hampers the release of nucleic acid in the cell cytoplasm. Amine groups can interact with the cell membrane which results in cell death. These limitations of polymeric amines stimulated an investigation of new structures for gene delivery. Imidazole-containing polymers have attracted attention as lesser basic substances, while they are able to interact with polymeric acids. Further development of imidazole-based gene delivery agents requires knowledge about some fundamental aspects of interaction between nucleic acids, and polymeric imidazoles. In this work, we studied the complexation of poly(1-vinylimidazole) and oligomeric DnA. We found that the number of active sites capable of binding with negatively charged phosphate groups is comparable with the number of protonated imidazole units in the case of high molecular weight polymer. The increase in polymer charge by 1-bromopropane quaternizating 1%?5% imidazole units or by decreasing the pH to 6.5?7 considerably increased the ability of poly(1-vinylimidazole) to interact with oligonucleotides. The pH sensitivity of this interaction is interesting for cancer gene therapy because the tumours have a lowered intercellular pH (stable oligonucleotide complex) and a higher extracellular pH which can lead to complex dissociation. Minimal critical length for complexation of quaternized poly(1-vinylimidazole) and DnA is below eight units which corresponds to polymers with amine groups. Forest practices in headwater catchments are related to environmental and social *** aim of this study is to analyse the changing protective functions of forests in the upper plain of the Jizera Mts.(north Bohemia,Czech Republic)since the second half of the 19th *** time,forests have gradually changed from native stands to spruce plantations(Picea abies),introducing exotic conifers(more resistant to air pollution),and,recently,back to more diverse mixed *** priority in pro-tective forest functions there shifted from flood protection to integrated control of water resources(quantity and quality).In the 1980s,forest-water interactions were degraded by consequences of extreme acid atmospheric deposition,forest die-back,and extensive *** the Jizerka catchment,first signs of recovery were observed in the early *** waters there are still affected by prolonged *** reconstruction of stream water chemistry at Jizerka follows the drop of the acid deposition in some 5 years,the revival of stream biota takes 10-15 *** 2071-2100,the pro-jected climate change shows rising annual air temperatures by 3.0-4.6℃,decreasing water yield by 65-123 mm,60%drop in'minimum residual discharge',and 20-30%rise in ***,these projected environmental changes cannot substantially decline the high potential in water resource recharge,or,start reverse processes in recent recovery from acidification and radically affect the exis-tence of planned mixed forests in the upper plain of the Jizera Mts.
