Transient electronics offer a promising solution for reducing electronic waste and for use in implantable bioelectronics,yet their fabrication remains *** report on a scalable method that synergistically combines chemical and photonic mechanisms to sinter printed Zn *** reduction of the oxide layer using an acidic solution,zinc particles are agglomerated into a continuous layer using a flash lamp annealing *** resulting sintered Zn patterns exhibit electrical conductivity values as high as 5.62×10^(6)sm^(−1).The electrical conductivity and durability of the printed zinc traces enable the fabrication of biodegradable sensors and LC circuits:temperature,strain,and chipless wireless force sensors,and radio-frequency inductive coils for remote *** process allows for reduced photonic energy to be delivered to the substrate and is compatible with temperature-sensitive polymeric and cellulosic substrates,enabling new avenues for the additive manufacturing of biodegradable electronics and transient implants.

　以多孔块状硅体为模板,通过一步浸渍、炭化、酸处理工艺,制备出结构可控、孔隙联通且具有多重孔隙的铸型炭体。分别采用氮吸附技术、高分辨透射电镜和扫描电镜对模板硅、硅碳复合物及相应炭体进行了结构表征。从微米尺度分析,该炭体是由高度联接的枝状结构单元为骨架构筑而成。与模板硅相比较,此炭体是硅体的正复本。从纳米尺度分析,这种炭体枝状骨架是由分布均匀且相互连接的中孔构成,此中孔及其孔壁对应于模板硅的孔壁及中孔,是多孔硅的负复本。此外构成中孔的炭骨架本体又含有大量炭化过程产生的微孔。因此该法合成的铸型炭具有孔隙高度发达和结构层层嵌套的特点。

Environment-friendly pigments based on AFeO_(3)(A=La,Pr,nd,sm,Gd,Tb,Y or Yb)with high nearinfrared(nIR)reflectance were synthesised by a coprecipitation method at 1200℃.The Rietveld refinement analysis showed single-phase orthorhombic perovskite for all *** pigments,which showed reddish hues,offered good colour stability after mixing these pigments in powder form with siloxane transparent paint and two different *** powderepaint mixtures produced with GdFeO_(3),TbFeO_(3) and YFeO_(3) pigments have the highest nIR solar reflectance,reaching values of R=50%.The temperature shielding studies conducted using TbFeO_(3) pigmentepaint mixture for a roof coating yielded a reduction of 3.2℃ in comparison to a commercial ***,the glazes that were pigmented using GdFeO_(3),TbFeO_(3) and YFeO_(3) compositions also presented the most intense reddish colours.A study of the thermal and chemical stability of the pigment with the highest nIR solar reflectance showed good stability in both *** reddish pigments that were prepared can therefore be good candidates for use in different applications such as cool pigments or pigments for ceramic glazes at high temperatures.

Wild rodents were collected using live snap traps in pistachio gardens of Kerman Province, Southeast Iran from 2007 to 2009, then some physiological parameters of them were measured. The samples were identified as follow: nesokia indica, Meriones persicus, Meriones lybicus and Tatera indica. Blood samples were obtained from the heart, then the blood parameters (glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, HDL, red and white blood cell number) in wild species of rodents and laboratory rat were compared. The results showed that there were no significant differences in serum glucose, triglyceride, HDL and total protein levels among different experimental groups. The concentration of cholesterol in T. indica was more than that in n. indica (P numbers of red blood cells also showed significant difference between wild garden rodent species and laboratory rat (P numbers of white blood cells showed no significant difference.

Comparative study of sm^(3+) ions doped phosphate based oxide and oxy-fluoride glasses for solid state lighting applications

The physical and luminescent properties of sm^(3+)-doped oxide and oxy-fluoride phosphate glasses were investigated. The glass samples with chemical composition of 69 P_2 O_5-10 BaO-10 ZnO-10 Gd_2 O_3-1 sm_2 O_3 and 69 P_2 O_5-10 BaO-10 ZnO-10 GdF_3-1 sm_2 O_3 were prepared by conventional melt quenching technique. The prepared glass samples were characterized with density, molar volume, refractive index,FTIR, UV-Vis-nIR, photo luminesce nce, radio luminescence, decay time profile and CIE diagram. The density and refractive index of the oxide glass have higher values as compared to the oxy-fluoride *** FTIR spectra show the reduction of O-H group in oxy-fluoride glass. The characteristic peaks of sm^(3+)are observed at 360,372,402,438,419,473,944,1077,1227,1373,1474,1529 and 1585 nm in UV-VIS-nIR spectra. These peaks are related respectively to the transitions from ground state ~6 H_(5/2) to ~4 D_(3/2), ~6 P_(7/2),6 P3/2, ~4 I_(11/2), ~6 F_(11/2), ~6 F_(9/2), ~6 F_(7/2),~6 F_(5/2),~6 F_(3/2), ~6 H_(15/2) and ~6 F_(1/2) excited states. From photoluminescence and radio-luminesce nce it is observed that the oxy-fluoride glass samples show better emission intensity than the oxide glass. The Judd-Ofelt theory(J-0 theory) was used to find J-O intensity Ω_λ(λ = 2,4 and 6)parameters and radiative properties such as transition probability, stimulated emission cross section and branching ratios for titled glasses. The trend observed in the J-O parameters is Ω_4 >Ω_2 >Ω_6. The transition probability,emission cross section and branching ratio have the highest values for the ~4 G_(5/2)→~6 H_(7/2)transition. The CIE coordinates of the prepared glass samples are positioned in the orange region and the CCT value is 3776.105 for oxide and oxyfluoride glass. The oxy-fluoride glass has shorter decay time as compared to the oxide glass and it is recorded to be 1.62 and 1.32 ms for oxide and oxy-fluoride respectively. Magnetic susceptibility of Al2RE （RE=Y, Ce, sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, Yb） compounds was studied experimentally in wide temperature （T=290–2000 K） and field （B=0.3–1.3 T） intervals. The abnormal increase in susceptibility beginning above the melting point was fixed for all the compositions. The values for the effective magnetic moments per RE atoms in these compounds were found to be smaller than the values typical for free ions RE3＋. The results were discussed in supposition of the directed bonds between aluminum and rare-earth atoms.

The trace elements characteristics of the migmatitic gneisses (biotite-garnetand hornblende-biotite), granulite facies rocks (charnockitic gneisses) and meta-peridotite in the area of Southwest Obudu Plateau indicate that the area exhibits a high degree of geochemical variability. Compatible trace elements (ni and Cr) are comparatively high in the granulite facies rocks and meta-peridotite. ni ranges from 28×10-6 to 266×10-6 whilst Cr ranges from 62×10-6 to 481×10-6 for the granulite facies rocks (charnockitic gneisses), and for the meta-peridotite ni varies between 2045×10-6 and 2060×10-6. Incompatible trace elements show a higher variability in these rocks. The rocks in the area of Southwest Obudu Plateau generally are characterized by the high concentrations of Ba, Ce, Sr, Rb, Ga, ni, Cr, Co, Zr, Pr and moderate concentrations of Cu, sm and Th. The available data show that the charnockitic gneisses are of lower crustal origin. The enrichment of the meta-peridotite in compatible trace elements suggests the primitive mantle would be the source region, with slight contamination during ascent. These diverse origins collaborate the tectonic setting of the area as shown by discrimination diagrams. The diverse tectonic settings range from arc to collisional. Alkaline to sub-alkaline magmatism in the area was probably contemporaneous with the tectonic events that occurred in the area during the Proterozoic.
