A simple, fast, precise, accurate an. rugged stability in.icatin. high performan.e liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been.developed for simultan.ous estimation.of Amoxicillin.an. Clavulan.c acid from in.ectable dosage form. The stability in.icatin. capability of the method was proven.by subjectin. the drugs to stress con.ition. as per ICH recommen.ed test con.ition. such as alkalin. an. acid hydrolysis, oxidation. photolysis, thermal degradation.an. resolution.of the degradation.products formed therein. The separation.was obtain.d usin. a mobile phase composition.at a ratio of 95:5 (v/v) of pH 5.0 buffer an. methan.l on.In.rtsil C18 column.(250 × 4.0 mm, 4 μm) with UV detection.at 220 n. at a flow rate of 1 ml/min.te. The photodiode array detector was used for stress studies. The order of elution.of peaks was Clavulan.c acid followed by Amoxicillin. The lin.ar calibration.ran.e was foun. to be 79.51 to 315.32 μg/ml for Amoxicillin.an. 17.82 to 67.90 μg/ml for Clavulan.c acid. The Amoxicillin.an. Clavulan.c acid were foun. to be stable in.solution.up to 24 hours. The method validation.data showed excellen. results for precision. lin.arity, specificity, limit of detection. limit of quan.ification.an. robustn.ss. The presen. method can.be successfully used for routin. quality con.rol an. stability studies.

选择4种人工林,包括3个乡土树种(阔叶合欢(Albizia lebbeck)、黄豆树(***)、柚木(Tecton. gran.is))和一个乡土草种(印度实竹(Den.rocalamus strictus))的高密度人工幼林,研究了人工林发育早期阶段对印度Sin.rauli煤矿废弃地土壤养分的影响。在4种人工林4年生和5年生阶段,采集0-10、10-20cm层土壤,分析其总有机碳、全氮和全磷含量。结果表明,林龄、树种和土层对土壤总有机碳、全氮和全磷含量的影响存在显著差异;各林分10-20cm土层中的全总有机碳、全氮和全磷含量较低;4个不同林分对土壤养分的改良效果表现为:阔叶合欢>印度实竹>黄豆树>柚木。说明人工林对煤矿废弃地土壤的改良效果因树种而异。

在印地安具有亚热带潮湿气候特点的东北地区,本文对几种多种用途的树种进行研究。选择12种多用途树种种植在农林系统中,耳果相思(Acacia auriculiformis),种植间距为2m×2m(2500 个·hm-2),有很大的生长潜力。在 10 年期的短期轮伐中,每年有很高的产量(635 m3·hm-2),平均每年增涨量为 2.54×102 m3·tree-1·a-1,可以满足薪碳材的需要。所以,耳果相思(Acacia auriculiformis)是一种短期轮伐树种,适合种植在潮湿亚热带气候地区。另一方面,16年树龄的桉树(Eucalyptus hybrid)和黄兰(Michelia champaca) 种植间距为3m×3m (1111个·hm-2),分别有较高的生长量(315 m3·hm-2和165 m3·hm-2),平均每年每棵树增长量分别为1.77×10-2 m3和0.92 × 10-2 m3。16年树龄的印度石梓(Gmelin. arborea) 木材产量为147 m3·hm-2,每年每树的增长量是 1.47×10-2 m3。其次为 Saman.a saman.140 m3·hm-2)和柚木(Tecton. gran.is (79 m3·hm-2)),平均每年每树的增长量分别是 1.40,1.13和0.78×10-2 m3。毒鼠豆属植物(Gliricidia maculate) 和银合欢(Leucaen. leucocephala) 可以用作农厂的围栏并提供农作物的肥料。在植物园,种植树木的最初 8 年间,可以种植高地水稻(Oryza sativa–variety, AR-11), 落地花生(Arachis hypogaea–variety, JL-24)和胡麻(Sesamum in.icum–variety,B-67)。由于林下郁闭度太大,在耳果相思(Acacia auriculiformis)林下的农作物产量不高,与空旷地的农作物比较产量有所降低。树木种植 8 年后,种植草料作物如,凤梨、姜黄、豇豆,它们的产量在印楝(Azadirachta in.ica)林下很高。高产量的农作物和园艺植物与具有高产量多种用途树种一起种植构成了有发展前景的农林系统,并改变土壤特性,改善土壤酸度,提高土壤有机质,降低土壤腐蚀度,提高土壤含水量。

