background:no studies have documented long-term trends in aboveground biomass(AGb)for mixed-dipterocarp forests(MDF),the dominant rain forest type in tropical wet equatorial *** our study,we sought to document such trends over forty years across three sites representing lowland to lower montane ***:To do this,we established fifty 100 m×25 m plots in 1978 across three sites sampled along an elevation gradient,identified as mature old-growth *** measured trees for diameter at breast height that we identified to species and *** took wood samples to calculate species wood-specific *** re-measured plots in 1998 and again in ***:We show standing AGb for all sites combined to be 517.52 Mg·ha^(-1)in 1978,but this declined by 17%over 40 years to 430.11 Mg·ha^(-1).no differences exist among sites in AGb primarily because of considerable within site variation;but interactions of time with site show declines across sites were not uniform,one remained about the *** few species represented a high proportion of the AGb with the top five species comprising between 34%and 65%,depending upon site and year *** species,Mesua nagassarium,represented a disproportionately large amount of AGb and decline over time,particularly at the low elevation ***:Our results are directly relevant to estimating AGb and standing carbon sequestered in *** study is the first to demonstrate varying but overall,declining trends in amounts of AGb among forests making predictions of biomass and standing carbon in MDF difficult over wide regions.

目的:比较替加环素和多黏菌素b治疗重症患者耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月1日至2023年6月30日于我院重症医学科(ICU)接受替加环素或多黏菌素b治疗的CRE肺炎患者的临床资料。主要结局包括28 d全因病死率和28 d临床治愈率。次要结局包括ICU病死率、住院病死率、住院时间、ICU住院时间、微生物清除率、机械通气时间。采用Cox回归分析检验影响28 d临床治愈率的独立预测因素。结果:倾向性评分匹配后纳入83名患者,其中替加环素组54例,多黏菌素b组29例。替加环素组28 d全因病死率为31.5%(17/54),多黏菌素b组为37.9%(11/29),差异无统计学意义(P=0.554);替加环素组28 d临床治愈率为63%(34/54),显著高于多黏菌素b组的34.5%(10/29)(P=0.013)。两组的次要结局指标均无统计学差异。多因素回归分析发现,使用替加环素是28 d临床治疗有效的独立预测因素(HR:2.083,95%CI 1.018-4.263,P=0.045)。但替加环素组用药后活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间较多黏菌素b组显著延长(P=0.047;P=0.027),纤维蛋白原显著下降(Pb相比,替加环素可能与更高的28 d临床治愈率相关。同时需注意,替加环素可能增加凝血功能异常的风险。

【目的】了解浙江省湖州市2023年A(H1n1) pdm09流感流行株耐药基因变异和遗传进化特征。【方法】收集2家流感监测医院的呼吸道标本进行A(H1n1) pdm09流感病毒核酸检测,阳性标本接种MDCK细胞进行流感病毒分离和测序。应用DnA Star 7.1软件和Mega4.0软件对神经氨酸酶(nA)基因酶活性位点和M2离子通道蛋白(M2蛋白)与耐药相关的氨基酸位点进行分析。【结果】分离株与疫苗株的nA基因核苷酸同源性范围为98.87%~99.22%,氨基酸同源性范围为98.94%~99.36%。M基因核苷酸同源性范围为99.07%~99.85%,氨基酸同源性范围为99.02%~99.94%,分离株和疫苗株同属于6b.1A.5a.2a进化分支。nA基因酶活性中心关键位点氨基酸仍高度保守,与nA抑制剂耐药相关的9个关键氨基酸位点无变异,但部分流行株非酶活性位点发生一些变异。分离株M2蛋白与耐药相关的5个氨基酸位点未发生替换,但第31位氨基酸由丝氨酸变为天冬酰胺。【结论】2023年湖州市A(H1n1) pdm09流行株与世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的2023—2024年疫苗株有较高的同源性。所有流行株均对金刚烷胺类药物耐药。

