This process does not use general electroless plating solution containing formaldehyde(carcinogen) and phosphate(the object of waste water regulation). Furthermore, we succeeded in developing a new electroless copper plating solution which is usable semi-permanently by using the special reducing agent. The electroless deposition forms a very thin conductive film on substrate. Therefore, it can prevent some appearance defects (e.g. pits, pin-holes, laminations and inclusions) that occur in the conventional ones. In addition, it is possible to eliminate electroplating of copper from the process by applying the exclusive nickel solution in electroplating. Therefore, the obtained metal parts can be recycled as high quality stainless steel. Given this copper electroplating-free process, 25 u m-thick nickel deposition at the stage of electroplating, at least, enables the metal layers to show properties as versatile as those of the conventional(its total thickness is 25 n m in the comparative conventional process).

对结合激光辅助掺杂和毛化方法合成的光伏电池用Sb掺杂非晶硅薄膜进行了研究。首先,用阈值通量为460mJ/cm2的激光照射镀有200～300nm厚Sb的非晶硅薄膜进行施主扩散。为激活施主,样品用230mJ/cm2的低激光通量再一次进行处理。进行施主激光扩散和活化时,激光光斑的重叠度达到光斑大小的90%,因此随后诱发了薄膜表面的毛化。多晶毛化峰由扫描电子显微镜、喇曼光谱、原子力显微镜等多种表征手段进行了验证,处理后的样品其正面和背面的拉曼光谱均出现了521cm-1的晶体峰值。样品的n型特征得到了Hall效应测试的证实,同时证明了掺杂的有效性。表面毛化粗糙度达到450nm,并且观测到了光电导和吸收光谱的增强,这些均证实了样品光伏性质的改善。

Glyphosate is the most used herbicide in Argentina, accounting for 62% of the commercialized pesticides on the market. It is used as a weed controller in no-till systems, and it is also applied to various genetically modified crops ( e.g., soybean, corn, and cotton). Although it has a high solubility in water, it tends to adsorb and accumulate in agricultural soils. The main objectives of this work were to compare the dissipation of glyphosate and the accumulation of its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) over time in three soils from agricultural areas of Argentina under long-term management with no-till (nT) and conventional tillage (CT) practices. There were no differences in dissipation between nT and CT, indicating that the glyphosate-degrading microflora was not modified by the different tillage managements. Moreover, tillage practices did not alter the general soil properties;therefore, glyphosate bioavailability was not affected by nT or CT practice. Forty percent of the applied glyphosate was degraded within the first three days in all soils, indicating a fast initial dissipation rate. However, the dissipation rate considerably decreased over time, and the degradation kinetics followed a bi-exponential (or two-compartment) kinetic model. no differences were found between tillage practices. Dissipation was not related to the microbial activity measured as soil respiration. The fast decrease in the concentration of glyphosate at the beginning of the dissipation study was not reflected in an increase in the concentration of AMPA. The estimated half-lives for glyphosate ranged between 9 and 38 d. However, glyphosate bioavailability decreases over time, as it is strongly adsorbed to the soil matrix. This increases its residence time, which may lead to its accumulation in agricultural soils.

Design and experimental studies on a hybrid excitation flux switching motor as a traction motor for hybrid electric vehicles drive are presented.A stator body of the motor consists of not only laminated silicon-iron electromagnetic steel and three-phase armature windings,but also both of field excitation coils and permanent magnets working together as a variable field magnetomotive force *** the other hand,a rotor is composed of just laminated silicon-iron electromagnetic steel with salient poles like switched reluctance *** bring out the best in drive performances of the hybrid excitation flux switching motor as a variable flux motor for the application,each material adopted for the stator and rotor body should be designed properly in terms of motor efficiency,maximum torque and power densities and so *** some of them,in this paper,thinner silicon-iron electromagnetic steel sheet and permanent magnets with high remanent and low amount of Dysprosium used are applied for achieving higher motor ***,all coils wound flatwise and edgewise using rectangular wires are introduced to realizing high filling factor for reduced copper *** tests using a 60kW prototype of the motor demonstrates the designed motor has good motor efficiency under frequent operating points expected for the target vehicle drive.

Radio-photoluminescence （RPL） is a phenomenon seen in luminescent materials in which the appearance of new photolu- minescence （PL） emission is induced by an incident ionizing radiation such as X-rays; and the signal is stable even after the irradia- tion and during the PL measurement. Since the induced PL intensity is proportional to the irradiation dose, the RPL can be used in ra- diation measurements. The distinct advantage of RPL over the conventional thermally- or photo-stimulated luminescence （abbrevi- ated as TSL or PSL） dosimeters is the stability of response signal. With an RPL detector, it allows us to readout the signal multiple time without signal fading. In this work, we discovered that CsBr：Sm showed an RPL phenomenon by X-ray irradiation, and we characterized this new material as an RPL detector. While the sample showed PL emissions mainly in the visible range, after an X-ray irradiation additional emissions could be observed in the red to near-infrared range around 650-850 nm and 900-1000 nm and longer. The RPL response was fairly stable overall, but very interestingly the 650-850 nm signal slightly increased while the 900-1000 nm decreased during PL readout. The dynamic range was confirmed over 1-104 mGy with linear response.