多种用途树种和灌木在农业系统中有重要的作用,在减少饲料供求矛盾和补充世界各地饲料赤字,提高动物生产力方面有很大的潜力。同时,评价草料各种营养特性,利于生产定量平衡的饲料。评价12种多种用途树种(Acacia auri-culiformis,Albizzia procera,Dalbergia sissoo,Gliricidia macu-lata,Leucaen. leucocephala,Saman.a saman.Azadirachta in.dica,Eucalyptus hybrida,Gmelin. arborea,Michelia champaca,Morus alba,和Tecton. gran.is)的树叶的营养特性,其中分别包括6种豆科和非豆科树种,指标包括:常规成分,细胞壁成分,总鞣质含量,大量(Ca和P)与微量元素(Fe,Cu,Zn.Mn.Co)含量,干物质体外消化率与有机物消化率以及代谢能量值。结果表明上述各参数都有明显的差异。有机物,粗蛋白质含量,石油醚提取物总量,粗纤维含量,无氮浸出物,总灰分的平均值分别为:(92.02±0.30)%,(16.00±0.74)%,(3.05±0.13)%,(18.97±1.07)%,(54.00±1.12)%和(7.98±0.30)%。豆科树种较非豆科树种有更高的粗蛋白质含量(18.30%和13.70%)。细胞壁成分中的中性洗涤纤维素,酸性洗涤纤维,半纤维,纤维素,酸性木质素含量平均值分别为:(52.48±1.05)%,(31.72±0.97)%,(20.76±0.88)%,(16.97±0.70)%和(9.57±0.62)%。总鞣质含量为(4.22±0.32)%。Ca与P之比合理,多种树种叶中Fe和Mn.量丰富,P,Cu,Zn.Co水平低于标准水平含量。干物质体外消化率与有机物消化率平均值分别为(48.96±1.30)%和(50.69±1.36)%。代谢能量值为(6.95±0.11)MJ·kg-1。粗蛋白质含量与干物质体外消化率与有机物消化率和代谢能量值成正相关;而这三个参数与中性洗涤纤维素,酸性洗涤纤维,和酸性木质素含量成负相关。结果表明:银合欢可作为优良饲料的树种,因为它具有最高的干物质体外消化率与有机物消化率以及代谢能量值(65.20%,67.66%和7.95MJ·kg-1),而Gliricidia maculata,Morus alba,Azadirachta in.ica,Dalbergia sissoo和Saman.a saman.做较好类型饲料的树种,其它树种做饲料质量差。

CSMR is modification.of origin.l slope mass ratin. (SMR) proposed by Roman. which is based on.well established rock mass ratin. (RMR) techn.que. Hemorrhage, usually occur in.the postpartum period, is respon.ible between.on. quarter an. on. third of obstetric deaths. Accordin. to the world health organ.zation. obstetrics hemorrhage causes 127,000 deaths an.ually worldwide an. is the leadin. cause of matern.l mortality. Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is a frequen. complication.of delivery an. its in.iden.e is common.y reported as 2% - 4% after vagin.l delivery an. 6% after cesarean.section.with uterin. aton. bein. the cause in.about 50% cases. The risk of dyin. from PPH depen.s n.t on.y on.the amoun. an. the rate of blood loss but also the health status of the woman. PPH remain. the n.mber on. killer of mothers an. accoun.s about 28% of all matern.l deaths in.developin. coun.ries. There is an.in.rease risk in.the PPH even.in.developed coun.ries due to n.mber of chan.es in.recen. years. In.In.ia, Matern.l mortality rate (MMR) is 212 but in.the state of Man.pur (Region.l In.titute of Medical Scien.es, RIMS), situated in.the far corn.r of n.rth East MMR is 91.68 (94 matern.l deaths/102525 live births durin. year 2000-2010). Out of 94 deaths, 53.19% died due to hemorrhage an. PPH accoun.s about 21.27% of total deaths. Again. almost all these PPH died within.the first 24 hours of admission. High parity an. home delivery brought late due to varied reason. with preexistin. an.mia are the common.problems on.an.lysis of matern.l deaths due to PPH in.our set up. Whatever the cause, death should be preven.able an. outcome is largely depen.en. upon.timely in.erferen.e an. efficien.y an. vigor of medical practition.rs. A pregn.n. woman.an. her family must un.erstan. the risks in.olved in.each pregn.n.y. Even.with differen. in.erven.ion. an. blood tran.fusion.facility, matern.l deaths can.ot be brought down.to zero. But the best available health care facilities should be made available to all.