The polymeric gel electrolytes are attractive owing to their higher ionic conductivities than those of dry polymer electrolytes and lowered water activity for enlarged potential ***,the ionic conductivity and mechanical strength of the na-ion conducting polymeric gel electrolytes are limited by below 20 mS cm−1 and 2.2 ***,we demonstrate na-ion conducting and flexible polymeric hydrogel electrolytes of the chemically coupled poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-dextrin-n,n′-methylene-bisacrylamide film immersed in naClO_(4) solution(ex-DDA-Dex+naClO_(4))for flexible sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(f-nIHC).In particular,the anion exchange reaction and synergistic interaction of ex-DDA-Dex with the optimum ClO_(4)−enable to greatly improve the ionic conductivity up to 27.63 mS cm−1 at 25◦C and electrochemical stability window up to 2.6 V,whereas the double networking structure leads to achieve both the mechanical strength(7.48 MPa)and softness of hydrogel ***,the f-nIHCs with the ex-DDA-Dex+naClO_(4) achieved high specific and high-rate capacities of 192.04 F g^(−1)at 500 mA g^(−1)and 116.06 F g^(−1)at 10000 mA g^(−1),respectively,delivering a large energy density of 120.03Wh kg^(−1)at 906Wkg^(−1)and long cyclability of 70%over 500 cycles as well as demonstrating functional operation under mechanical stresses.

背景:人工智能三维规划系统能够自动建立三维模型并生成规划方案,但其预测假体型号的准确性尚未得到充分验证。目的:探讨人工智能三维规划系统在全髋关节置换前预测假体型号的准确性及对临床预后的影响,并进一步分析影响规划准确性的危险因素。方法:前瞻性收集2021年1月至2022年6月在徐州医科大学附属医院骨科接受单侧初次全髋关节置换患者的临床资料,随机分为人工智能组(n=80)和传统模板组(n=79)。对比两组术中使用假体与术前规划假体的匹配情况,记录术后随访harris功能评分、双下肢不等长、脱位和假体松动等并发症的发生情况,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析来探究人口统计学指标、术前诊断、Dorr分型对股骨柄规划准确性的影响。结果与结论:①人工智能组髋臼侧、股骨侧假体完全符合率分别为50%(40/80)、55%(44/80),传统模板组为34%(27/79)、37%(29/79),组间差异有显著性意义(Pharris评分分别为(92.74±3.08)分、(91.81±3.52)分,上述指标两组比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);④单因素分析结果显示,术前诊断为先天性髋关节发育不良、股骨头坏死以及Dorr b型、C型股骨对人工智能三维规划系统预测股骨假体准确率有显著影响(P<0.05);⑤多因素logistic回归分析显示,术前诊断为先天性髋关节发育不良(OR=18.233,95%CI:2.662-124.888)是影响人工智能三维规划系统预测股骨柄型号的独立危险因素;⑥提示人工智能三维规划系统预测假体型号较传统二维模板具有更高的准确率,且对术后并发症的发生风险和关节功能并不会造成明显的差异。由于解剖畸形和髋臼解剖位置重建,人工智能三维规划系统在先天性髋关节发育不良患者中准确率较低。

目的探讨血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、CC趋化因子受体3(CCR3)表达水平对细菌性肺炎患儿病情评估的临床价值。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月湖北医药学院附属国药东风总医院就诊的细菌性肺炎患儿113例作为研究对象,按照病情严重程度分为轻症组71例和重症组42例。收集2组患儿的性别、年龄、体重指数,并测定肺功能[呼吸频率(RR)、潮气量(VT)、达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)]等临床资料。采集清晨空腹外周静脉血5 mL,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清HSP70、CCR3水平,利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清HSP70、CCR3水平对细菌性肺炎患儿的病情评估的预测价值;采用Pearson分析血清HSP70、CCR3水平与病情严重程度的关系。结果 2组患儿在性别、年龄、体重指数等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重症组血清HSP70、CCR3与RR明显高于轻症组,VT、VPTEF/VE显著低于轻症组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清HSP70联合CCR3评估细菌性肺炎患儿的AUC为0.916,明显高于单独检测(Z=2.480,3.322,P<0.05)。细菌性肺炎患儿病情严重程度与血清HSP70、CCR3表达水平呈正相关(r=0.826,0.778,P<0.05)。结论细菌性肺炎患儿血清HSP70、CCR3表达水平明显升高,与病情严重程度密切相关,可作为细菌性肺炎患儿病情严重评估的临床指标。

