The efficient, green, facile, mild and straightforward conversion procedure for the oxidation of cyclic ketones to lactones at room temperature utilizing potassium peroxydisulfate （K2S2O8） in acidic media is satisfactory to high yields without using traditional chlorinated solvents is reported. This oxidative reagent is cheap and friendly environmental procedure for industrial purposes than use of organic peracids.

The primary determination of this study is a numerical investigation of the entropygeneration (EG) in the steady two-region flow of viscous fluid and hybrid nanofluid (nF) in along-infinite vertical annulus having a clear region as well as porous media. Stoke’s and single-phase nF models are used to study the viscous fluid and hybrid nanofluid (HnF) heat transferdevelopments, respectively. Two types of nanoparticles are taken, such as copper (Cu) and sil-ver (Ag) within base fluid water to make it a HnF. Darcy-Brinkman law is also used to examinethe flow through the porous zone in the annulus. necessary quantities have been used in thesystem of equations to transfer them into non-dimensional forms. For momentum and energytransport, the numerical results are evaluated for various model parameters and are examinedvia the shooting method in MATHEMATICA. It is noted that the momentum and energy trans-port are more significant when two immiscible fluids in a clear vertical annulus are taken. Thefindings also indicate that two-phase momentum and heat flow are greater when a nF is used in region-II and lower when a HnF is used. The temperature (in region-II) falls with a high na-nomaterials volume fraction (see Figure 4) while it is increased when the Hartman number isincreased. Moreover, velocity declines with increment in nanomaterials volume fraction. Thus,higher thermal conductivity can be accomplished by using a magnetic field.

Because of its importance as a food source, nemipterus japonicus （Bloch, 1791）（nemipteridae） or Japanese threadfin bream is the best studied of these taxa, and numerous investigations have examined its fisheries, its biology and biochemistry. De- spite such intensive work, the taxonomic status of n. japonicus has never been seriously questioned and it is regarded as a common species, widely distributed throughout the Indo-Westem Pacific Ocean. In fact, Bloch＇s description of the type specimen of ***- ponicus has ambiguous collection data and lacks a designation for the type locality, though it is probably Java. In this paper, DnA barcode results based on COl gene support the existence of two geographically separated lineages of the Japanese threadfin bream, both being an Indian Ocean and western Pacific lineage, with 2.7% sequence divergence, and the results indicate a possible existing of some cryptic species. The two lineages also possess a diagnostic difference in their belly color, with specimens in the South China Sea having a silver belly, while those from the Indian Ocean isolate specimen have a yellow coloration. Based upon new collections from the South China Sea, this species from the western Pacific is morphologically redescribed and its details of DnA barcode diver- sity are shown for the future investigations.

The isoprenoid brasilicardin A is a promising immunosuppressant compound with a unique mode of action,high potency and reduced toxicity compared to today's standard ***,production of brasilicardin has been hampered since the producer strain nocardia terpenica IFM0406 synthesizes brasilicardin in only low amounts and is a biosafety level 2 ***,we were able to heterologously express the brasilicardin gene cluster in the nocardioform actinomycete Amycolatopsis *** brasilicardin congeners,intermediates of the BraA biosynthesis,were *** chemical synthesis of the brasilicardin core structure has remained elusive we intended to produce high amounts of the brasilicardin backbone for semi synthesis and ***,we used a metabolic engineering approach to increase heterologous production of brasilicardin in *** heterologous expression of genes encoding the MVA pathway and expression of diterpenoid specific prenyltransferases were used to increase the provision of the isoprenoid precursor isopentenyl diphosphate(IPP)and to channel the precursor into the direction of diterpenoid *** approaches contributed to an elevated heterologous production of the brasilicardin backbone,which can now be used as a starting point for semi synthesis of new brasilicardin congeners with better properties.

Obtaining correct responses to sensitive questions in social and behavioural researches is an ancient problem in survey research with respondents misreporting on sensitive behaviours or giving false response to protect *** paper develops an alternative unbiased estimator by modifying the dichotomous randomized response technique model to tackle this *** proposed estimatorwas compared numerically with conventional ones by considering different practicable and suitable design *** model was also considered when sampling with unequal probabilities with or without *** was observed that the proposed estimator performs efficiently than the conventional *** the proposed model captures progressively more people involved in the sensitive attribute,the model outperforms other models ***,social and behavioural researchers can now obtain correct and valid responses from sensitive behavioural researches with ease in order to make informed and reliable decisions.

This paper presents the fault diagnosis of face milling tool based on machine learning *** machining,spindle vibration signals in feed direction under healthy and faulty conditions of the milling tool are acquired.A set of discrete wavelet features is extracted from the vibration signals using discrete wavelet transform(DWT)*** decision tree technique is used to select significant features out of all extracted wavelet features.C-support vector classification(C-SVC)andν-support vector classification(ν-SVC)models with different kernel functions of support vector machine(SVM)are used to study and classify the tool condition based on selected *** the results obtained,C-SVC is the best model thanν-SVC and it can be able to give 94.5%classification accuracy for face milling of special steel alloy 42CrMo4.
