为研究再生水灌溉对几种常规园林植物、土壤和浅层地下水水质的影响,试验于2017—2020年在河北省石家庄市栾城区洨河湿地东侧的绿化带内,筛选梧桐、榆树、女贞、月季、马莲、鸢尾和海棠等7种常规园林植物进行再生水灌溉。结果表明:同自来水灌溉对照相比,再生水灌溉的7种常规植物叶片中n、P、K和na的含量增大了1.4%~37.7%;微量元素含量增加了0.7%~48.5%;重金属元素Cr和Cd的含量增大了1.9%~22.9%;Cu的含量增加了4.4%~22.7%;再生水灌溉的土壤全盐量、na+和pH的增大不明显,而氯化物含量增加了25.1%~86.3%。7种常规植物土壤养分较对照均略有增加,但差异不大。洨河再生水灌溉条件下7种常规园林植物均长势较好,未见有生长异常现象,土壤没有产生明显的恶化,地下水除总硬度外均符合标准,但应进行长期的监测。

近年来,研究贸易与贫困之间关系的文献大量涌现。国际贸易有益于贫困者这种观点是正确的,然而对贸易改善贫困的效应分析仍然存疑。本文对加蓬的情况进行了综合分析,木材、锰矿石和石油的生产和出口是加蓬国民收入的主要来源。本文经研究发现,在加蓬,尽管贸易对贫困者有积极效应,但是贸易利益在贫富之间的分配却很不平衡。由此,通过对大量人口的研究,本文发现在国际贸易收入变化与贫困水平变化之间存在较强的关联。加蓬是撒哈拉以南非洲地区的国家之一,属于中等收入国家(移动信息服务中心),2010年人均收入约12,707美元,但其贫困程度确认为认为与中低收入国家相差无几。加蓬贫困评估和监测机构(EgEP)调查显示,高度贫困人口占加蓬总人口的1/3。城市和农村地区之间存在严重的不平衡。加蓬经济政策研究所2011年的调查显示,45%的农村人口和30%的城市居民处于贫困线之下。本文力图找出降低加蓬贫困水平的有效方式,降低进口关税即是其中之一。

Oral cancer (OC) is the most common form of head and neck cancer. Despite the high incidence and unfavourable patient outcomes, currently, there are no biomarkers for the early detection of OC. This study aims to discover, develop, and validate a novel saliva-based microRnA signature for early diagnosis and prediction of OC risk in oral potentially malignant disorders (OPMD).The Cancer genome Atlas (TCgA) miRnA sequencing data and small RnA sequencing data of saliva samples were used to discover differentially expressed miRnAs. Identified miRnAs were validated in saliva samples of OC (n=50), OPMD (n=52), and controls(n=60) using quantitative real-time PCR. Eight differentially expressed miRnAs (miR-7-5p, miR-10b-5p, miR-182-5p, miR-215-5p,miR-431-5p, miR-486-3p, miR-3614-5p, and miR-4707-3p) were identified in the discovery phase and were validated. The efficiency of our eight-miRnA signature to discriminate OC and controls was:area under curve (AUC):0.954, sensitivity:86%, specificity:90%,positive predictive value (PPV):87.8%and negative predictive value (nPV):88.5%whereas between OC and OPMD was:AUC:0.911,sensitivity:90%, specificity:82.7%, PPV:74.2%and nPV:89.6%. we have developed a risk probability score to predict the presence or risk of OC in OPMD patients. we established a salivary miRnA signature that can aid in diagnosing and predicting OC,revolutionising the management of patients with OPMD. Together, our results shed new light on the management of OC by salivary miRnAs to the clinical utility of using miRnAs derived from saliva samples.

we demonstrate a Q-switched Raman fiber laser using molybdenum disulfide （MoS2） as a saturable absorber （sa）. The sa is assembled by depositing a mechanically exfoliated MoS2 onto a fiber ferrule facet before it is matched with another clean ferrule via a connector. It is inserted in a Raman fiber laser cavity with a total cavity length of about 8kin to generate a Q-switching pulse train operating at 1560.2nm. A 7.7-kin-long dispersion compensating fiber with 584 ***-i km-1 of dispersion is used as a nonlinear gain medium. As the pump power is increased from 395 m w to 422 m w, the repetition rate of the Q-switching pulses can be increased from 132.7 to 137.4 kHz while the pulse width is concurrently decreased from 3.35μs to 3.03μs. The maximum pulse energy of 54.3 nJ is obtained at the maximum pump power of 422 row. These results show that the mechanically exfoliated MoS2 sa has a great potential to be used for pulse generation in Raman fiber laser systems.

AIM： To determine the role of c-Jun n-terminal kinase （JnK） activity in ethanol-induced apoptosis and the modulation of this signaling cascade by S-Adenosylmethionine （AdoMet）. METHODS： Primary hepatocyte cultures were pretreated with 100 IJmol/L SP600125, a selective JnK inhibitor, 1 mL/L DMSO or 4 mmol/L AdoMet and then exposed to 100 mmo/L ethanol. Hepatocyte apoptosis was determined by the TUnEL and DnA ladder assays. JnK activity and its inhibition by SP600125 and AdoMet were determined by western blot analysis of c-jun phosphorylation and Bid fragmentation. SP600125 and AdoMet effects on the apoptotic signaling pathway were determined by western blot analysis of cytochrome c release and pro-caspase 3 fragmentation. The AdoMet effect on glutathione levels was measured by EIIman＇s method and reactive oxygen species （ROS） generation by cell cytometry. RESULTS： The exposure of hepatocytes to ethanol induced JnK activation, c-jun phosphorylation, Bid fragmentation, cytochrome c release and pro-caspase 3 cleavage; these effects were diminished by SP600125, and caused a significant decrease in ethanol-induced apoptosis （P〈 0.05）. AdoMet exerted an antioxidant effect maintaining glutathione levels and decreasing ROS generation, without a significant effect on JnK activity, and prevented cytochrome c release and pro-caspase 3 cleavage.COnCLUSIOn： The JnK signaling cascade is a key component of the proapoptotic signaling pathway induced by ethanol. JnK activation may be independent from ROS generation, since AdoMet which exerted antioxidant properties did not have a significant effect on JnK activity. JnK pathway modulator agents and AdoMet may be components of promising therapies for alcoholic liver disease （ALD） treatment.

The Dicistroviridae is a virus family that includes many insect *** viruses contain a positive-sense RnA genome that is replicated by the virally encoded RnA-dependent RnA polymerase(RdRP)also named 3D^(pol).Compared with the Picornaviridae RdRPs such as poliovirus(PV)3D^(pol),the Dicistroviridae representative Israeli acute paralysis virus(IAPV)3D^(pol) has an additional n-terminal extension(nE)region that is about 40-residue in *** date,both the structure and catalytic mechanism of the Dicistroviridae RdRP have remain *** we reported crystal structures of two truncated forms of IAPV 3D^(pol),namelyΔ85 andΔ40,both missing the nE region,and the 3D^(pol) protein in these structures exhibited three conformational *** palm and thumb domains of these IAPV 3D^(pol) structures are largely consistent with those of the PV 3D^(pol) ***,in all structures,the RdRP fingers domain is partially disordered,while different conformations of RdRP substructures and interactions between them are also *** particular,a large-scale conformational change occurred in the motif B-middle finger region in one protein chain of theΔ40 structure,while a previously documented alternative conformation of motif A was observed in all IAPV *** experimental data on one hand show intrinsic conformational variances of RdRP substructures,and on the other hand suggest possible contribution of the nE region in proper RdRP folding in IAPV.