In this study,a calcium-phosphate coating was formed on a Mg-Mn-Ce alloy by the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO).The antibiotic vancomycin,widely used in the treatment of infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus(***),was impregnated into the *** with vancomycin showed high bactericidal activity against *** mechanical and electrochemical properties of the formed coatings were studied,as well as in vitro cytotoxicity tests and in vivo tests on mature male rats were *** to SEM,EDS,XRD and XPS data,coatings had a developed morphology and contained hydroxyapatite,which indicates high *** analysis of roughness of coatings without and with vancomycin did not reveal any differences,confirming the high roughness of the *** electrochemical tests,an increase in corrosion resistance by more than two times after the application of PEO coatings was *** to the results of an in vivo study,after 28 days of the implantation of samples with calcium phosphate PEO coating and vancomycin,no signs of inflammation were observed,while an inflammatory reaction developed in the area of implantation of bare alloy,followed by *** release tests from the coatings show a sharp decrease in the concentration of the released antibiotic on day 7 and then a gradual decrease until day *** the experiment,no significant deviations in the condition and behavior of the animals were observed;clinical tests did not reveal a systemic toxic reaction.

The integration of the photocatalytic effect into solar steam is highly desirable for addressing freshwater shortages and water ***,a ternary film structure for the adsorption and photothermal and photocatalytic treatment of wastewater was designed by combining the technique of self-assembled carbon nano paper with a nitrogen composite titanium dioxide(n-TiO_(2))deposited on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CnT)using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as a *** photogeneration of reactive oxygen species can be promoted by rapid oxygen diffusion at the three-phase interface,whereas the interfacial photothermal effect promotes subsequent free radical reactions for the degradation of rhodamine b(93%).The freshwater evaporation rate is 1.35 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1)and the solar-to-water evaporation efficiency is 94%.Importantly,the n-TiO_(2)/CnT/PVDF(n-TCP)film not only effectively resists mechanical damage from the environment and maintains structural integrity,but can also be made into a large film for outdoor experiments in a large solar energy conversion device to collect fresh water from polluted water and degrade organic dyes in source water simultaneously,opening the way for applications in energy conversion and storage.

Flax is considered to be one of the most significant dual-purpose crops for oil and fiber production in Egypt and *** have a substantial impact on various metabolic processes,including increased photo-synthesis,endogenous hormone levels,ion absorption,nucleic acid synthesis,and protein *** factors collectively contribute to the growth and development of ***,this study aims to investigate how three biofertilizers(Algae extract,CMS as a by-product of yeast,and Metalosate multi minerals as amino acids)can enhance both the quantity and quality of flax seed yield under sandy soil *** field experiments were conducted at the Experimental Station of national Research Centre in nubaria District,behira Governorate,Egypt during two seasons(2021/2022)using a randomized complete block design(RCbD).The results revealed significant differences among all tested biofertilizers in terms of various characteristics studied in *** application of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L resulted in an increase in seed yield(ton/ha)by 26.69%&19.89%,straw yield(ton/ha)by 8.08%&17.12%,and oil yield(kg/ha)by 47.72%&33.69%compared to the control group during both seasons *** applications of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L along with CMS at a rate of 5 m L/L and amino acids at a rate of 1.50 mL/L demonstrated significantly higher macronutrient contents(n,P,K),micronutrient contents(Fe,Zn,Mn),seed oil content,and protein content in flax seeds during both *** highest values for seed oil content and protein content%were obtained through foliar application of amino acids at a rate of 1.50 mL/*** can be concluded that foliar sprays with these bio-fertilizers effectively improved flax performance by increasing seed straw and oil yields,nutrients oil,protein and fatty acids seeds contents.
