Using the most recent phase shift data for pp,nn,and np elastic scattering for different states (l=0,1,...) in the energy range of i MeV to 350 MeV,the charge dependency of the strong nuclear force is *** results indicate that although the charge independency holds in most of the energy range,such charge independency is broken in the particular energy range of 120 MeV to 200 MeV for all partial wave states considered here.

Electric and Magnetic form factors of neutron are calculated via electron-deuteron scattering at 1.511 ～5.507 geV energy using SLAC group data. Our results show that the neutron electric form factor is not equal to zero;rather it has a small value, indicating that in spite of the fact that total charge is almost neutral, there is a nonuniformcharge distribution within the neutron, and that magnetic form factor follows the dipole fit.

Two structure functions W1(x,Q2) and W2(x,Q2) are determined by using the cross sections measured in the deep inelastic electron-proton scattering experiments at Stanford Linac in the energy range of 5 to 20 geV. In this paper an alternative mathematical approach have been used in such determination, resulting in a larger number of points in the graphs of the structure functions.

Using the quark-like model, we have improved the existing deviation between theoretical and experimental values of magnetic dipole moment of deuteron. Based upon Pauli Exclusion Principle, the constituent quarks form a ground state for l = 0. The expectation value of the deuteron magnetic dipole moment operator is determined to be equal to 0.861 597 8μ n in better agreement with the measured value of 0.857 437 6μ n as compared to the shell model calculations.

neuromodulation for diabetic peripheral neuropathy represents a significant area of interest in the management of chronic pain associated with this *** peripheral neuropathy,a common complication of diabetes,is characterized by nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels that lead to symptoms,such as pain,tingling,and numbness,primarily in the hands and *** aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the efficacy of neuromodulatory techniques as potential therapeutic interventions for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,while also examining recent developments in this *** investigation encompassed an array of neuromodulation methods,including frequency rhythmic electrical modulated systems,dorsal root ganglion stimulation,and spinal cord *** systematic review suggests that neuromodulatory techniques may be useful in the treatment of diabetic peripheral *** the advantages of these treatments will enable physicians and other healthcare providers to offer additional options for patients with symptoms refractory to standard pharmacologic *** these efforts,we may improve quality of life and increase functional capacity in patients suffering from complications related to diabetic neuropathy.

Equatorial Plasma Bubbles(EPBs)are ionospheric irregularities that take place near the magnetic *** most commonly occur after sunset during the equinox months,although they can also be observed during other *** phenomenon significantly disrupts radio wave signals essential to communication and navigation *** national network of global navigation Satellite System(gnSS)receivers in Indonesia(>30°longitudinal range)provides an opportunity for detailed EPB *** explore this,we conducted preliminary 3D tomography of total electron content(TEC)data captured by gnSS receivers following a geomagnetic storm on December 3,2023,when at least four EPB clusters occurred in the Southeast Asian *** and extracted TEC depletion with a 120-minute running average were then used as inputs for a 3D tomography *** 2D spatial distribution consistently captured the four EPB clusters over *** tomography results were validated through a classical checkerboard test and comparisons with other ionospheric data sources,such as the global Ionospheric Map(gIM)and International reference Ionosphere(IrI)*** of the results demonstrates the capability of the Indonesian gnSS network to measure peak ionospheric *** findings highlight the potential for future three-dimensional research of plasma bubbles in low-latitude regions using existing gnSS networks,with extensive longitudinal coverage.

Peripheral nerve injuries induce a severe motor and sensory deficit. Since the availability of autologous nerve transplants for nerve repair is very limited, alternative treatment strategies are sought, including the use of tubular nerve guidance conduits(tngCs). However, the use of tngCs results in poor functional recovery and central necrosis of the regenerating tissue, which limits their application to short nerve lesion defects(typically shorter than 3 cm). given the importance of vascularization in nerve regeneration, we hypothesized that enabling the growth of blood vessels from the surrounding tissue into the regenerating nerve within the tngC would help eliminate necrotic processes and lead to improved regeneration. In this study, we reported the application of macroscopic holes into the tubular walls of silk-based tngCs and compared the various features of these improved silk^(+) tngCs with the tubes without holes(silk^(–) tngCs) and autologous nerve transplants in an 8-mm sciatic nerve defect in rats. Using a combination of micro-computed tomography and histological analyses, we were able to prove that the use of silk^(+) tngCs induced the growth of blood vessels from the adjacent tissue to the intraluminal neovascular formation. A significantly higher number of blood vessels in the silk^(+) group was found compared with autologous nerve transplants and silk^(–), accompanied by improved axon regeneration at the distal coaptation point compared with the silk^(–) tngCs at 7 weeks postoperatively. In the 15-mm(critical size) sciatic nerve defect model, we again observed a distinct ingrowth of blood vessels through the tubular walls of silk^(+) tngCs, but without improved functional recovery at 12 weeks postoperatively. Our data proves that macroporous tngCs increase the vascular supply of regenerating nerves and facilitate improved axonal regeneration in a short-defect model but not in a critical-size defect model. Characteristics of a gan-based gunn diode for THz signal generation

A generalized large-signal computer simulation program for a gunn oscillator has been developed. The properties of a gunn diode oscillator based on the widely explored gan, are investigated using the developed program. The results show some interesting properties in gan gunn diodes which are not seen in gaAs and InP diodes. An output power of 1400 kW/cm^2 is achieved from the gan gunn diode, as compared to 4.9 kW/cm^2 from a gaAs diode.
